Came in to get a sandwich with my son. Food was good however the service was horrible. Jersey mikes need to do a better job of training their staff on how to be polite to their guests. I didn't appreciate the way my son was spoken to when my son simply asked for no tomatoes. I understand it was in the next station however there's a way you speak to guest to let them know and this was not it. He delivered with a tone that was not appreciated by me. Let alone we were the only people there, it's not like he was even busy. This was one of the best experiences I've had getting a quick sandwich. We were at Whole Foods next door that used to make sandwiches that were gluten free but they don't do custom sandwiches anymore. We ventured next door to Jersey Mike's and I was so impressed with the level of service. Not only was the place squeaky clean but the gentleman helping us was really accommodating for my gluten allergy. He confirmed allergy and made sure everything was safe. The gal in the place jumped in to finish Mr. H's sandwich. They were both so friendly and suggested some soda options for us. I can't wait to eat this once we get to our fishing spot! I think out of all the sandwich shops in the area this is the best one. Rudis deli and which wich are right there but I still don't think they are as good as this place. I come here often for lunch as I work super close to this location and everything is always really good. Staff super friendly. They always make a great sandwich. Second time I've left a review of this location for this reason. Got there to try to get a sandwich for dinner at 8 pm. Google and sign in door says closes at 9pm. I went in to Jersey Mike's tonight and was amazed by the fantastic team work and service. One person in particular( Cameron) was running the show- best service, and fastest, most accurate I have ever seen. That guy deserves a promotion and raise! I live in the neighborhood, been here a few times and maybe it's just my bad luck, but man have I had bad luck here. First time we ordered a to go order. Came in when we were told it would be ready, only for them to say they never had our order. Mistakes happen, but this review is mostly from the rudeness of the girl working the cashier. Younger probably out of high school, but extremely rude. Told us we ordered from a Different store and it was not them. I then showed her the receipt, with her store address, and she still argued with me. After being so frustrated we left without our food....only to be called about 20 minutes later from THE SAME GIRL saying our food was ready. When we came back...no apology! Crazy that customer service is not taught more. But hey, everyone makes mistakes so let's give it another try! We ordered take out again....all I have to say is how long were the sandwiches sitting there before they were actually delivered to us a mile away? Bread was soggy and 2 out of 4 sandwiches didn't have the additional toppings we requested. It's rare for me to leave a 1 Star, but with these two back to back experiences we won't be back. If you order online, your sandwiches are never correct. They do not read/care that you customize your order. Went last night, sandwiches not ready until 20 minutes after receipt said to pick them up. Two of the 4 sandwiches were not made correctly. Third of four had a hair so we all just threw them away at that point. There is never an apology or compensation for making you wait. To the management of this store: My husband and I attempted to use the app to place an order and pick it up last night (3/19/19), but found out that the app does not allow online orders if the store is closing soon. We decided to still go to the store, as we were on our way there when I tried to place my order at 8:30 pm. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, we arrived at 8:41 pm, 19 minutes before closing. We saw one store associate sweeping the store front, and the other store associate behind the counter cleaning the slicing machine - we expected this. The pair appeared to be teenagers. The worker at the counter leaned over to watch as we were parking, and spoke to the other employee, obviously about having customers 19 minutes before closing. When we walked into the store, we apologized for not being able to place our order ahead of time - we were not greeted, and received only angry glaring. The employee behind the counter picked up the slicing machine, slammed it down on the counter - part of the machine fell off - and began cursing and complaining about having "just cleaned this thing". We apologized and said we would go somewhere else, and as we were leaving, the employee that had been sweeping muttered something about there being a "30 minute call-ahead for orders". We were in the store for less than a minute. We got in our car and sat in front of the store talking about what had just happened ( we were both dumbfounded ), and how to explain the situation in feedback to Jersey Mike's. As I was writing feedback on the Jersey Mike's website, and looking up contact information to make a formal complaint to management, a car parked next to us and a group of three walked into the store. It was 8:50 pm. The employee behind the counter greeted and spoke with the group that had just entered. He didn't slam the slicing machine down or curse at them. He put on gloves and started to make their orders. After observing this, we concluded that this employee called some friends or relatives to come to the store, to either instigate a confrontation, or because he thought we were sitting there waiting to confront him as he came out of the store. To be honest, I am actually happy that we were in the parking lot so we could witness the display of courtesy and hospitality suddenly awarded to these customers - with even less time to provide service than when we had arrived. Now, I could be wrong, but when a business has a sign that says "open", and their hours of operation are until 9 pm, that means they are still expected to perform the service they provide until 9 pm. I have worked in the service industry - I understand that people sometimes come in before closing for all sorts of circumstances: they ran out of milk, they need diapers, they worked late and just want something to eat. It isn't my place to judge them, nor would I ever dream of treating a paying customer disrespectfully or in a threatening manner, let alone making false claims about the service provided to save myself the trouble of actually performing the job I am being paid to do. If the store is open, the store is open. Since these employees have difficulty understanding the expectations and demands of working in the service industry, maybe a better use of their time would be to look for other jobs - where they don't have to deal with the stresses of real life. You should definitely help them out in their efforts before they damage company property and chase away more paying customers with their nasty temperaments, laziness, and flat out lying to customers about your business practices. As management, you should be providing supervision and guidance to your younger employees, because they act like mental patients when you aren't there. They are obviously too immature to handle the responsibility and the circumstances that come with working the closing shift. By the way, we went to Taco Bell instead. I'd prefer to have my food prepared by decent human beings, not violent, ill-mannered children in need of counseling and medication. read more

Came in during the week to take my son in for a quick lunch for his birthday and the guys behind the counter were so friendly and conversational, asking about his birthday and his day (said I was a cool mom for taking him out for his birthday haha bonus points) and made us feel really welcome. I bought 2 subs, mine was the #13 mike's way, my plan was to only eat 1/2, but it was so good, I ate the whole thing. My son ordered the #17 against my advice, while they are ok for a Philly, they do not compare with the Philly's back east where we are from, and the size was smaller than mine, but still satisfied his craving. I was there the other day with a rather big complicated order that I changed numinous times and I was shocked that they got it 100% correct. Back to the staff.... they are always so friendly , no matter how busy they are and bend over backwards to help the customers, I have eaten there an observed! I really have enjoyed the philly cheese steak sandwich at this store. It is always hot and fresh and consistent. They do sometimes run a bit slow (especially when the employees girlfriends come in.) This has happened on a few visits. However the employees they do have are very nice and do care about the job. If more businesses had employees like this they would be in good shape...just don't drop everything and start bs'ing with your girlfriend until after my sandwich is done :) read more

So I can tell you first hand that, whenever I've eaten food from Jersey Mike's, it was fresh and yummy, and I can't say the same for many other sub sandwich shops. When I walked in and ordered the two girls helping me were not wearing their masks correctly. Then while I was waiting for my order I saw that in the back there were 2-3 people working with food that were not wearing masks at all. Then a guy came in who I assume used to work there and started trying to get behind the counter and converse with the employees. He asked if he could just go in the back and make his own sandwich to which the employee yelled "yes, after that girl leaves". Overall, if was just gross that they took no precaution when handling other peoples food. I was getting the food for my father who has cancer and therefore is immunocompromised.
