Had a slight glitch I booked appointment with Jen but when I…read morearrived they didn't have me on the schedule not to worry I worked with Linh Duong and she was so helpful. Linh got me on the schedule which I so appreciated. Asked if I wanted my car washed (it's free)....so yes and thank you. The process was streamlined and so easy after check in I was told to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. Free coffee and water is offered while you sit in the plush leather seats. A short time later a staff member came by with a basket filled with individually wrapped granola bars. Linh came over shortly after to inform me the inspection was done and I was just waiting for car to be washed. Soon after she came back with my paperwork in hand and showed me to the cashier. The car was spotless and I received my invoice which detailed all that was done and a print out of the multi-point inspection breakdown. I couldn't be happier with the service provided to me by Linh and the staff.....this location has excellent customer service. I will most certainly look to connect with Linh anytime I need anything done.

This was one of the most frustrating and troubling post-sale experiences I have had with a…read moredealership. I purchased a used vehicle in December as a Pennsylvania resident from this New Jersey dealership and paid all taxes, title, registration, and license plate fees in full at the time of sale. Weeks later, I learned the registration process had stalled due to a dealership error in processing my identification. I corrected this immediately once notified. From that point forward, communication was poor and almost entirely reactive. I had to initiate nearly every follow-up. As my temporary tag approached expiration, I was told my plates and registration were ready, then abruptly informed that they would not be released unless I paid an additional fee that had never been disclosed previously. What made this especially upsetting was not just the late demand for more money, but the tone and manner in which it was handled. During phone conversations, the issue was repeatedly framed as my fault, despite the delay clearly stemming from dealership error. I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, as though I had done something wrong by questioning why I was being asked for additional money weeks after paying in full. Given that Pennsylvania registration and plate fees are publicly known and significantly lower than what I was already charged, the situation felt less like an honest mistake and more like an attempt to extract additional money under time pressure. That perception was reinforced by the fact that, after escalation, the dealership ultimately agreed to absorb the additional amount. Even after that written confirmation, there were further delays and no proactive communication. My temporary registration expired, leaving me unable to legally operate the vehicle I had already paid for in full. The plates and registration were eventually delivered, but only after repeated escalation and unnecessary stress. The issue was resolved, but the experience left me feeling disrespected, blamed for the dealership's own errors, and pressured in a way that felt inappropriate. Buyers, especially those purchasing from out of state, should be extremely cautious and prepared to closely monitor every step of the registration process.

Payless auto sales aka Trophy Auto Lounge : This dealership's pricing practices are extremely…read moremisleading and designed to lure customers into predatory financing. The vehicle I looked at was advertised online for $11,298, but once I arrived things changed quickly. The out-the-door price for a cash purchase jumped to over $18,500. The reason? The advertised price only applies if you agree to finance through the dealership under their terms. If you want to pay cash, they start piling on non-sense add-ons and fees such as transport charges, warranty packages, and even something called a "finance coupon recovery" fee. These are essentially penalties for not financing the vehicle through them. When I declined all the unnecessary extras and said I was only willing to pay the vehicle price plus legitimate costs like sales tax, title, registration, and their already outrageous $995 doc fee, the total came to about $13,480. Instead of working with this honest price structure (which they argue is their website disclaimer), they came back and said they would "meet me in the middle" at $15,000. That tells you everything you need to know. The advertised price is not a real selling price -- it's simply bait to get customers into the dealership so they can pressure them into high-profit financing agreements where they likely make money from lender kickbacks and inflated interest rates or when paying cash attempt to pad their pockets additional profit charges. Make sure you read the fine print on their website carefully before wasting your time. This dealership advertises artificially low prices that are simply a get you in the door advertisement and have no intention of selling any vehicle at the price unless they can rob you somewhere else during the purchase. Transparency and honesty matter when buying a car, and unfortunately, I did not find either here. Finance Coupon was the funniest additional charge I have come across in a while. This dealership appears to be engaging in the exact type of deceptive pricing practices the FTC recently warned 97 auto dealership groups about. The advertised vehicle prices seem to apply only if customers agree to use the dealership's financing, while cash buyers are suddenly hit with inflated pricing, unnecessary add-ons, transport fees, warranty charges, or other questionable costs. The FTC has made it clear that advertised vehicle prices must reflect the true "all-in" price available to all consumers, excluding only government taxes and title fees -- not conditional financing incentives designed to push buyers into high-interest loans. Advertising artificially low prices to lure customers in, only to change the terms based on financing, is misleading and undermines consumer trust. Unfortunately, they specifically want uneducated consumers to purchase from them. The sales staff was nice but are unfortunately the face of the ownerships deceitful practices. It took a lot of restraint on my part not to interfere with the customers next to me who were getting robbed and had no idea.

I came to this dealership to check out a 2018 Mazda CX-5 in blue after booking an appointment. I…read morearrived and was greeted about 10 minutes later by the salesperson, Dylan Cabral. He seemed polite, which I took as a good sign--turns out, I was wrong. The vehicle was listed at $10,633. During the test drive, the car started smoking. The salesperson claimed it was because the head gasket had been replaced and there was leftover oil residue, which honestly made me laugh. A good mechanic would've cleaned up properly after finishing that kind of work. Then we sat down to go over the numbers. Somehow, the $10,633 car turned into over $17,000. One of the biggest fees? A "destination/delivery fee." When I asked why, I was told it was because "the car had to be delivered to the dealership." So, I'm paying a hefty fee for... gas? This is a hefty fee that typically only applies to new cars--maybe I missed something and this was secretly a new car? Because the amount of scratches and interior wear said otherwise. On top of that, they added a "package" costing over $6,000 on a car barely worth ten. Let's go over this scam of a package: 30-Day Buyback: A week or two should already be standard, especially when the car starts smoking on the test drive. Powertrain Warranty: Reasonable, but considering the dishonesty I'd already seen, I wouldn't trust their mechanic to touch anything. Nitro Tires + Warranty: Completely unnecessary. 1 Year of Free Oil Changes: My own mechanic offers that for $29 with premium oil. Door Edge Guards + VIN Etching: You can buy these online for cheap. Ceramic Coating: Laughable, given how rough the car looked. $99/hr Maintenance & Labor: Not a deal--most shops already charge that, and I get free diagnostics locally. Even after all this nonsense, the best they could "do" was $12,000--and that still didn't include taxes or documentation fees. For a car that smoked, had visible damage, and no inspection? Unreal. Instead of doing the right thing, they tried to sell me the car anyway, lied about fees, and played games with my credit card as a pressure tactic. Nice try, Dylan Cabral, but those tactics don't work on me. You saw I had a baby with me and that I was on a budget, and still tried to take advantage. That's just low. If you had been honest from the start, skipped the bogus fees, and taken accountability for the car's condition, maybe I would've made a purchase. But instead, you wasted my time and insulted my intelligence. The way this dealership operates is dishonest, manipulative, and completely unprofessional. Edit: Also, we had to freaking see the car smoking to know you guys had repaired the head gasket? That's a serious repair, not something you shouldn't mention when trying to sell an overpriced piece of junk. That's instantly $1,500 off due to perceived risk. My advice, don't do business with these people, you'll regret it.
