Security guards patrol like they're running the street. Trucks idle loudly and beep incessantly, especially at night. Workers shout across lanes, and their illegally modified mufflers create excessive noise -- violating NYC regulations. Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

The dealership specified to me that the recall was actually done. Turns out it truly wasn't, hence why the car KEEPS STALLING when entering high speeds. Second is the spots on the top of the car which it was made clear by the dealership that it was JUST DIRT. No, they lied again, turns out it is PAINT CORROSION. Third is the touch screen panel. I asked very clearly if there was a screen protector on it and they replied that there was in fact a screen protector on the touch screen panel (so I decided to leave it), but as the bubbles on the "screen protector" began to annoy me, I decided to remove it. Only to find out that it was not actually a screen protector. Turns out it was a defect that affects 2011-2018 cx5 models. SCREEN DELAMINATION. Thank you for the lies. Such great salesmen, that's the name of the game, scamming customers and overcharging them. I've already submitted a report to the attorney general. If nothing is done to remedy the issue I'll take it to court. I do not enjoy being lied to.

Our service rep, Isuf Grajqevci kept us updated and helped us out so much. We've had the pleasure of dealing with Isuf before, so it's no surprise that he was his usual courteous self. He's knowledgeable, and tells it like it is. Isuf always gets me an Uber ride home. This time the car was going to be laid up a few extra days, so he arranged a loaner for us. This is the fourth KIA we've either purchased or leased from Island KIA. Always feel like we get a decent deal, but of course repairs are needed along the way. We feel fortunate to deal with Isuf for those occasions. Highly recommend dealing with Isuf Grajqevci, for any and all KIA service needs.

Three weeks ago, I noticed that the oil and engine light came on when I turned my key to the ACC position (before starting the vehicle). Not knowing any better, I took it in again and was informed that I needed to do another diagnostic ($280). They informed me that I need to pay $4000+ due to engine consumption. When I took it elsewhere for a second opinion, I was informed that the lights always come on before starting the engine to ensure that they work and they turn off upon starting the vehicle. I contacted Hyundai two weeks ago via email to express my concern that this should have been caught, I received no response. I followed up a week later, ditto. I called several times and was informed that the Service or General Manager would return my call. Hasn't happened yet. I called today (5th time calling in two weeks) after being placed on hold was informed that Mr. Strassberg is occupied. While on the call, I was informed that he just stepped out. This is POOR customer service. I feel as though they are INTENTIONALLY ignoring my attempts to contact them. I will now need to escalate the matter. I would NOT recommend dealing with them.
