They tell you and even put in writing that they have a lifetime warranty on their products/material and five year on workmanship (see pictures in profile), but when something goes wrong they do not stand behind their work or products. I had 4 fence posts crack (see pictures in profile) in less than 5 years and when I called them to come fix it they made every excuse in the book on why they could not honor the warranty. They told me if I wanted it repaired they would have to charge me $750. I even took out a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they did not even respond to it... Wonder why? If they are that confident in their product and workmanship you think they would have no problem defending it. Do yourself a favor and do not use Division Deck and Fence. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Inferior products such as the intercom call box was installed without a camera, The cheapest unit possible. Also, unauthorized "service code" was programmed into our system and we were not told about it. They programmed a code into our call box without our knowledge. Craftsman Fence had a back door key to your property if we didn't discover it. Shady.

Before any work had even begun, he contacted me asking for the second half of the payment before arriving at the job. He told me he needed the money because multiple family members were dying. Wanting to be understanding, I tried to work with him. I paid half of the total cost upfront as agreed. Then, on the day the materials were delivered, I found out the supplier had not been paid. Because the materials were already at my house, I felt pressured to pay the remaining balance so the supplier could be paid and the delivery could proceed. The job site was left a complete mess, with old materials and debris left at my home. The patio is still unfinished more than two months later, and the quality of the work that was completed has been extremely disappointing. Some of the pavers are already coming apart, which is unacceptable after such a short time. Communication has been nonexistent. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I have had no reliable way to get in touch to have the remaining work completed or the issues addressed. Overall, I paid for a finished patio but was left with an incomplete project, poor workmanship, and no customer support.
