Rebecca has been so helpful in trying to get this special one. I have to give 3 other ones a try before they will consider this one. I'm on the 3rd one now and hopefully it will work as well as the one that is great for me. I can't thank her enough for all she has done to get this done.

The staff was very helpful and nice- and setting up my follow up was a breeze, even though they had to squeeze me in before my vacation. The office was clean and comfortable. Usually a Doctor's office can be cold but it was a warm and friendly feeling. Terrible Experience - Please Be Careful…read more I had my cataract surgery done here, and it turned into a nightmare. I went in with very high eye pressure, but they still went ahead with my left-eye surgery as scheduled. During surgery, my capsule broke. The surgery center didn't even have the proper lens for the sulcus, so I was left without a lens in my eye for two weeks. Later, they performed another surgery to implant the lens. Unfortunately, due to the trauma from the first failed surgery, my cornea became swollen, followed by consistent inflammation. Six months later, Dr. Kung told me that there were leftover fragments from my natural lens causing infection -- and that I needed a third surgery to remove them. All of this led to corneal edema, loss of vision, ongoing inflammation, and constant pain. After consulting two cornea specialists, both confirmed that the bad cataract surgery caused all of these problems. Now, the only solution left for me is a cornea transplant. I am terrified and deeply regret trusting this place. RUN -- do not risk your eyes or go through the misery I'm experiencing. On top of everything, they ran many tests on their machines and charged me a lot of money throughout this ordeal.

I should have known to walk out the second I stepped foot in this disgusting shamble of a "business." First off, the people at the front desk are not nice people. The place is not clean, there is crap everywhere, all the equipment is outdated and the tech and Dr. did not wipe any of it down when I had to put my chin and forehead on it. Nor did they wipe it afterwards. I was in there for about 15 min, I was not asked if I had any sort of questions by the dr. It was like I was the next on her list and onto the next. I am convinced that my prescription isn't even accurate because of how crappy and old their equipment was. 5 minutes after the exam the doctor goes, okay now go sit with so and so and she will help you pick out glasses. Her desk along with another girls desk is backed up to the frames wall so you can barely even walk in between them to try glasses on. There are barely any mirrors and the glasses were all dated and cheap looking. Is this place actually serious?! Please do not go here. That being said, I will be going to another doctor for a second exam.
