Billing department is awful. I have called and spoke with 3 different people at 3 different times for the past 6 months in billing for a refund. Every-time I got the same response that I will get a refund in a week. This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing! I will never go back to Princeton Radiology again!!!!! read more

My disabled daughter was denied treatment at Princeton Radiology in Monroe, NJ on Friday June 26,2026. I was told that it would take to long to perform a follow-up ultrasound- as other patients were waiting. My daughter was denied care of her follow up US of her DVT. I had an MRI scheduled and am claustrophobic. The technician was very patient with me. I also have vertigo and she made sure I was comfortable lying flat on my back. She helped lower and raise me up slowly. The tech made accommodations for my needs and helped allay my fears. And she did this with kindness. read more

Trying to get a resolution on a bill with an incorrect billing code is like the end of the world. The billing office in Indiana is of no help and reaching Princeton Radiology on the phone has been useless. I wish there was an email address for Dr. Leibowitz so I can tell how all the changes from Freehold Radiology have not been positive. It is a great place for radiology but not for service. read more

I have been a patient of Princeton Radiology for over 10 years. They guided me through my cancer diagnosis and treatment with compassion and medical expertise. I still drive 45 minutes to their office for my annual mammograms and any other scans I need. The medical staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient. The office managers and front office staff are always helpful and upbeat. Their COVID procedures are comforting and top notch. I am a big fan of the Monroe location as it is where I received my cancer radiation and they were also recently quite helpful with a scheduling issue. read more

First time at this location. The reception staff is pleasant and quick to serve. All patients seemed to be greeted and checked in within minutes of arrival. Being in a customer business, I appreciate their prompt service and professional treatment of everyone they were dealing with. Corinne, the tech brought me in for a 3D mammogram and bone scan. She clearly explained the processes and completed both tests within 25 minutes of my arrival. I went into my test with immense anxiety. I was having a pet scan. I was for my possible condition and even more worried about my claustrophobia. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and prompt. Nick took me back and explained the procedure. He heard I was claustrophobic and instead of just shooing to as an inconvenience, showed me the tunnel and how and where I would set in it. He prepped me and by the time I was ready to go was calm and relaxed. I do not know what my results will be, but this step o fly journey was done in a professional and caring manner. I've had my films and tests done here for 20 yrs+. Huge change recently reports are ridiculously brief ..,scheduling a nightmare...somehow somebody voided my copay check and I was sent to collections! Attempted to speak to manager "John" in Reference to my billing issue and a ctscan report which stated nodule on right --- ? Body part not listed! He never returned several messages. Obviously report wasn't amended. Used to be a fabulous facility new management and merger has forced me to go elsewhere read more

First time at this location. Was greeted by pleasant staff who guided me thru insurance stuff and what would be done. Paperwork was quick and easy to fill out,thankfully. I waited in waiting room which was cozy and comfy. The tech came out and took 2 of us at a time which was nice bc I love multitasking. We changed into the usual garb. It was my first check up so the tech kept me talking and actually made me feel comfortable considering what she was doing. Within a few tedious moments I was done. She proceeded to tell me I would have my results in a few days considering this was a Friday I brushed it off. I got dressed and left. I have to admit it was a pleasure going there and wasn't made to feel icky or uncomfortable which is a first in any radiology group. Definitely will be back for any x-ray needs. They are also very efficient. I also received results within 3 days via phone call and letter. Awesome sauce. read more

This facility is top notch. The staff is very efficient and always pleasant. Scheduling is a bit daunting due to long wait times, telephonically. The techs are very helpful and explain testing simply and throughly. Imagining is good and access to films is readily available. I would certainly refer friends and family! read more

I had a 07:00 appointment for an MRI. They asked me to come a half hour early to fill out paper work. Arrived a 06:25. They did not show up until 7:05. This only added to the stress. Very unprofessional at this location. I have been to two other locations and they were great. read more

This was my first visit and it was the best experience I've ever had at an office. I needed a chest X-ray and called for an appointment. I was told that they could fit me in in about 15 Minutes. I jumped into my car and arrived on time. I was greeted when I walked in and was given paperwork to fill out. I was told to be seated and that I would be called shortly. In two minutes I was led into the X-ray room by a very friendly technician. Three views were taken and I was told that I could leave and didn't need to stop at the front desk. My total time in the office was ten minutes. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. I highly rate this practice. read more

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with they do not care about there patients. I had a pre authorization from my insurance company and Princeton Radiology claimed to be in network. I went there for the MRI and a month or so later I received a surprise bill from them that was billed though the one person in there group that was not in network Martha Nowell this caused the insurance company to pay out of network sticking me with a bill for over 1000 dollars the insurance company will not pay in network due to the fact that Princeton Radiology has set up an agreement with them to bill through Martha Nowell, this what the insurance company advised me. The bill went to collections and I had to pay the debt collector before my credit rating was ruined. There is no surprise bill act in NJ to protect the patient from this kind of shell game. Avoid Princeton Radiology like the plague unless you plan on private paying for your services. read more

The staff are exceptionally courteous and accommodating when it comes to people with mobility disabilities. Highly recommend for anyone that requires additional assistance to getting in and out of an MRI facility. It's on the first floor, parking for handicap is directly in front of the building.Doors are automatic to enter the office. There are private waiting areas if a relative or health care aid is assisting a patient to enter and exit the MRI. read more

Sent my husband to collections for $54. They had the wrong insurance info ( 2 policies ) on file & not the insurance info given. Instead of following up with the insurance co as to why the claim was still outstanding they sent to collections which has now effected his credit report as we are in the process of obtaining a mortgage. read more

The staff is professional, friendly, efficient - top notch. I've used this facility a few times and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs testing done. They are a little further for me to get to but worth the ride! I walked in for an X-ray and was in and out with 15 minutes mostly because I had to wait for a CD for my doctor. This was my first time at this Radiology group/site. I had 3D mammo. Dana was the Tech. I was taken on time and in and out in less then 15 minutes. Dana kept conversation with me which made me relaxed. She was very personable, professional, quick and efficient. The facility is immaculately clean, state of the art. Staff is pleasant, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm told someone will call me tonight with results. It's great to know I don't have to wait in suspense for 2 weeks to see my doctor to get the results. Hopefully they will call with good news. I'm very impressed.
