They took every precaution not to damage anything during the delivery. They even added felt to the bottoms of all my furniture to avoid scratches. Then one after one each salesmen came up to us. Then-they were stalking and staring. I walked out I wouldn't buy anything from high pressure salesmen. My Fiance stayed liked something but it was overpriced. She looked on THEIR website everything was cheaper , MUCH cheaper why? 100 to deliver it 3 miles away , and they use an outside delivery company. RIP OFF. A furniture store with no delivery truck? The delivery however went very well, except they came an hour early. Another red flag. ok we handled that, 40 dollars to put together and its a piece of crap. Its put together badly, legs wobbly, one of the doors door does not close all the way ,the drawers are loose , and the legs are uneven .i have videos and pictures to show everything. Beverley was so sweet! She told me they had a bed in, floor model, twin over full bunk bed with the ladder in the front. She said they'd take it apart for me and even work with me on the price. I drove 2 HOURS in Memorial Day weekend traffic to pick this bed up, only to be told by the manager that he would NOT sell me the bed because he wouldn't have another one to replace it with on the floor until Wednesday. Now I'm out 2 hours of my time and I still have no bed. WORST customer service ever! And he had the NERVE to try to sell me more after that!!!

They don't have the capacity to respond to inquiries via social media, so an in person visit is necessary (and lots of fun!). Be patient. Just do your digging and take photos of what you are interested in with your phone. The shop operates in a brocante style (like if you've ever watched Dick & Angel shop for architectural salvage in France on "Escape to the Chateau"). You show your photos to the shop owner Carolyn at the main checkout and she comes up with a price for your selections. I know it seems weird, but when you see the shop you will understand that there is no way in h*ll they could possibly put individual prices on everything. This is not Facebook marketplace and the pricing for some items will reflect this shop's proximity to NYC. The owner's passion and commitment to recycling and repurposing just about everything from a wide variety and time periods is admirable.
