You know instead of putting my car in neutral to roll it onto an even level, they hooked it up and pulled it back. Called and made an appointment with a woman over the phone to have my vehicle towed to the ford dealership for service, the appointment was for 630am, but I was advised due to a shortage of drivers that early it would likely be closer to 700am that the truck would arrive. I waited until about 730am then gave them a call, what sounded like the same woman answered the phone but had no record of my scheduling a pick-up, and had no trucks available as they were now booked up for the day. When I asked what had happened or who it was I spoke with the previous day she got very defensive, said that she had no idea because she didn't work yesterday and then hung up on me. Called them from a AAA call to have my car towed and they said the driver was 4 miles away, the driver took about 20 minutes later. Once he got there the driver took the longest time to hook up the car, I wont be told he was taking a long time to make sure it was safe, it was due to a slow worker taking his sweet time. After that he got lost at the destination point and I had to drive out down the street to flag him down and guide him to a shop that has never had issues having cars delivered. Overall the driver was something else and dont recommend using them or at least that driver. read more

This company was a company AAA provided for a tow. My bike was running funny and in order to ensure no more damage was done I decided to call a tow. When the driver arrived the bed of the truck had transmission fluid all over the back. The driver said it would be fine and he would guide me on. As we went to off load the bike I told him I didn't feel comfortable backing the back through the oil. He said he could not do it and said he would continue to guide me down. When he lifted the bed my back tire begin to slide due to the transmission fluid. As I tried to put on the brake and apply my foot the the ground I slid as well. This caused me and the bike to fall off the bed of the truck to the ground, causing severe damage to the body of my bike. When I spoke w it h management he said he would help me through the insurance process and asked me to write a statement as well as a request for what I'd like done. After emailing him in detail what happened due to the negligence of the driver , he responded back a few days later saying it was my fault and that because I didn't hit the truck but the ground the would refuse to help with insurance. I've had a few rows with my bike and none as careless and unprofessional as this company . If they show again to my AAA response I will simple deny the tow. AAA linked me with this company to get me off the side of the 5 Freeway... Stuck on the side of the Highway. NK towing has had my request for an hour and a half (eta was 45 minutes) I've personally been talking with the towing company dispatcher and they're telling me he's almost here and he's heading southbound, problem is the driver is apparently south bound of my current location, so how does that make sense? I contacted AAA which left me with a bad taste afterwards but first I received a call with an estimated time for the tow truck, then Kenny appeared about 30 mins early, he was clean cut, clean uniform AND well mannered AND polite! Driver /Tow truck operator Eric Martinez of NK Towing responded to our location approximately 25 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. He was professional, timely and courteous. Driver He prepped our car for towing and cleaned up the huge mess left by our blown oil line. Because he arrived early at our location, he was able to get our car to our mechanic prior to the shop's closure for the day. Your driver let me in the parking lot after disabling my RV while I was on my way to the hospital for jaundice/liver failure symptoms and covet symptoms on 4/8 2020. All I needed was gas and your driver Hooked up the bottom of my 31 foot RV By the Steering column and drag it across the freeway bending it and twisting it as a crash back and forth into the back of the flatbed like a rubber bowl on a paddle every time you het hit the gas. When unhooking All The coolant came pouring out all over the ground and there was a giant whole in the radiator. I've tried calling you four days in a row and each time I get a response of the person who you need to talk to was not in right now by probably four different people of told me that now and they said that they'll call me back tomorrow or later on and it's been four days and I still haven't got a call and I still haven't been able to get to the hospital cause I'm still stranded on the side of the road. I am so happy with NK towing, I could probably cry. I mean I did actually cry waiting over 2 hours for another tow company to come jump my dead Prius battery before we finally gave up on them. So we called NK and they were there within 5 minutes to help me! The entire process took even less time and now I'm finally home! We should have gone with NK to start and will for sure call them in the future if we are stuck by the side of the road. I had an issue with what I thought was a flat tire. I called AAA for assistance. They assigned NK Towing as the contractor to come out and assist me, giving me an ETA of a 40 minute arrival time. I literally hung up the phone with AAA and Justin from NK Towing was already calling me to confirm my location and said he was 3 minutes away. He arrived, greeting me with the sweetest genuine smile. I explained I was hearing a metal grinding sound coming from what I thought was my tire. He listened while I pulled my car forward and heard the sound, pulled out a piece of metal wiring from under my car and assured me it was not from my car... all this with a smile on his face reassuring me that nothing was wrong with my car. Car gets towed with a parking pass in place and the driver threatens to assault my 18 year old son, whose just trying to tell him that the pass is there. Bad situations don't have to be horrible. Reasonable people can elevate a situation and make a resolution for all. NK Towing should represent..NO Klass.....because they had no class. Please do not support such a corrupt business. I always see them driving through my apartment complex looking for cars to pick up and tow away. My boyfriend had his car taken away for parking in his own assigned parking spot! When we went to get his car back their excuse was that his tenant sticker wasn't visible! We had to pay almost $300 to get it back and there was damage to his front bumper that wasn't there before they took it which cost us another $900 to fix. What gives these people the right to steal cars from our own assigned parking spots and then charge us to get it back?! These people are crooks and I hope they go out of business soon! read more

Your brochure online claims you are "dedicated to being the absolute best in the industry" and that you "provide the most professional and expeditious service in San Diego County." (Those are some pretty bold claims by the way.) Well from my experience those statements are completely false. Whoever was working as the dispatcher tonight, Thursday, August 21st, 2014, this review is for you. I was disappointed with your service for 2 reasons: 1. You didn't keep the appointment time you gave me. 2. You didn't communicate the changes. You're either bad at communication, or it clearly wasn't your priority at the time. If you commit to being here within 30 minutes, then you don't let that time come and go and just leave me hanging. I don't get an answer for another 15 minutes, only to hear you will be there in another 15 minutes. So the hour has gone by, and then I get a text message update saying you will be there at exactly 7:15. That's in another 15 minutes. (Am I being Punk'd?) Clearly keeping your original appointment is not a priority, as you seem to shuffle your dispatching order to what is most convenient to the towing company, regardless of who called first. And even if you were to change the time on me, I had to contact YOU for the updates. After you are late!? It just doesn't seem very "professional" or "expeditious" to me. Look, if you just told me from the beginning you were going to take over an hour, I would have been able to spend that hour much more productively. Instead I spent half the time calling you to get an update, while you were booking my guy all over the rest of town. Maybe you guys need to re-evaluate your online brochure and advertising so it states more accurately the service level you provide. Yelp says 3 Stars. Your brochure should say we offer "3 out of 5 star service." At least your technician was smart. He opened my car before he called me. He saved himself a little bit of hell. Cheers. read more

I called to have a driver from my company serviced at around 1:00pm. The female dispatcher said she could have someone there within an hour. I agreed and continued to work. At 2:40pm my driver called to say he was still stranded and locked out in the sun. I followed up with the company who said " I'm sorry looks like the order was not placed. I'll have a driver there in half an hour." I asked if I could prepay the bill or leave a check with the driver. She informed me they only take cc or cash. I had already written and delivered the check to the driver. I went ahead and pulled the cash out and gave it to the driver. I went back to the office expecting the driver to be back shortly after me. At 4:30pm the driver called me to say he was still stranded. I followed up again with the company dispatch to figure out where the heck the tow guy was to open the truck for my driver. Again, they apologized and said " we've been really busy, maybe an hour." I told the dispatcher that its unacceptable for my driver to be stranded for almost 5 hours. She said "well, that's business it was busy so we had to do what we could." I told her she should have made us more of a priority and not been able to promise a service time she couldn't keep. I called a different company who was there in 35min. Absolutely NO consideration for clients. Terrible customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB on how terrible the experience was. read more
