She took her time, listened, read my medical records. Then discussed a plan. I will keep going to her and highly recommend her. The office staff was very nice also...So happy I found this chiropractic office!

DO NOT GO HERE!…read more This is the most unprofessional "medical" center I have ever encountered and I am EMT with plenty of experience in them. I came here for a pre-screen urinalysis for a job and it was terrible. The minute you walk into the door you can smell a very distinct fishy odor that just clings to the air. The floors were dirty and the waiting room itself is a very dark room with only a dirty fish tank to illuminate it. Even the fish look like they are crying out for someone to save them. There are no signs saying to sign in and no one was at the front desk to direct incoming patients. By the time someone did show up at the desk, she zeroed in on someone she recognized and started taking care of him before me, despite the fact that I had arrived first. When she finally did call my name and start to gather my information, she shouted out my name and allowed other patients to stand near me while I had to give her my social security number. There is absolutely no privacy. AFTER she took my information, she proceeded to tell me that the doctor that does the testing is out to lunch and I would have to wait. When the doctor did finally get back from her "lunch break," she was a complete mess. She had on a short lab coat but paired it with a summer dress and flip flops. Her hair was all over the place and she over all looked very unprofessional. Mind you, this is a MEDICAL CENTER. Also, NONE of the employees had on scrubs. They all were wearing what looked like their regular everyday attire, nothing to show that they were actually in a work place environment. They left up other patients x-rays for any one to see. None of the rooms looked organized, sterilized, or even clean. Patients walked wherever they wanted, and none of the workers seemed to be working. They all sat together at the front talking about going to the beach and laughing very loudly, meanwhile I sat in the back room waiting on a sticky chair to be able to pee in a cup. After I was waiting for about 45 mins, the woman that claimed to be a doctor (don't know for sure because she had no kind of identification on her person) told me that only the computers in the back room were down and so she would have to input my info into the front computer. Ten minutes later she came back and said that she needed to wait for the other person that is out to lunch to get back. "He should be back any time," she claimed and then went back to the front of the office. It would be about another 15 minutes before he came into the back room. The man administering the test had no ID either and no lab coat. I do not know what his qualifications are. He was very soft spoken, to the point that I had to ask him to repeat himself several times about the instructions he was trying to give to me. He had me leave my belongings in a basket on the top of a cabinet that was directly next to another patient. Luckily, they were still there when I went to collect them but it was very nerve wrecking to just leave my stuff out in the open for anyone to examine. After I emptied my pockets, I was asked to wash my hands. There was absolutely no hot water, so I have no idea how many germs were actually killed. Then he handed me a cup with a sharpie mark on it and told me I had to pee until that line and anything else to leave in the toilet. The bathroom was very small and had a child sized toilet that was very low to the ground. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet seat was chipped, the sign to remind people to not flush was wet and peeling off of the back of the toilet, and the toilet paper was just sitting on the top of the back of the toilet itself. I took the liberty of washing my hands again, although I was not offered to do so. After my part was complete, I asked what the next step was and if I would be notified of anything and he was unable to tell me. The man administering the test literally said, "I don't know." Again, I stress, this place is completely unprofessional and disturbingly unsanitary. DO NOT GO HERE!
