Big lounge, can get busy especially with families and kids Pros - smaller spaces avaialble if you want some quiet time Food selection good for bfast and lunch with multiple choices Cons - limited vegetarian options at lunch

The lounge has great seating but it seems to be crowded for the most part especially during the afternoons into night - a lot of departures during this time is probably what keeping them busy. The food options were minimal but whatever they had was pretty decent and in fact better than the offerings compared to most lounges

Before my return flight home I visited No.1 Lounge at Heathrow Airport. This lounge is very well appointed with comfortable seating areas, solid food and beverage options, and a bar area. The staff were very quick to keep tables clear and replenish the food. I would highly recommend this lounge. Nothing to dislike about it. If I were to nitpick, maybe more restroom availability would be good but it was adequate.

Accessed via Priority Pass the No1 Lounge at Gatwick is better than most in terms of size, offerings and service. Especially appreciate the child-free are for a bit of quiet

Decent lounge with free small plates and alcohol. The seats are pretty comfortable and the espresso machine was a nice touch. No restrictions using PP besides needing to prebook if at capacity. Nice option if at terminal 3 at LHR

The food was tasty but the hot food isn't. It's lukewarm. This is despite the fact they don't put huge amounts out. The sweet treats (2 choices) taste good. The machine dispensed cappuccino is acrid and awful. The Coke Zero is from a pump contraption so tastes like bleach. The drinks glasses are warm, but no ice although the bar might have ice. If so they should put some at the soft drinks dispenser. Seating isn't comfortable with comfy places empty but marked reserved. I find it hard to believe one can reserve and not appear at all for over two hours. WiFi good. Staff within courteous and friendly unless you head for an empty reserved seat but they appear to know we aren't reserved guests - funny that. Male toilets in poor condition as not attended frequently enough. All in all not at all worth the cost of the hassle gaining entry not even close but alcohol drinkers just might get a better deal.

This lounge gets the job done... there's food and bottomless drinks of all kinds including wines, self-serve coffees, sodas, infused waters etc. That said, it has super nice, high class parts with very comfortable seats and some very meh seating. I have a huge problem with the staff seating lone diners on the hard, uncomfortable seating area whereas couples and families are sat in the more comfortable seats and cuter parts of the lounge even though we all pay the same for our memberships. A on the other hand, they also have a cinema where guests can sit to watch movies and I think that's pretty helpful for travelers with teens. The seating discrimination for solo travelers and somewhat bland breakfast options were not the best tbh but the overall vibe of the place, free drinks, and enthusiastic staff leave you feeling good. Also, I don't think it's fair to judge their food options overall if I haven't had lunch or dinner there so tbd. I would go back for drinks and vibes with a group.

This is a very comfortable lounge located in Terminal 3. I had to wait sometime to get in but it was worthwhile. It got facilities to work and plug in electronics. They also got a room where they stream movies like in a theater. I liked the pancake machine. The food was just okay.

Nice lounge at LHR. Limited selection of food. There weren't hot items for breakfast, but the yogurt bar was excellent with fresh fruit. Espresso drinks were available and the bar was open. Comfortable area to wait for a flight. The staff worked hard to refill items in a timely manner.

This is a spacious lounge in Heathrow airport which we checked out waiting for a connection flight. The yogurt bowl station was my favorite with Greek yogurt and plenty of berries and topping options. Coffee machines were excellent and drinks came out nice and hot. Pastries such as pain Au chocolate and plain croissants were fresh. There was also standard British hot breakfast available. People also seemed to really be enjoying the plethora of alcohol drink options as well.

3.5 stars and rounded down for a couple reasons. This is the first lounge I've ever been to where they seat you in specific seats instead of allowing for general seating. When they seat you, they call out to the staff that brings you to your seat --easily audible to half the lounge--your level of entry access (ie. whether you're accessing the lounge via a specific credit card, business class tickets, lounge pass, etc.) which to me is kind of awkward. Like maybe you don't want to share with half the lounge what credit card you use. (Or maybe you do...if that's how you roll...) And they could be a bit more discreet if they were going to seat you by hierarchy, which they did--if you were business class you got the larger leather sofas and lovseats, if not you were seated at various other seating. Second, for the moderate busy-ness they were experiencing for an early evening crowd, there was only one staff manning the entrance. I had the unfortunate circumstance of being behind a customer who was trying to get a third person in his party free entry while his credit card only covered two people. (he was adamant in adding both his wife and mom to his entry without paying and was arguing with the staff member about it) this was not the fault of the staff for sure, however it took about 15 minutes to resolve and the line was steadily growing longer behind them which I felt could've been avoided by opening a second line. The lounge itself is pretty well maintained, very clean, moderate food options, not as many drink options, though they do have a bar and bartender available. Bathrooms were spacious and fairly clean.

Context: I only came because I have priority pass This lounge is so nice compared to the Aspire lounge, come here first if there's room. It's spacious, there's nice views of the planes, open bar, and a small hot buffet. The day I came the food was curry with rice, string beans, mashed potatoes, brats, and gravy. The food was mediocre but I'd rather take this free food than paying $15 for mediocre airport food. Open bar was also really nice. I'll be back again next time I'm at Heathrow.

I have been to quite few lounges and this isn't one on top of the list. I came here 4 hours before my flight and they refused my husband and I to get in saying " it must be within 3 hours form the flight" and it wasn't even full. Food here is mediocre and same with drinks. I wanted to have the Michelada vs Bloody Mary and it wasn't great. Their breakfast was basic. Their lunch however was a bit better. They had Indiana food and salad and that was better option. I would return and give them another chance

No-where really to sit even as a solo traveller

Reason being relative to the amount of traffic this terminal gets, the lounge capacity is very limited. The waitlist can be up 45+ minutes and it's not guaranteed that everyone on the waitlist can enter before they need to board their flight. This time it appeared they were giving some priority to people who had to board sooner as long as I was willing to share a table with another customer. In this lounge the staff assign seats to each customer which isn't something you usually see, though made sense based on the small size. Since I had only about 15 minutes prior to boarding time I wasn't choosy about comfort, really just wanted to grab a quick breakfast prior to getting on the flight, so this was fine by me. There's a small bar with breakfast selection of the day being "English breakfast" items: scrambled eggs, baked beans, crispy bacon, sausage. They also had some fruit/veg juices, pancakes (via a nifty little pancake machine), a bar with limited alcoholic drinks, and regular coffee/tea options. Functional enough for a quick stop though less comfortable than some other international lounges in terms of space, but still better than many lounges in the US when comparing quality of food.

The line was out the door with a 30 minute wait (and frankly not my favorite lounge, see my separate review of that one), and thankfully they told us to head to My Lounge which had more availability. They are both run by the same company, with My Lounge being recently remodeled and reopened (previously Club Aspire) in the past few months. Walking into the lounge it's decorated with a cozy vibe, think textured brick walls, warm jewel tone tweed textures on the furniture with medium wood accents in the floor and bookshelves, reminiscent of a modern family room. Seating inside looks roughly enough for about 100 people, at mostly lounge chairs and couches. There's decent spacing so that it doesn't feel too crowded. Check-in counter is immediately inside the entrance, at around 10:30am it wasn't too crowded, we were able to enter right away. Later on when we left around 1pm there was a short wait of about 10-15 minutes. Directly to the right of the check-in, there's a small, more private lounge room with seating for about 8-10 which is where we parked ourselves. Walking left past the check-in counter the space opens up to a bar serving liquor and cocktails, and a food bar along the wall. They had breakfast food set out, including yogurt, smoothies, granola and cereal, cut fruit, bread and mini pastries, and warm food including all the elements of a traditional English breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, toast, roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes. There was also a pancake station which I've seen at a couple other Europe lounges, and you can basically pour your own batter and it goes through a mini oven and pops out cooked on the other side. Around noon they also set out lunch food though we didn't end up eating much of that. Free WiFi is available and strong. There are screens scattered around the lounge with airline info though similar to other lounges no announcements are made, so you have to keep track of your own boarding time. Bathrooms are in decent shape. Normal hours are 5:00am to 10:00pm. Not a bad place to spend a few hours, would def stop by again if I lay over at Heathrow Terminal 3! This lounge has the space as in a huge area, the relaxed vibe, the very comfortable chairs and sofas to make this the perfect stop and break when taking that 15-20 hour flight to Asia with the one stop in London. We didn't have a whole lot of time between connections to order from the QR menu which could have made this review higher. First of all, it's a modern looking lounge with great accommodations. I love that they have a row of private & clean restrooms that have their own sink and scented diffusers. They are very spacious with no unpleasant smells that I could detect despite it being a public restroom. It appeared to be very well-maintained. The coffee & tea bar was a huge highlight. It had French croissant pastries and Union Hand-Roasted Coffee. It was the best part of the lounge in my opinion. The views of the runway were also wonderful. We saw some very large jumbo planes taking off and landing from our comfy seats. It was a relaxing lounge. We were there at breakfast time. The breakfast bar had a good variety. It could have been better had the English muffins been toasted. I'm not sure why British Airways doesn't have toasters in their lounges. What's the point of having butter nearby? I tried to make a bacon roll out of it, and it just didn't work for me. My husband asked if there was any way to toast it, and they said no. So, they won't toast it for you. I did see other rolls there that may have been a better choice but I'd already placed the muffin on my plate. Other than that, it was an okay buffet for a British breakfast. I didn't see the ice cream cart that everyone talks about. That may be because it was too early for that. There's a good selection of alcohol as well. I have a feeling that ordering from the made-to-order menu is the way to go here, and especially if they have that Loch Fyne salmon that I had on the way back from Edinburgh. It was still a nice upgrade from the typical British Airways Lounge. Hopefully I can update this review again when we return.
