The priority pass lounge is located in terminal 2. Not the easiest to find based on the lounge directory description. It's on the departure level. Take the down escalator and make a right turn to the dead end. Viola. The lounge. We circled around and around before we found it. And we were using GPS. We checked in at the front desk. I was issued a receipt. Why? If I exceeded the two hour stay I would incur a charge. Later I turned in the receipt under the two hour limit. I said do I get a receipt for turning in the receipt. No. I hope I'm not going to be billed. As for the lounge. It was very busy. But enough seats. We were there during the lunch hour. Plenty to select from. The staff did their best to restock and clear dirty plates. There was bottled juices, canned sodas, espresso machine, and a hosted bar. Sorry no bottled water.

I'm not sure how this place receives raves reviews. First the staff were pretty rude. They acted like we were getting a handout. This is while they were yelling at other prospective guests for not being allowed in. I'm Sure there's a nicer way to handle the guest situation. Then there's the overcrowding. There was sooo many people trying to use amenities it felt like trying to get a premium item at a buffet. I could only find a seat near the entrance. I ended up just getting a cup of juice using the bathroom and leaving. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean which I appreciated.

Arrived at 6:30am on a Monday and was happily surprised that this place was empty! - coffee machine - clean bathrooms - ample seating with plugs from nice chairs, to long tables to small tables - fresh juice and fruit water - croissants, beans, eggs

Overcrowded moment in the Plaza "Premium" lounge.

First time here. Either the Air conditioner is outdated or incapable of pumping out enough cool air to combat the stuffy and warm film that seems to surround you. The staff is definitely not happy working here. From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew to the bartender. I didn't even touch the food. Hope management puts things in order.

Beautiful lounge and free access with the Amex Plat card. Came in during breakfast and there was a plentiful self serve buffet with savory and sweet items. We didn't get much since we weren't that hungry but what we tried was good. Lots of seating.

Located on the lower level in Terminal 2 at London Heathrow Airport and got in with a guest with the AMEX card. They served lunch/dinner hot foods with cold foods and drinks. The coconut chicken curry with rice was delicious. Pasta was not too bad as well. They had multiple types of water for you to drink (Watermelon, Lemon, Lime/Cucumber mint). Very large and spacious. Chairs/desks had charging stations with complimentary wi-fi.

On Priority Pass app, it stated that there is a maximum 2 hour stay only. However it doesn't mention anywhere on the Priority Pass app and website that this lounge would allow members inside only 2 hours before boarding time. This caused confusion and inconvenience for us having to find a place to wait in between, unlike the Centurion lounges. While I respect the rule, we would hope that they could update their information on the app to inform Priority Pass members ahead of time.

The food here was good, they had Indian food and it was great. The place itself was hot and felt stuffy so that wasn't too pleasant. The people cleaning up were very nice and were on top of it. The Apple juice and gin tasted great!

The Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal 2 seemed better than previously the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 5. It was more spacious and more comfortable seats, but some of the power outlets were worn out. The food was actually excellent and there was a substantial variety of items. So all great to wait for the flight with food, drink and wifi - had there not been half into the waiting time a family with a relentlessly crying toddler that they seemingly felt no need to calm down... That is a 100% certified safe way to ruin other folks' stay at the lounge, and some intervention would have been welcome...

My absolute favorite airport lounge. At Heathrow, there's actually an arrival lounge and a departure lounge. The arrival lounge is very small and more similar to a coffee shop. In contrast, the departure lounge is one of the biggest I've been to. Both had very clean bathrooms, places to shower, and comfortable seating. Importantly, the food at both the arrival and departure lounges were really delicious. The arrival lounge is located after customs/border and baggage claim near the exit. I had to ask someone for the location, but just following the lounge signs would've helped too. I was at the arrival lounge at around 8am on Christmas Day but was greeted by very friendly staff. The food served was a full breakfast (you get to choose the items) with all types of coffee drinks. They have the most delicious sausages here so don't skimp out on the sausage! The departure lounge is the most amazing lounge ever. It had so much seating, with tons of private places, and wonderful food. It made me feel like I was transported to a hotel. The food was served buffet style. There was a bar which had prices attached to the drinks. DO NOT WORRY. Just ask for the complimentary drinks! There is a good amount of the free stuff, but they do have fancier drinks for purchase. I came here with priority pass so of course, it was 100% worth it. However, this is probably the only lounge I think is worth my money if I didn't have priority pass.

My brother has Priority Pass via his Amex Card, and so he was able to get our group of 4 into this lounge to chill out before our plane's departure time to Lisbon. The gentleman who checked us in gave us some fabulous tips on how he could get us into the Lounge for cheaper, and so the really lovely service bumps them up a star. They also have napping spaces! Admittedly only 4 nap spots, but I nabbed one of them and had a lovely power nap on the very comfy day bed. The food was a really good selection with lots of excellent choices! The day we were there, it was carrot and coriander soup, rice and madras chicken, beef stew, mushroom ravioli and mini veggie samosas! There was also a cold collation of meats/ cheese/ salad/ olives etc and then sandwich and amazing chocolate muffins! Our bartender mixed us up a fabulous gin & tonic and so this Lounge set us up with a perfect start to our Easter vacation! Yelp 181/ 2019

Accessed with Amex. Lots of space. Standard warm breakfast. Slightly isolated from main airport shopping area, but plenty of signs to find the entrance

Reason being relative to the amount of traffic this terminal gets, the lounge capacity is very limited. The waitlist can be up 45+ minutes and it's not guaranteed that everyone on the waitlist can enter before they need to board their flight. This time it appeared they were giving some priority to people who had to board sooner as long as I was willing to share a table with another customer. In this lounge the staff assign seats to each customer which isn't something you usually see, though made sense based on the small size. Since I had only about 15 minutes prior to boarding time I wasn't choosy about comfort, really just wanted to grab a quick breakfast prior to getting on the flight, so this was fine by me. There's a small bar with breakfast selection of the day being "English breakfast" items: scrambled eggs, baked beans, crispy bacon, sausage. They also had some fruit/veg juices, pancakes (via a nifty little pancake machine), a bar with limited alcoholic drinks, and regular coffee/tea options. Functional enough for a quick stop though less comfortable than some other international lounges in terms of space, but still better than many lounges in the US when comparing quality of food.

The line was out the door with a 30 minute wait (and frankly not my favorite lounge, see my separate review of that one), and thankfully they told us to head to My Lounge which had more availability. They are both run by the same company, with My Lounge being recently remodeled and reopened (previously Club Aspire) in the past few months. Walking into the lounge it's decorated with a cozy vibe, think textured brick walls, warm jewel tone tweed textures on the furniture with medium wood accents in the floor and bookshelves, reminiscent of a modern family room. Seating inside looks roughly enough for about 100 people, at mostly lounge chairs and couches. There's decent spacing so that it doesn't feel too crowded. Check-in counter is immediately inside the entrance, at around 10:30am it wasn't too crowded, we were able to enter right away. Later on when we left around 1pm there was a short wait of about 10-15 minutes. Directly to the right of the check-in, there's a small, more private lounge room with seating for about 8-10 which is where we parked ourselves. Walking left past the check-in counter the space opens up to a bar serving liquor and cocktails, and a food bar along the wall. They had breakfast food set out, including yogurt, smoothies, granola and cereal, cut fruit, bread and mini pastries, and warm food including all the elements of a traditional English breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, toast, roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes. There was also a pancake station which I've seen at a couple other Europe lounges, and you can basically pour your own batter and it goes through a mini oven and pops out cooked on the other side. Around noon they also set out lunch food though we didn't end up eating much of that. Free WiFi is available and strong. There are screens scattered around the lounge with airline info though similar to other lounges no announcements are made, so you have to keep track of your own boarding time. Bathrooms are in decent shape. Normal hours are 5:00am to 10:00pm. Not a bad place to spend a few hours, would def stop by again if I lay over at Heathrow Terminal 3! We didn't have a whole lot of time between connections to order from the QR menu which could have made this review higher. First of all, it's a modern looking lounge with great accommodations. I love that they have a row of private & clean restrooms that have their own sink and scented diffusers. They are very spacious with no unpleasant smells that I could detect despite it being a public restroom. It appeared to be very well-maintained. The coffee & tea bar was a huge highlight. It had French croissant pastries and Union Hand-Roasted Coffee. It was the best part of the lounge in my opinion. The views of the runway were also wonderful. We saw some very large jumbo planes taking off and landing from our comfy seats. It was a relaxing lounge. We were there at breakfast time. The breakfast bar had a good variety. It could have been better had the English muffins been toasted. I'm not sure why British Airways doesn't have toasters in their lounges. What's the point of having butter nearby? I tried to make a bacon roll out of it, and it just didn't work for me. My husband asked if there was any way to toast it, and they said no. So, they won't toast it for you. I did see other rolls there that may have been a better choice but I'd already placed the muffin on my plate. Other than that, it was an okay buffet for a British breakfast. I didn't see the ice cream cart that everyone talks about. That may be because it was too early for that. There's a good selection of alcohol as well. I have a feeling that ordering from the made-to-order menu is the way to go here, and especially if they have that Loch Fyne salmon that I had on the way back from Edinburgh. It was still a nice upgrade from the typical British Airways Lounge. Hopefully I can update this review again when we return.
