The guy that did my nails rushed the entire time, cut me multiple times also burning my skin while filing my nails. My nails look like glue on nails, they are not shaped to my nails on top. A few look like they will pop off in a few days! I said something at check out & Kim told me to come back and she will file them. Always great service. Kim does the best designs. Anything I show her she can re-create. Anyone with issues must not take the time to communicate what they want. Felt rushed. I set back massager to my comfort, and the lady came and changed my setting. Paid for 50 minutes, recieved 30. Lady did not apply shellac all the way to the cuticile. Come time to pay and tip the ladies, coudn't get the money out of my purse fast enough, as they were STATCHING money from my hand. Terrible experience...which I wrote about on Google. Over priced. Lashes came completely off in under 24 hours Nail tech Kim does what she wants to do, not what you ask and pay her to do. Tech lingers around after you are done to grab your tip. Like you HAVE to tip. This shop has a weird vibe. Daniel was awesome on pedicure....but he basically stalked around me when he saw I was ready to pay , which turned me off. But at least he deserved a tip. Kim did not but I tipped her anyway. Went to have an old set removed and a new set put on. Tech appeared inexperienced. I asked no polish be put on the new set, however, tech disregarded my request and put a polish on that I could not remove with standard remover. After having the nails on a week, the beds turned yellow. I had the nails removed while vacationing in Europe. I question whether the salon employee is trained and licensed. read more

When I first got there, the place was packed but the check in was fairly quick. I got a mani & pedi. There was complimentary drinks. The massage chairs are the best in town. The pedi lady took her time. My mani lady left my nails square, exactly the way I like them. Nice environment. & TVs. Loved it! read more

Daniel is the best at pedicures. Take his time and really cleans under your nails. If you keep going to him he then knows exactly what needs to be done. For the third time in a row, I made an appointment with a certain person at No 1 Nails only to arrive to see my nail tech involved with another appointment. Other nail techs were not busy and milling around. The other times, I waited up to 30 minutes, even with an appointment. Not this time. What's the point in making an appointment?!? I was in town and wanted to find a good nail place. I tried this place since the reviews were mostly good. Terrible experience. First of all, I had a blister on my foot (stupid sandals) and I told the lady doing my toes about it and asked her to go easy on it but she didn't. She acted like she had no idea what I was saying (which may be true but ask someone else to translate if you don't know what I'm saying). Second, she was really rough on my toes and the whole pedicure hurt. I had it done on Thursday and by Sunday all the polish was chipping off. I told the guy doing my nails that's thumbnail was splitting and asked if he could do something to cover it and make it not split any further. He put glue on it and then proceeded to buff it all off. Same situation as when I first walked in. Not impressed. I'll never go back. read more

My mothers been coming this salon for over 10 years and I see why. The prices are fair and the quality is excellent! I love the customer service and the employees are super nice. They're located by Hobby Lobby which means that there's plenty of parking space. The strip their on has many restaurants so I can grab a bite to eat before or after my appointment. I love that the employees are all patient and will do whatever they can to make you satisfied. Highly recommend Kim or Michael, they make my nails look amazing afterwards :))))) read more

yeah no way will I be going back to this place. When I arrived at this place they were pretty busy but all I needed was a quick eyebrow wax. I asked if they had time to do it real quick and the lady said yeah and sent me to the back. I waited ten minutes before I saw anyone. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. read more
