The meats (brisket and ribs) were very tender though. The sides portions were huge but nothing special. We enjoyed their house sweet bbq sauce the most but they have a few other homemade sauces.

My dad called, and we both heard the owner tell us that we can come by to get cash refund for the order, since the credit card couldn't be reversed. I showed up some days later, and when I calmly explained the situation, the owner got extremely combative towards me and accused me of lying and told me he wouldn't be refunding our order. He even taunted me, saying "you didn't pay for it, your daddy did". Despicable customer service. It would be sooo easy to simply come out with a smile and say sorry about that, rather than losing a lifetime of business over $30.
