I spent roughly 45 minutes in BoxDrop and walked away with a mattress & set of box springs for $1,000, which was right under my budget. Sometime in the past few weeks, the right side stopped inflating. Contacted the Hilton Head, SC store via text as instructed on their voicemail. Instead of coming out, they provided an 800 number to Customer Service. After a 12 minute wait to speak to someone, I explained what was happening and they offered to send out a technician to diagnose the problem for $190 paid on a credit card in advance of the visit. That's ridiculous! People need to know Sleep Number doesn't give a hoot about customers. I had no idea how bad the service has become until reading the reviews here and on Yelp. Please Don't make the same mistake we did!

I went in in hopes of finding a couch big enough for our family. I found a couch that I really loved, along with a great area rug. I wanted to check out the other stores in the area though, and told him I would be back if I didn't find anything else. I did return the next day to make my purchase. They don't offer military discounts, and like most furniture stores, it was pricey. They do delivery and set up I believe for $75 (roughly!) As far as payments, you can buy it outright which costs less in the long run, or do the payment plan which costs more in the end, but might be suitable for some. After payment, we scheduled a delivery day, which was less than a week away. The delivery guy was very friendly and did set up very quickly. They did forget to bring the rug, but they called quickly and apologized and offered to bring it later in the day, or offer pickup, which ever was easiest for us. We have been very happy with our purchase. The furniture does have a warranty available, so be sure to ask about it!
