The best customer Service and product that I have ever experienced…read more I have been having ongoing problems with my water heater. I had been trying to keep it going but it finally went out.. of course, right in Winter when it was freezing. It was close to unbearable. Enter Jonas Energy Solutions!! To say that they are a quality company is an understatement. Unparralled product and service. I called .. made an appointment ... they triaged the water heater ... and new water heater was needed. It was time the equipment lasted for years. I was able to make an appointment for the following week. The representatives arrived early and spent the day uninstalling the old heater and installing the new including all the lines. They were kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. Special Shoutout to Jack, Jarad, Jesse and Russell for their knowledge and attention to detail. While installing the equipment I noticed their expertise in installing a finished clean product including the lines and the equipment itself. The representatives took the time to explain the steps as they progressed and also how to use the product itself. By the time they left... everything was picked up and clean it was like they were not even there! I felt like I was living in a new home it was so warm. I really feel that I stumbled into a goldmine of a company and they will be used for all of my Heating and Air needs (they also provide a number of other products and services). I know that the products that they install are quality products and dependable and Jonas Energy solutions stands behind their installation and products. I could not be happier with the work that was performed. They are there for you when you need them. What else could you want from a Company. American Standard was an invaluable part of the equation. There was a brand new set of spare stock tires/rims for a 3/4 Ram diesel, a nearly new double stack GE oven, an Alto Shaam Cook and Hold TH-500 commercial oven, stainless steel restaurant tables, 2 commercial refrigerators, and numerous other things that luckily Ive continually taken pictures after my unit got broken into a few years back. So for you to say "junk you had to haul" just confirms to me your nefarious intentions. The owner acts like a nice guy but as I just learned will have no problem kicking you while your down and being sneaky about it by not informing me before any auction, he had no problem calling me a few years ago when the unit got broken into but not a single ring when he sold all my stuff.
