went in yesterday to see if they could fix my charging port ( spilled coffee earlier that morning and wasnt charging) he politely told me he couldnt they best thing to do is getting a wireless charger. I informed him that my phone does not have that ability I then asked him if he could take all the info from broken phone and put it on new phone. HE said no problem it just needs to have about a hour of battery usage which my phone was at 5 percent. we found the model # to my phone and he went in the back to see if he had a extra battery so i wouldnt have to purchase one. While he was back there he yelled out he had to take the back of the phone off to see the exact battery. I said no problem. This is where i was dumbfounded. 10 minutes later he comes to me with my phone is pieces and says they hid some censors and when he was taking the back off he broke them. So my phones camera does not work and it looks all messed up but he cracks a joke and says atleast it was broke anyway. Then he proceeds to tell me he is charging me 10$ for him time breaking my phone. I paid the 10$ and left. On my way home my phone starting randomly charging again but now i cant use this phone because this company broke it. and im out 10$ read more

Casey really knew his stuff and answered all our questions in a way we could understand, and without making us feel dumb. Made sure we were satisfied with everything and told us to call for tech support if we needed it. On a recent trip with the grandchildren to Clearlake my Ipad ended up having a cracked screen. The local paper had a very nice add for Konocti Computers so I decided to call. I was so surprised at how kind the woman was who helped me. She understood that we were from out of town and sent a technician to our resort that same day. He fixed my ipad within one hour right at our place. And I was using it the rest of my trip. Fabulous customer service. Had a big issue with a Laptop only 2 years old, was on my way to Staples and this was the last stop to see if they could help. Open at 8 am to boot, others still closed in town. While I was devastated over the news of my laptop not going to last for years, I decided this was my Computer Store. A much needed professional service. I completely recommend you call if you need anything about your computer fixed. A female technician came out and fixed my sons iphone on the same day she came to fix my home office computer. I didn't mention the iPhone until she arrived. I was pretty blown away she was able to fix everything. She pointed out some things we could do to get our computers running faster and taught my wife a few tips when shopping online. I am simply amazed at this company and their staff. I called at 8oclock at night and they stayed on the phone with me for 45 mins to help me with my laptop. They came out the next day and removed an ugly redirect virus on google and I was happy to have my laptop fixed so fast. They offer a free evaluation, which allowed me to weigh the cost of replacing vs buying something hung brand new.
