And then the rats came back. So Rat exclusion also came back and found more entry points and sealed up more until all the rats were gone. They honored their contract and kept coming back. They were clean, friendly, and honest. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I ever have rats again. Other pest exterminator companies said there could never be a complete sealing because of the connected areas of the house but Rat Exclusion went under the house over and over until they got all the entry points including the ones connected to the neighboring house. Fortunately my foundation was not connected to other houses and I have no attic.
