The Staff can give zero crap of your there, doesn't matter if your looking at bikes, clothes or even the parts counter they'll ignore you. And don't bother calling because if they do answer they just put you on hold forever. Many years and owners ago i had some service here and it was ok but just talking to their service guy now I wouldn't let them change a light bulb on my bike. DO NOT GO HERE-My recent experience at No Cages Harley Store was absolutely unacceptable and disturbing. When I visited the store with my husband, I encountered incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior from an employee named Jeremy Methner. After asking about a refund that had not been processed, Jeremy rudely stated, Its just our policy, and when I expressed my frustration, he raised his voice and became even more hostile.Despite my efforts to address the issue calmly, Jeremy continued to escalate the situation, eventually throwing a box at me in the presence of the manager, Barbie. Even more shockingly, he later walked by and said, "I should have hit you with it." This kind of behavior is inexcusable and should never be tolerated in any customer setting.I had no choice but to cancel a $500 order I had placed with the store, as I refuse to support a business that allows such disrespectful and aggressive behavior towards its customers. If I could return the bike I purchased just two weeks ago, I would do so without hesitation.This experience was a complete contradiction to the customer standards I was promised, and I strongly urge the franchise owner to take immediate action to address this situation. I will be sharing this experience widely to ensure others are aware of the kind of service they can expect at this store. Then went back to the store on 9/11/24 and was denied service. How ridiculous for us to be denied service when the service manager was the one completely out of line. It is amaxing he is still employed. Be sure to never use this location ever! I was kind of thrown off guard yesterday when I went on a poker run out of No Cages. My rear brake wasn't working up to pare. Went to the parts dept to purchase a bottle of 4 dot. The sales person was very nice and looked at the mechanic and said, "hey, can you pull it in and top it off for her"? He said, "Have her make an appointment, I am a month booked"? Really? You couldn't of topped off my brake fluid that would have taken 10 minutes bc your a month out booked? Just seemed rude to me. I didn't ask for your service, your parts dept. guy did. read more

I can't even begin to explain how amazing this team and dealership is. They gave me more than a bike-they gave me an amazing new slice of life!! For my birthday, I decided I wanted a bike, but I needing riding time during the summer. I signed up to take the new-rider course back in July, 4 months prior to my birthday-that in itself was an experience. The instructors were phenomenal and helped me every step of the way, through spills and thrills. The sales team (Jess, Jake, Jeff, Tony, Bill and Brad) was SO supportive and motivating every day and were able to give great pointers to a newbie. The day finally came and I picked up my brand-new sportster. About 3 hours in I had someone on a service road pull out and cause me to dump the bike in the grass, causing some damage. I called the Sales Manager, Jake, and he sent a truck to pick it up that afternoon. After going round and round with insurance and Harley Davidson, they were able to get my bike fixed sooner than the original scheduled date-there were some parts on back order and they pushed and pushed to get my bike finished in time for my birthday, knowing this is what I had wanted for years. In the meantime, being a new rider and not wanting to lose my skill, I went back in a few times each week for 2 months and rode with various people. It helped gain real-road experience, build my confidence back up and shake off the fear and nerves. They all WANTED me to ride and everyone helped in some way or another. The whole service team, Adam, Chris and Larry and all of the techs who worked so SO hard to get my bike put back together-I can't thank you guys enough!!! The whole parts department, Adrian, and of course the GM Dean-thank you for helping guide me to the right parts and mods as I begin this adventure! And my girls-Mandy, Andie and Casey for helping to get my confidence back up, helping me and the hubby stay safe with new gear after my accident and giving me some 'girly' pointers as a female rider. just picked up my bike and didn't check it like i should have knowing no-cages is know to be forgetful . i have had problems with that dealership before but they are the closest dealership to me . i had them pick up my street bob because the yellow check engine light was on and it would only idle . i ask them to put on the cruse control module when i scheduled the service . one person says yes we can put it on and the second guy that was there confirmed they were in stock . so 2 guys understood what i expected to be done. they sent me a txt saying that my bike was done and ready to be picked up . i got a ride in got my bike and rode it home . i had a lot happening all at that same time so wasn't paying attention but when i got home and started checking i had no cruise control module installed . i called to ask what happened and they said i never confirmed that i actually wanted it installed . WTF ? HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I HAVE TO TELL TO PUT THE CRUISE CONTROL MODULE ON TO ACTUALLY GET IT DONE ? They even sent a txt telling me that my bike was done and what the bill was . If you go there double check everything they do because they make mistakes all the time . one time they left the rear wheel lose which i found out when i pulled out on the highway and almost lost control of the bike . once they serviced my bike and left it almost 2 quarts low on oil . i wanted to put different handle bars on my bike and the service people told me to order the parts myself and they would install them . When i showed up at the dealership with the parts the manger starts yelling at me that they will not install any parts that were not ordered by the dealership . well they did install them but the manager told me not to come back . well here i did go back and now i get more of their stupid crap . I've been to a lot of different Harley dealerships, all over the US. This place sets the bar and then some on what I feel a true dealership should be. I went to No Cages simply to pass the time while my wife was getting her hair done in Hilliard. I walked in, was greeted by a member of their staff and simply walked around looking at their inventory and merchandise. Throughout my walk through I was greeted by different employees of No Cages with a very friendly and welcoming attitude. They all offered their assistance to me but never once made me feel pressured or like all they cared about was a sale and making money. I held conversations with a few of them, learning more about the dealership and the staff. I had currently owned 2 Harleys at the time but was thinking about trading them both in for a newer model. I ended up asking one of the guys on the floor, that I had been talking to, what kind of price was on a certain 2017 Road Glide that was customized and under 3,000 miles. He told me the price, which honestly was more than fair for the bike and all it's accessories. I knew this because one of the bikes that I owned at the time was a 2008 Electra Glide that I had dropped a really good chunk of money in to stretch it out, air ride, custom paint job, competition stereo with speaker lids and pretty much every bell and whistle I could. To make this long story shorter... I left that day without buying a bike. But my wife and I ended up going for a ride the following weekend and stopped by to just look. They came out to check out my bagger as soon as I pulled up. Again, greeted us by name and more than welcomed us in. My wife and I walked in as some of them were still out there admiring it. They ended up having this beautiful CVO Road Glide, brand new, blacked out engine and accessories so there was no chrome to polish. Beautiful 2 tone paint (top metallic and lower half just gloss black) with reddish-orange graphic stripe separating the two colors. I looked it over, sat on it and it was so comfortable and felt like it was made for me. I was in love with it. What I didn't mention, is that I live over an hour away and have a local dealership not even 15 minutes from my house. I had went there a few days earlier, took my bagger, they didn't have the CVO that I loved, but the sales guy was sure he could get it in. So I showed him my bagger I brought as well as the other one I had. He looked it over, ran some numbers and literally insulted me with what he was offering for trade. Both of the bikes he priced at half of what they were worth book price. Not including all the extras. They wanted both bikes and $5,000 down to get me under what I wanted payment wise. Needless to say, we left No Cages with that CVO. And they gave me more in on trade then any other dealership would. I put $1,000, got the unlimited miles 6 year warranty and was under what I wanted my payment to be by $60 a month. I have nothing but praise and love for No Cages. By far my favorite dealership and made to feel like family by them constantly. Even to this day they know us by name and always make us feel welcome. I just don't think that you can go wrong with this place. They will bend over backwards to help you if you want the help. At the same time, they won't pressure or push you in any way. Best way to learn this, is to go and just pay them a visit. You'll see for yourself. read more

You know, I have heard nothing but good things about No Cages. Finally went over yesterday to get a tune done on my buddies EFI sportster 1200. Was told it would be 30 minutes, half an hour of labor and $55. Load the bike on the trailer and drive it across town. Get there and get told it will be $150 because he doesn't have a tuner installed. Ok, bait and switch since we told him on the call that there was no tuner. So we pick up the bike 45 minutes later and it's not running any better and they charged $274. Apparently Mr mechanic man didn't quote the $50 in shop supplies (to flash the ECU) and he did not quote labor. So our initial quote of $55 was $224 (they dropped the supply fee). Talk about bait and switch! Avoid this place unless you get a written estimate. Their bikes seemed to be a little pricey by comparison too. read more

Haven't been to a HD store in LONG time. Took my 96 FXDWG in for a healthy list of cosmetic changes, tires and fluids/gaskets as needed. This used to be a family owned/operated shop. Techs used to care......these guys had me pay up front for all my parts, then ordered the incorrect bars and still put them on and tried to justify it. Not to mention, when I picked up the bike, they double charged me for all the parts!! 1500 worth of double charge. SADLY.... When brought to their attention, they asked for the receipts (which I happily provided) and they STILL didn't get the refund correct......... needless to say....calling them one last chance tomorrow and then my attorney. So after turning in my recipes to insurance they say they will only pay for one of my visits to this joke of a shop. I had 2 visits due to the incompetent service department.They cut my check and said take it up w no cages. I get a Michele who says hes the service manager. Michele asked why I didnt give them a change to fix it?! Like anyone has time or willing ness for you to touch their bike....a 3rd time.Plus I'm willing to bet I would have been charged again. That's this place MO. So no resolution. This shop is so pressed to make a buck they they are willing to lose a customer over a few dollars! I had to take my bike to a real reputable shop. Holstein Designs is a way better shop. They did the work correct the 1st time. I had never delt w this shop, just like I had no experience w no cages and I promise you the work was better quality as well as faster. If your thinking about trying no cages, do yourself a favor.....call someone else. read more

I recently purchased my third Harley Davidson from this location, this is by far the best Harley Dealership in central Ohio, the sales staff, parts, and service department are top notch and make you feel like you are the most important person in the building. My 26 employed son wanted to buy a new bike. And asked me to come along. Horrible place. Starting with the garage sale tags on the bikes (with inflated prices) to their crazy ideas about financing. He wanted to finance $6000 toward the bike; after 6 years of payments, he would have paid $16,000 back. That is approximately 35% interest. Nuts. read more

They have a horrible service department. It took them three hours to install highway pegs. When I got home to wash my bike I notices they scratched the engine guards on both sides. Since I didn't notice the scratches at the dealer they told me it was my problem. Stay away from this dealership! read more

We have been doing business with No Cages (formerly C&A) for a few years and always have been made to feel like family. The entire staff is friendly and informed. We walked in last Monday to purchase a pair of jeans and ended up walking out with a 2018 Heritage Softail......the entire staff even stayed late to wait on us to bring our trade up to them. I can't say enough great things about this place. Barbie is amazing and always smiling. The entire sales team (and Jeremy!) was phenomenal. We will continue to use them as our preferred dealer and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Worst experience ever with a dealer. Was quoted a price on a new motorcycle by Nick the sales manager but went I went to purchase the deal all they tried to do was get me to buy a bike with less options, cheaper radio, cheaper seat a cheaper bike and when all that failed he tried to get me to switch to a used bike. When I refused and just requested the deal I was promised on the phone he got very short and refused to honor it saying I have no proof even though the sales man had it written down. I would advise not dealing with this dealer since the sales manager will lie and tell you anything just to try and get you in even though he has no intent of honoring his word.
