This appears to be a scam. The business at the clearview address says that the auto detailing company left months ago. I got someone on the phone once and we scheduled for 11/4/23. No one showed. No return calls or emails. I have reported this to the BBB and to groupon. Skip them. Save your money. read more

This guy is extremely unreliable. I called and we made an appointment. The day of he says he has to reschedule so we change the appointment. Next appointments he claims to have a family emergency so we reschedule again. The next appointment it rains so he doesnt show up without notifying me or calling to reschedule. He did an excellent job! He went the extra mile to ensure I knew what was going on and provided plenty of opportunity to inspect his work and ask questions. I can definitely see why there is an extra fee for pet hair as it required much more work on his end. He went the extra mile to ensure every inch of carpet was clean and the smell afterwards was just amazing. I'm really not sure how this person runs a business. He showed up to my house on the incorrect day and was very rude to me about it. On the correct day of our appointment it was raining, I assumed he would not be outside detailing my car, but he chose to just not show, with no notice of canceling our appt. I contacted him and again got attitude as if I expected him to work in the rain-which I do not. But this is a business and the customer should be aware if the appt is going to be canceled. On the third appt, he got in contact with me 45 minutes before he should be here and said he's running about 2.5 hours behind. I just canceled. I'm fed up with chasing this appointment. read more

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON !!! He does not want you to use it. lol!! This guy deserves zero stars. if you want this guy to detail your car, you better take it to the detail shop before you see him, because he wants a spotless car to detail. I brought my car in at the appointed time, he was 15 minutes late to the appointment. when he got there i was escorted to a little basement business , which was fine, but it was very cold in the waiting area. then he returns asking me about the powdery substance on the floor in the back seat. so i tell him, its just corn flour that had spilled, he accuses me of trying to cover some kind of leak with the powder, which was obviously false because I there was no water anywhere in the car. then he complains about my personal items in MY car. the total items were an unopen box of crackers, jacket, couple magazines, in the back seat: umbrella, empty book bag and a comforter in a cleaning bag. Then he complains that i have :news flash!: bird poop and tree sap on my car. supposedly the Groupon doesnt cover that!! the whole thing was total cap!! this guy is looking to hit a lick not do a job This lady below my review is probably his mother-in-law. lol look at the rest of the reviews its clear this guy is total cap. read more

Bought a groupon from No Competition Detailing and the man made 2 appointments and didn't show up. He told my husband he would call when he got back into town on Monday and it's Wednesday now with no call. I was fortunate in Groupon let me trade in my voucher. Apparently, the man's time is more valuable than mine because he honestly didn't care about me sitting around waiting for him to show up. Please don't waste your time or money. He told us upfront that he only makes 20 off the groupon so apparently it just isn't worth his time. read more

Bought a groupon and contacted the owner, who asked me to meet him at his house for the detail. Thought that was a little strange, but no problem. Arrived at his house at the agreed upon time and no one was home. I called several times without answer. He finally drove up about 20 minutes after our appointment time, and then told me he couldn't work on my car because it looked like it was going to rain. But he offered me an upgraded package because of my trouble, which was nice of him. We rescheduled, this time to meet at my home, then on the day of the appointment, he never showed up. He again ignored all text messages and calls. Rescheduled for a third appointment, never showed. Said he was too busy, and asked me to go to his house again the next day. I asked him if he was sure that he would be around and he assured me he would. I'm the fool here because again, I drove half an hour to his house the next day and he was not home, ignored all my calls. Groupon gave me credits for my purchase but I lost a lot of time and gained a lot of frustration with this "company". Maybe he treats his regular customers better, but his Groupon customers are treated like dirt. read more
