Every time I asked how much longer it would be, I was brushed off with "just a couple more minutes," with no real explanation and a very rude, dismissive attitude. To make things worse, the entire time I was there, another customer was left with foils in their hair and was never checked on or acknowledged. The overall lack of professionalism and awareness was shocking. By the time yet another walk-in was taken ahead of me, I stood up and asked--again--when they planned to take me. I made an appointment specifically so I would not be treated like a walk-in. Only then did they suddenly say they could take me "right now," but after being ignored and disrespected for 40 minutes, I walked out.
