I tried No Limit for one month and always got a great workout. It's clear that they have regulars that have been going for a long time and have built friendships. The employees always say hi and help out. The music is awesome and all instructors are motivating and fun. While this is a great gym for many people, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. The classes have a lot of people (15 or more when I went) and often times I would wait around not knowing if I was doing a move correctly. Sometimes another trainer would see I was needing help and would come over from the private training side. I felt like I was on my own for the most part (after the moves were introduced). For the price of membership, I want a little more guidance. Perhaps if I stuck around for more than a month I would have felt more included in their culture, but for the most part, I felt like an outsider. read more

I've been going for about 14 days now using their unlimited free trial and I look forward to taking my fitness journey with them to the next level. Growing up competing in pageants I always had to focus on my body and losing weight. After competing at Miss USA in 2020 I was at the smallest and best shape ever! No Limit Boot Camp might have changed my exercise routine forever. I am a foodie (duh) and a couch potato. Bad combination, I know. Years ago, I went to the gym, but got bored with the same exercises and equipment. I tried P90X at home, but quit after 30 days. Well, I also quit during sessions because the sofa was so inviting. I am under 120 lbs and people tell me I do not need to lose weight, but I do have extra fat in 'those' places. Nothing like a wedding to inspire losing weight. I am also a weakling due to a bad right knee and left shoulder. Don't get me wrong, I have not lost a single pound (yet!) but I do feel stronger, and feel that unmistakable tightness in my arms and legs. I have noticed an improvement in my endurance and strength, mainly because I have been going to boot camp for 3 weeks now, and have not missed a single day. I did feel like puking during the first four days, as well as terrible muscle soreness during the first week. But I gritted my teeth and decided to go through with it. An Advil before working out helped a little bit. What makes this bootcamp worth trying is the not one, but TWO week free trial they offer. I did make sure that I could use my Groupon right after the free trial. It is one of the cheaper ones out there: 4-week bootcamp for $45. Regular price - $227. Also, the staff here are also very friendly and encouraging. I only met the owner, Sako once, he repeated my name, and when I saw him 2 days later, he remembered. I think most instructors know my name by now. It's probably because I am always the one lagging behind, and the one who needs to be corrected the most. Haha. Yes, not a session has gone by where I was not corrected. Whether it was the exercise, my posture or a modification, I've always received enough attention and encouragement, whether it is a class of 15 or 35. The same goes for everyone, I believe. I have had classes with Nareg, Alan, and Bri. They are all very encouraging, attentive and tough. They notice when you are having trouble, and will offer modifications. Bri noticed I had a limp one time (my knee is mainly exacerbated by jumping, running and deep squats), and told me to use the rowing machine in the training room, which I thought was only for personal training clients, instead of jumping rope or sprinting. Also, even when they are not the instructors of the day, and are doing personal training with their clients, they still say hello, and correct or encourage during boot camp sessions. No class is the same, except that they are all tough. But you go at your own pace, and try to push yourself. Caitie who checked how I was doing after 3 days, encouraged me not to go 100% the first week due to my muscle soreness. They give you a meal plan as a guide during the first day as well, and that one, I could not adhere to. Like I said, I am a foodie. That's probably why I haven't lost weight either, but just gaining tone. If you are still reluctant to try boot camp because you are too old, or too weak, think again. Clients range from teenagers to middle-aged folks, of all weights, and sizes. Best that you let the instructor know of your pain/condition, however, or ask for a modification. It's not that I enjoy getting my butt kicked. But I like the fact that now, I do not dread working out, or find an excuse not to go. I have to thank No Limit Boot Camp for that. read more

No training session is ever the same. The people that attend are like family and everyone is very encouraging. There's never any attitude about "why aren't you lifting more?" or "why can't you do more reps?"... in fact, it's quite the opposite.
