Any and all bookings since have been exclusively with Totally Trips. Many people are under the impression that booking with a travel agent is more costly, but that is not true. The commission that they receive comes from the resorts, not the consumer. And the best part of this experience is that if there is any issues during your trip you have a name, a number, and a website to a real person to help resolve any issues! So what do you have to lose? I am fed up. This service is astoundingly awful. It is consistently late at this point. I have…read moretried to not write this review, but it's been a helluva long time coming already and today was the last straw. 80% of the time I call a cab it doesn't arrive within the time window we've scheduled so that I could arrive on time for the engagement I need to go to, and I end up having to cancel since I would get there way too late. Sometimes no one picks up the damn phone, and sometimes you might have a scheduled ride, and you are just left abandoned with no text, no call and no show like I was at church a couple of months ago. Also, Steve doesn't pay his employees apparently if you pay with a card, so you'd have to use cash app or pay in cash or the cabbie doesn't get paid which is nuts. That is not how you run a business. It's no wonder he is short staffed. He is short staffed because no one wants to work for him. And pretty soon at this rate no one will want to do business with him either. Do yourself a favor, use uber or literally any other service. This service is toast. EDIT: The owner Steve texted me after I left this review, making the claim that the reason they were late was because one of the drivers was in the hospital getting open heart surgery. A. None of that was mentioned when I scheduled my ride HOURS in advance, nor during the two follow up calls. B. At 5:05 Steve's taxi texted me and said that the driver would be at my place in 15 minutes, about 5:15pm like we planned. Then 5:30 came, another text saying that the driver would be here in another 15 minutes. About 5:45pm I call again, Steve tells me the driver will be here in another 15 minutes. I was supposed to be at my engagement at 6pm, by that time a cab still hadn't arrived, I wait longer, call again and then canceled the ride. By the time I would get there it would be too late if the cab ever got to me at all. And here is the biggest consideration I want to emphasize, I would not have left a bad review had it been a one-time event. This has happened repeatedly. And instead of trying to make things better, the owner responds with denying me service. That's fine. Because I'm going to leave this review on every platform where he has a page for reviews, including the Better Business Bureau. Oh and Steve, PAY YOUR FRICKIN DRIVERS.

We booked a round trip and were able to get picked up/ dropped off at a nearby location from the airport (not listed on their drop down menu) which was honestly very helpful and saved us the stress in finding another form of transportation. We also had a very last minute request for a later pickup and Bryan was able to accommodate our request, very thankful for that. The shuttle was clean and comfortable and our drivers both trips were very kind, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable with the areas we traveled to/from. They locked it behind a gate, demanded an appointment to retrieve it, and conveniently had no one available for over a day--while charging $50 per day in storage fees. We were charged for two full days despite the car being in their possession for less than 12 hours. The employee on the phone was rude, dismissive, and put me on hold mid-sentence. Only after I threatened to involve the police did someone magically appear to unlock the gate and take payment. That tells you everything you need to know. This is exactly the kind of operation that takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Don't fall for it.
