This Business Deserves Five Golden Stars!!!…read more Exactly two weeks ago, I used Yelp to find roadside assistance for a vehicle lockout, and I'm so glad I found R & R Roadside Assistance! I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Though I wasn't the point person on the ground this time, I let him know someone else would contact him with the details, and Brandon made it clear he was on his way to St. Louis County. True to form, he arrived in under 40 minutes and saved the day once again! What really stands out about Brandon is not just his skill, but his personality. I'm sure it's because I'm female and was alone (my husband was killed in a car accident 4 years ago or he would have been handling everything), so it was disappointing to know this business had such deceptive employees. I had only heard mostly positive things about this place but, unfortunately, my experience was anything but. By the way, I contributed to the problem by giving them the opportunity to steal from me. Honest people will not take advantage of it, so I made the assumption that they had integrity. Sadly, I was mistaken and it was a costly lesson.

After calling back he agreed to meet us to look at the damage, The driver and owner met us out at the drop off location looked at the damage the tire marks in the woods and told the driver to get in the car to leave. my brother asked for his insurance information to file and claim and he refused to give us any information. we trusted this company to safely and carefully tow the truck and they left us with thousands of dollars worth of damage to fix.
