But I did walk away feeling like a sucker today. Because as I passed Starbucks, just down the hall, I realized that a bagel there would have been cheaper and would taste about the same. They have a bunch of sandwiches- but once I start reading the descriptions none of them jump out at me. I am intrigued by the take-home-and-heat-up dinners. Haven't tried them yet, and I think they are a dollar or two more than Central Market- but it is faster. Paying for convenience, I suppose.

Unfortunately, I did not have access to connect with him prior to the event but his pictures and reviews looked good. Glad I chose Chef Chris and his team because they were great. They showed up a little early to get set up and prepared. He did bring a lot of his own dishes and cookware. They were very kind to everyone but also focused on their craft. We had 4 courses. The food was amazing, everyone truly enjoyed the flavors and presentation. They cleaned up nicely and were out of there in no time at all. I would definitely recommend.
