Gabriel's crew is wonderful and hard working. They did a great job on the hardscaping, though there are still issues with drainage on a patio. Gabriel left my parents and myself hanging. There was an entire corner of the lawn that they never returned to sod, several of the large expensive plants we bought got sick during warrantee and Gabriel did not extend the courtesy of getting back in touch with us to replace them, and the same thing happened with a large red oak, which is now dying. The watering system was not maintainer or properly set up, corners were cut and the lack of communication surrounding something that is EASILY remedied is the most frustrating part. I have written and called no less than ten times, but it appears he is too busy to finalize a $120,000+ project that he said he would over a year ago.

When Jovanne came out to estimate the project, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and confident in his abilities, as well as his team's ability to deliver the best outcome for me. A week later, I was on the schedule and Jovanne came out to begin grading my front yard with a skid. The man is an absolute surgeon with that machine. Although he worked quickly, he was very detail oriented and paid close attention when digging near the house foundation. The next day, Anthony and the rest of the crew came out to do the final laser guided grading and put down seed and erosion blankets. The final product is exactly what I was hoping for and Jovanne understood that right from the beginning. Communication with Janet and Shan was great. Trevor and Blake took old astro turf that had wild grass and a wild vine growing through it, cleaned it up, put down weed prevention and made that old turf look like new! Then they went above and beyond cleaning up the river rock surrounding it removing each stone, removed the wild grass and then replaced each stone including adding cement to keep future grass out and the stones in place. Several months later , I looked out my shop window and they were reapplying grass killer because they didnt like seeing the wild grass trying to regrow. That was their own initiative. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted.
