He quoted me a more than fair price and told me that he wouldn't be able to remove the dent under my racing striped because it might pull up the vinyl. While I was sleeping, he fixed my hail damage. Lori called me at noon and told me it was ready to go. Matt told me he had found a few more dings while the car was under the light and had repaired them without calling me because he knew I was tired and needed rest. He also performed a miracle and repaired the damage under my racing stripe, which he had previously told me he would not be able to do. Truth be told, he did far more work bringing my car back to its pre-hail condition than we had agreed upon and he didn't charge me a dime extra. I would have been willing to pay him for his work but he didn't even charge more for the extra repairs he did. The work is beautiful and it didn't take him long to do it. I would recommend Matt and Lori to ANYONE and I will definitely be coming back with my second car that took a few hits in the same storm. We called him back 1 1/2 hours later, no answer. We tried again 1 1/2 hours later, again no answer. A little later he called us back and SCREAMED AT US for calling him too much and then HUNG UP ON US (before we could even speak)!!! We had been trying to get our car in to have the paint touched up for the previous 5 MONTHS!! Each week he would say "Call me at the end of the week" and then would tell us at the end of the week that he couldn't get us in. He continuously took in other cars ahead of ours and kept pushing us back. We kept trying, but eventually he wouldn't answer his phone (caller ID) so we left messages, but he never called us back. This is very unprofessional. Who treats a paying customer this way?? If you want to be treated this way, then do business with Mitch.
