There was no rodent damage to the unit, only evidence that it was old and worn out. Your technician was blatantly incompetent on this call and it's great that he is no longer with you anymore. However, it was not handled the way it should have been, caused problems I should not have had to deal with and I will continue to share my experience with others. There is no need to discuss this further, you can post any response you choose, but the damage was done, and the warranty company made up for your technician's incompetence.

They would…read morenot install the dishwasher because I use a whole house turn off and not the turn off under the sink because our hard water freezes it up every time.. so they refuse to install a dishwasher. I reported a dishwasher issue on 14 December. They came out, looked at. It said they had to call it in within two weeks. They had to come back and take the circuit board out of the dishwasher which was completely fried. Literally it was black.. then they said it had to be replaced so I schedule the replacement now they have been out here three times at this point. They come out and they say they can't install it because they can't turn the water off under the sink and I tell them no I have a Main house turn off.. they refuse to install the dishwasher. I'm old school and wanted a vacuum cleaner with a bag. I didn't want the bagless model. He explained the differences and the pros and cons of each. He showed me the models he carried (all of them had bags!) and wasn't pushy about purchasing. I found another vacuum and the bottom roller wouldn't roll. They fixed it. Replaced the worn out parts right then and sent me about my happy way. They really should charge more for the service they provide but they have gained a customer for life!!! I will sing their praises far and wide! We said a few parting words for my old Hoover and he gave a blessing to my old new-to-me vacuum that will last me till I go to the nursing home.
