There was no rodent damage to the unit, only evidence that it was old and worn out. Your technician was blatantly incompetent on this call and it's great that he is no longer with you anymore. However, it was not handled the way it should have been, caused problems I should not have had to deal with and I will continue to share my experience with others. There is no need to discuss this further, you can post any response you choose, but the damage was done, and the warranty company made up for your technician's incompetence.

Fridge repair in Lubbock, TX -- Frazier misdiagnosed an issue with my LG refrigerator (DH F error)…read more A part was replaced, but the issue persisted, then got worse. I was unable to use my fridge for roughly two months. Calls/texts went answered, and once they did, Frazier advised he could check other parts as needed. Mind you, I was already in the hole $3xx.xx and didn't feel like buying a new fridge piece by piece. I called LG and their technician fixed the issue and told the part Frazier replaced wasn't the culprit. I called Frazier for some sort of refund (even a prorated one), and was told he would only offer a refund if he misdiagnosed the issue. I guess in his eyes he was paid to replace a part, not fix a fridge, so he didn't think he misdiagnosed anything. My suggestion -- contact your fridge's company for a professional repair and warranty. I ended up paying LG a flat rate and the fridge is good as new.

I very quickly grew skeptical due to my inability to find any information on them online. No website or reviews - I feared the worse. My fears were thankfully unfounded. Damy and Tanner did a fantastic job. The repair was handled professionally and efficiently, start to finish. Great communication for both the initial diagnosis and subsequent repair, and they arrived within the scheduled 2-hour window - in my experience, a rarity with any service company these days. Absolute joke of a company. We live in And Lubbock. We have really hard fucking water.. They would…read morenot install the dishwasher because I use a whole house turn off and not the turn off under the sink because our hard water freezes it up every time.. so they refuse to install a dishwasher. I reported a dishwasher issue on 14 December. They came out, looked at. It said they had to call it in within two weeks. They had to come back and take the circuit board out of the dishwasher which was completely fried. Literally it was black.. then they said it had to be replaced so I schedule the replacement now they have been out here three times at this point. They come out and they say they can't install it because they can't turn the water off under the sink and I tell them no I have a Main house turn off.. they refuse to install the dishwasher. As far as I'm concerned, this company is trash.! if you have to use them because of your warrnty, I'm sorry that's the reason I got stuck with this. Sorry ass company..
