Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a very rude and condescending young short employee with glasses who said his name was Thomas (if that was his real name). While the other employees were very nice, being spoken to in that manner was unacceptable, especially as a paying reoccuring customer. The food itself remains good however, customer service matters, and no customer should be yelled at or treated poorly. Because of this experience, I will likely not be returning.

I didn't win or anything, but a player friend did, or split second maybe. And he was my ride so I was hanging round waiting. This was early last year. Anywho, first and second gave a tip. I don't remember the amount, but it was obvious the dealer running things did not appreciate the amount tipped? he held up the money and was shouting thanks for this large tip or something like that. My fiend and I was pretty sure it was sarcasm. since the room is somewhat professional, I guess the tip amount was insulting? I never went back since $230 is alot to me and my friend paid most of the buyin for me. I asked my friend if he still plays the tournament there while he was complaining and he only plays the big game now not any tournaments since what happened.
