They try to upsell every time, especially on the pedicures. They hand you a menu with a list of expensive pedicures. But they don't tell you that the classic pedicure is an option. I got the classic pedicure. It was 20 minutes and $35. They barely exfoliate the calluses on your heels.the place is clean. The vibe is good. They took me on time. Have gone to this nail salon for the past few years. They used to give your pedicure attention & service was good. Today I went for pedi and it was party of 2. Seemed a busy day due to holiday coming up but last time there, no holiday and lack again in service and time taken in the pedicure. I've taken my teen with me last couple times and again today. Last couple times, they seem to not do steps they do in a full pedicure when it comes to her? And I'm paying adult price? Why? They also rush the service. I know they work off a timer but they seem to keep working fast to get you out and therefore not doing the stone rub, leg rub or oil on nails etc. And they seem to just touch your toe nails and go through the step but not actually do it. Like touch nails with the cotton ball with alcohol but only do one toe? And touch the rest going through the motion only. Today, was last attempt and thought maybe they're busy last couple visits so I'll try again. No foot massage for the teen, stones were not hot and that lasted 30 seconds each leg. The lady put the new heel pad on her tool and literally touched my heels for 5 seconds. I kid you not and then peeled it off tool tossed it. I never soaked feet until after she already started filing. She also wanted to paint my toes with my sandals on. I said no I'd like the slippers. She never put the tissue to spread my toes either and my baby toe nail is barely painted. My teen got slippers and tissue. Lol. Absolutely zero relaxed feeling or atmosphere. I felt a rushed vibe moment we sat in chairs so I put the timer on. Boom 20 minutes start to finish. Is that normal? Come on now. I didn't tip, nope. I usually do even if bad service but this time, nah. Paid and left. The guy at register literally came out to my car to ask about a tip. I said for what? 20 minutes? No thanks. I won't be back. And I'll say most times I've gone it's me plus my one or two teens. That's not cheap and I understand they are providing a service but I also expect they stop skipping steps and actually give time to a customer. Don't take people in if you're busy or don't want to offer the service in full. read more

The gentleman doing my nails never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted & he rushed through the entire service -- they came out terrible. When it came time for the neck & shoulder massage he rested his hands on my neck without moving them & had a conversation with his coworker.. awkwarddd... I used to love this place but unfortunately most of their good nail techs have left. I have been going to Nobby Nails for over a year. I absolutely love them there. I do UV gel nails, with the sculpting gel, and I never have broken nails unless I go way too long between fills. Even when I have had a broken nail, they have been amazing I getting me in right away to fix it. Made an appointment for 5:30 today, arrived early at 5:25 as I value their time. By 5:52 i was still waiting. I was fuming. It's beyond rude to make someone wait like that. The woman next to me said she had a 5:30 apt as well. I needed to leave, I paid a babysitter and wouldn't be back in time for them to leave. A waste of my time and money. I won't be back. After a long search for a great salon, I've finally found it! I got a mani/pedi with my mom and we were both really pleased with the experience. The salon is very clean and uses tub liners for the pedicures which I'm a huge fan of. They give a leg massage, and put a bag (full of warm gel?) under your foot on your heel while they paint your nails. Sounds weird but it was nice. During the mani they give a hand massage then dip your hand in a different warm gel or wax and let it sit in a bag and mitt as your technician gives you a neck/shoulder massage. I think this is supposed to moisturize your skin maybe. Both my finger and toe nails came out very nice! They give another neck massage as your nails dry. Would definitely recommend, and I will be going again soon! read more

I normally never leave reviews but for this nail salon I had to. My Mom and I went to get out nails done here her nails chipped after less than 24hours! Then my REAL nail on my ring finger came completely off when my nails chipped after only about 4 days! I also got a regular pedicure. No gel nail polish just regular paint and the employees made me wait and "dry" my toes for 30 MINUTES! My toes were clearly dry and they got mad when I asked to leave because I had somewhere else to be. They are very overpriced for the quality of nails you get. read more

I love that when you pick out a color for your toes, most of the polishes have numbers to correspond with the Gel polish to match for your finger nails. And I love that they give you a shoulder massage while your hands dry. I've never had a bad experience here. One time I hit my nail on a door and it broke the day I got them done, and when I went in the next day they fixed it for free, and they were super friendly and understanding. That said, I appreciate that they're usually able to take walk-in appointments, there is always plenty of free parking, and the salon is pristine. The back and shoulder massages are pretty nice and so is the paraffin wax. The color choices are not the most diverse, but very trendy and they have the up-to-date collections and colors. They're also nicely organized. The rewards club is probably worth it if this is your regular place. I can make a gel mani last a decent amount of time when I come here. I went for the first time today, very accommodating with appointment time! Staff was friendly and they do a nice manicure & pedicure! They are up on all requirements for Covid, checking your temperature, have you sign in and use hand sanitizer. They also keep up on cleaning and disinfecting between customers. I tried out this nail salon and honestly they did an okay job and it seemed cleaned. But, they entire time I was getting my nails done they didn't speak to me. There were about 4-5 employee's present and only 1 other customer. The employee's all spoke to each other and never initiated conversation with myself or the other customer. It was extremely uncomfortable and rude on their part. I think the management was disrespectful in the fact they allow this to happen. I asked after about a half hour what language they were speaking and he answered "Chinese". I was trying to hint that they were rude not speaking to me or our native language "English". I normally go to a different nail salon but the owner and wife had a baby. I read the reviews before hand and wished I experienced the good reviews they received. I went for a dip mani and had James as a nail technician. He was so rude! The entire time he yanked, pulled, or pushed my hands/fingers to whatever position he needed them to be. When he asked if I wanted my nails cut, I let him know I liked them short because of what I do for work. After he cut them he asked if the length was ok or if I wanted them shorter. I told him a little shorter if he could or he could file them shorter if he wanted. He yelled "whattt I can't make them any shorter. Ok then why did you ask? When it came to washing my hands, I was glad the appointment was almost over. He had the towel in his hands and when I went to get it from him because I thought he was handing it to me, he slapped my hands away! I think James needs to work on his customer service skills. He made what was supposed to be a relaxing experience the absolute opposite. read more

I happened upon this spa by chance and am so happy I did! The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. The facility was very clean, well lit AND well ventilated! I hate when you can hardly breathe at a spa. The equipment was nicely maintained and again, clean. I was able to walk right in, I told them I only had 40 minutes which they said was no problem for a pedi. It was FANTASTIC.
