I was also charged around 400 dollars for carpet cleaning, despite the lease stating the carpets are cleaned between tenants. Combined with the loss of a significant portion of my security deposit 2,695 for walls that were cleaned and patched, these charges did not feel fair, based on the condition in which I returned the home. I'd encourage future renters to document everything, in detail. And, maybe think twice about renting through this company." Yulia in the office is very nice. BUT, nice isnt enough in this business. They are TERRIBLE with any accounting follow thru. My tenant moved out at the end of August. Its almost Christmas and I havent been settled out financially despite numerous emails and promises. There was also a missing distribution last year that didnt get resolved for 6 months at least despite numerous emails. They are responsive at first and then they ghost. They did however take care of my tenant as far as I know and they were reasonably responsive to other requests.

We were starting to get a little worried that we'd have to back out of the home buying process if we found another realtor like our first because we were on a tight-schedule in terms of time constraints due to finishing a lease at our apartment. Instead, we were incredibly happy with the service we got. Ashley clearly knows what she's talking about and went above and beyond for us in terms of getting us showings and explaining things to us that, as first-time home buyers, we never would've thought to look at (such as whether a house is on well or public water, or septic or sewage). She was also great about negotiating with the sellers when hiccups came up during the home purchasing process, allowing us to get the house when we thought we were out of luck and wouldn't be able to. She also has a non working number only communicates via email, is poor at communicating and is condescending in her email responses as she does not want to put in the work she needs to do as a property manager. She often ghosts and gaslights the homeowners when they need her to get something done. She doesn't even apologize for her ineptitude as a property manager and makes excuses for her shortcomings and is not accountable for anything.
