Crispy pork belly with or without sticky rice, lap chong sausage with/without rice, outstanding Bahn Mi sandwiches, and most recently Pork Belly Larb, which is a must have to experience it. He occasionally ventures out with new dishes such as Drunken Driver, which is a most excellent variation on a Dan Dan Noodle dish. Asian/Thai style chicken wings are also a great addition. Large, plenty of meat and packed with flavor. I have not had one single thing for lunch that did not thoroughly enjoy. On Fridays and Saturdays, boat noodles are the must have go-to. Outstanding offering in every sense. The market side is well stocked for the footprint he has to work with. Fresh vegetables arrive on Thursday afternoons, and a lot of items go quickly. Their dinnerware is very limited as I was looking for wooden spoons and chopsticks but they only had the metal one. Their pots and woks are definitely not found elsewhere and I liked their selection for that. The people are really nice and don't assume that you're Korean unless you speak it first to them so that was really cool.
