I had an amazing experience visiting this tea shop. Beautiful, clean, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lauren quickly and promptly met me at the door and showed me their vast selection of teas. I selected the Polar Escape, a white tea with mint, to help a sore throat. They also had a good array of tea brewers, kettles, steepers, spoons, etc to add to your tea brewing proclivity. I selected a beautiful tea infuser, I can't wait to use. You can buy tea by the gallon or sample premade options. There was popcorn and honey sticks too. I got some popcorn and a hot tea to go. Very polite staff helped me top to bottom. I can't wait to go back, I'm sure I will be a regular. 10/10 read more

Lovely tea selection but there are some downsides. First they are overpriced...over $5 for a 24oz latte and extra for the almond/coconut milk, extra for sweetness, extra for each scoop of Boba (which they hardly have selection of), the day I went there was only two Boba flavors available. All said and done, your paying over $8 dollars for some milk tea. Positive is they will fix any drink if your not happy and most of the employees are very approachable and friendly. Went for the first time ... I was met by a employee who was nice , but OMG the upselling..the cups, tumblers,tins... it was awful. I got a ice tea , they have no fresh lemon , and it was waaayyyy too much $...it's an iced tea, don't care how you try to make it seem EXTRA... it's really not . Stop trying to upsell EVERYTHING. I love their teas but it's already expensive enough and always leave here feeling like They're trying to sell me a used car with 300,000 miles on it. It's cool to offer a sweet or something at the end but when I've literally said only 1 scoop of boba for every tea and you try and sell me 3 in the last one when I've already said 1 is annoying. read more

I was excited about this business opening. Due to Covid I went through the drive through. They have only been open a few days. I was greeted by a friendly employee. I asked about what was in two different tea drinks I wanted to try . She described the drink I ended up getting but never mentioned it would have boba pearls. I got a smaller size drink and was shocked at the price. Almost 7 dollars!!!! Thank God I didn't get the bigger size. The straw I was given would not suck up the boba. The tea was pretty to look at but it was sooo sweet I could not drink it. I went home and threw it all in the trash. Sorry NobiliTea I will not be returning. read more

Two stars for the super sweet girl that helped me. I didn't want a sugary drink and so she said they could make the particular drink I wanted sugar free. Well, they used some kind of other sweetener and the drink turned out way to sweet and gross. I really just wanted some kind of milk tea, but they didn't have it on a menu posted anywhere. 4 stars because We didn't get any of their loose leaf teas. The store is cute and the staff are friendly. I took my girls in one evening out of curiosity. They each ordered one of the themed teas (this month is the Wizard of Oz) and I ordered a chai tea latte. The two young ladies working were incredibly sweet to my girls and knowledge about their drinks. We did not get any of their loose leaf teas, but we are open to comping back and trying them at another time. read more

Atmosphere is amazing! Great place to study or meet up with a friend! Samantha was so knowledgeable about the tea and set me up with 3 amazing teas, a tumbler and cute tea pot and taught me how to use them properly at home! 10/10 recommend and their in-house drinks are amazing! We visited for the first time today. We had a buy one get one coupon so we decided to try. The girl in the drive through took our coupon and then spent several minutes trying to sell us a souvenir cup even though it was our first time. She then forgot to use our coupon and charged us for both drinks. After I pointed out the error she did not offer to correct the mistake in any way and nobody seemed like they knew what to do about it. She just handed our coupon back and said "see you again soon!" Not likely with that kind of lack of service. I understand mistakes get made, but how about correcting them? read more

The tea is decent but on my second ever visit, I somehow ended up paying $23 for two drinks. One large, one medium. I still can't figure it out in my head and I never got a receipt. Just paid, dumbfounded, and walked out. They asked me a million questions per drink, talked me into three scoops (at a dollar each, I found out later) of boba, asked if I wanted it sweetened, "energized"?! I just sort of nodded along thinking it was like Starbucks where they customize it for you, all under the umbrella of the drink cost. Nope! I really feel like it's a drive-by pyramid scheme. They even tried to get me to join their loyalty program, which is not like a punch card or anything, you buy a gift card ("with at least $25-$35 on it") and when you use it you get every 5th drink free or something?! It was so confusing. I had no idea at the time that I was already spending that same amount on two drinks. It. Is. Such. A. Scam. Really sad that they seem to take advantage of people who just don't know any better. If you cost more than Starbucks, rethink your business plan. read more
