What a great place to enjoy delicious Noble Cider! I've enjoyed Noble Cider around town for quite some time. They know how to make a cider with bite and flavor without too much sweetness. We went to the new facility on opening weekend and were greeted by a friendly and knowledgable bartender. We decided to get a flight and were given some help in choosing our ciders. We went with all Noble ciders, but you can get ciders from other brewers both domestic and international. They clearly love the work they do, you can see it in their ciders and in their knowledge of the industry. The building is set up with lots of seating, games and snacks available. The best cider I've ever had. Love all the unique flavors and the meads are exceptional too. The customer service here is stellar. I was up from Florida and stopped by to pick up some ciders to bring back with me. It was a Tuesday and when I got up to the door I saw they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. I was so bummed and as I was leaving they opened the door and told me to come on in and let me buy the cider I wanted and introduced me to new flavors and products. Picked up some cider brut champagne and the cider spritzer along with a variety of cider flavors.This is a first class operation and can't wait to pick up more on my next visit to Asheville. read more

My friend and I picked this place randomly because it is close to an escape room we we're doing. We stopped in for a quick drink and the experience was way better then we expected. They have a few ciders that they always have and seasonals. They have cute rooms set up for different activities (reading, board games, darts, etc...) There's free popcorn and treats for dogs. There is local art displayed for sale. If I was a local I would be a regular customer here. My all time favorite Cider! This is pretty much all I drink anymore! Ever since touring their cidery a few years ago, while they were still hand bottling and labeling, it has been awesome to see Noble Cider grow! Selling in bars/restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations all around the area. The low sugar standard bearer is amazing - pure flavor! The staff is friendly and passionate, and I am happy to support their product. Absolutely delicious. Thank goodness some one finally decided to open a fun, casual hang out spot near Leicester, NC. Before Noble, I had to drive down town or further to meet up with friends for a drink. The atmosphere at Noble is friendly and laid back. The bartenders are probably the nicest around and the cider is absolutely amazing. They basically have a cider to suit every one...tastes ranging from sweet to tart and styles ranging from juice-like to champagne-like. My personal favorite is their cherry cider. They also have a short beer list if cider isn't your thing or you are allergic to ginger. Looks like they get a steady rotation of food trucks in the evenings. Interesting design choice ... One of my favorite cider places in town, the chai cider is simply delicious! Not too spicy and just the right amount of sweet. We come here for the trivia on Wednesdays pretty often and always have a great time. The location is a bit inconvenient as it's not very close to downtown or Haywood Rd in West Asheville, and there is not much parking, but we enjoy making a special trip to Noble! read more

I have been following their cider business before it was available on the market. If you love cider, or wish to try it- you must go to their tasting room. It may seem off the beaten path, but it is only 2 miles from Patton avenue. ( making it accessible to everyone). They have guest taps with great local beers if cider is not your thing. Hate to be the first non-fiver, but here it is: As far as cider goes, this is the best in my opinion. My so/so rating is more for the space and whether you will want to spend time hanging out here. Basically, I think they have a weird space. There are boxy rooms that look like you are peering into a doll house. The addition of games only adds to the boxed in feeling of being on display. Half of the seating outside of the dollhouse faces a large room with stills. If you like staring at stills this is fine. Personally I like to feel social while I'm drinking and face the crowd, or at least a bartender. Great cider, awkward bar, three stars. read more

This was a great stop to the end of our road trip! The flight was a nice way to experience the different flavors and the Village Tart rocks! We came on a snow rainy Friday night without live music. Perfect. The folks behind the bar were friendly and engaging. We had two flights and two bottles all of which were excellent. My only regret is not purchasing any to take home.... On a recent visit to Asheville I was finally able to visit some real cider houses (we have a lack in Ohio). My husband and I split a couple samplers to take advantage of having so many choices. I loved the little rooms to give you a sense of sitting in a living room and having books and games available would make an afternoon pass quickly. The cider was great. Went to Noble Cider for trivia while visiting Asheville. Definitely a strong local following and we had fun. Ciders are very reasonable priced, full pours are $5 and tasting flight of four was $10. I love Noble Cider! Having now tried a variety of ciders across the US, Noble Cider remains tied for my favorite cider place ever. Their regular cider menu is great and they have an intriguing variety of seasonal ciders. I love the Spice Merchant and the Golden Arrow best, but the Village Tart is worth all the hype when it shows up in bars. The Journeyman is one of the few ciders with hot peppers that I can stand to drink. The heat is a suble addition that works out surprisingly well. I really enjoy trying their seasonal ciders because they branch out in cider styles (the Andalusian, for example). They also suggest you mix some of their ciders and I predictably am a fan of the Golden Arrow/Spice Merchant mix. Aside from the excellent cider, they have a really cool space. There are bar tables that overlook the actual brewing/bottling area and a bunch of tables. They also have these nifty little rooms on the back wall with couches and their own themes. One of the rooms has darts! I always enjoy the free popcorn and all the toppings (Thanks for having dairy free options, by the way. I love that!). They have food on the menu and regularly have food trucks but I haven't tried them. I'm pretty sure they let you fill growlers there and they also bottle now too! read more
