They came out for a free estimate and the guys that came out took meticulously detailed measurement and asked very specific questions about my needs down to the small details. We were recommended Noble Glass and spent a little over $10,000 on their services. Eight months later, some of the screens started falling off, and the work was not done correctly. I have been trying to get them to fix the issues for over four months. Initially, they told us it would cost $350, which we agreed to pay. However, every time I call, Monica answers and promises to get back to me but never does. I've spoken to various workers or managers, and they sent someone out to assess the situation, only to give us another estimate. They never followed up or returned. I had seen a couple if good reviews for Noble Glass. I guess I should have looked at a few others before choosing them because my experience was terrible. I walked in with a piece of glass and a frame. The glass didn't quite fit. I needed a trim of maybe a quarter inch or less. The guy there said his technician was out on a job and would be back in an hour or two. He instructed me to leave the glass, but told me he couldn't give me an estimate because the tech did that. Okay. I wasn't worried. I had done this a year ago when I took another frame and glass to Escondido Glass. They charged me $8.00 and cut it right then. But Escondido Glass is no longer in business due to the owner retiring. So, I told the guy at Noble Glass that I would be shopping in the area and would stop by later. Two hours later, the tech had mot returned, so I was told to come back the next day. Okay. Inconvenient, but stuff happens. The following day the shop called and said it was ready. They left a message on my phone. At that point, they told me there were two cuts made and it would be $30.00. THIRTY DOLLARS! I picked it ip and paid, but I will never ho back there. I had a track come off for a very large and tall glass sliding door. The door wouldn't move an inch. With a huge party on a Monday Juan called me, came out on a Saturday to help me get it off the tracks to repair the guide that had come loose. I had the glass replaced in a large clerestory window (4' x 8') after a handyman broke it trying to replace the lower exterior frame that had dry rot. The old glass was removed intact and the new glass was installed They came back up to re- clean a portion of the window that had been cleaned, but still had some caulking residue on it. They cleaned both outside and inside again. I was told by some companies (if they got back to me) that it would be thousands to replace, if but it was actually under a thousand and the team Noble sent was professional and respectful. For the first time since the start of the Pandemic I found a business that answered their phone on the first call, good start. Angie was very helpful and said she may be able to get a tech out for a quote to replace these outdated 1980's Amber decorative windows. She called back within 10 minutes and said the tech could come out that day within the hour to measure and give me a quote. Juan showed up on time, looked at the project, took some measurements and said someone would get back with me by the next day. An hour after he left, Angie called back with a reasonable quote and said they could order the glass and it should be in within a week. We have been doing a remodel for a year and not once have I had this quick of service. THE NEXT DAY I got a call stating the glass had come in and asked if the techs could come by to measure and possible install that day!! Of course I said, since I am an immediate gratification kind of person. As stated the tech came out and measured to have the glass to be cut. Unfortunately something was wrong with the glass so Angie called me back and was very apologetic but said they could re-order and have it to me by Monday, this was Thursday so I didn't care. I also dealt with Nathan a couple of times and he too was very friendly and efficient. Monday morning Nathan called to ask if the techs could come by and install the glass. They once again showed up promptly and they were there for about 2 hours and you can see the beautiful job they did!! Noble did great job on fixing my wood front door due to not fitting in frame correctly because of weather expanding the door.

From the first phone call to the final repair this company was friendly and professional. We had a sliding glass door that was leaking and had a very hard time finding someone willing to work with us. Every other company we reached out to would only repair a door that they had installed themselves. Most just suggested replacing the slider. Juan came, checked things out, and gave us a few options on how to deal with it. He fixed the leak and we could not be happier with the work he and is coworker did. No need for a new slider!! Find another company. Time will tell how the window and seals hold up but for now, they damaged a solar curtain during the removal and will not pay to fix it. They said we'll give you $100 courtesy discount. Alex (upper management) said "We're not responsible for customer owned material". I would never imagine a company could not be held ethically responsible for the results of their actions. I said you should be transparent and inform the customer of this tidbit of information. Alex said I'll forward it to upper management...when I said forward my number also, if like to talk to them. Alex said I am upper management. Great, why try to BS me then. Had I known they would've been as careless as they were I would've taken the pleasure of breaking the remaining glass since I'm still cleaning up glass in the room, outside and everywhere they carried the old glass out to their truck. Bottom line is they are incompetent, sloppy, inconsiderate and unprofessional. They easily could have removed the curtain and taped the glass before removal instead of just letting it come crashing down 8 feet. He sent one of his folks out to check out the broken glass to make sure they had the right dimensions and color. Noble glass installed a shower enclosure. The enclosure leaks. Water pours out on the floor. The enclosure replaced a previous door set that didnt leak. It's been a couple of months. They sent one crew out early on who couldnt fix the leak. Now they stonewall me, asking for photos (which I sent but their crew saw the leak) but not responding. I have done the bulk of the labor by removing and sanding the sashes so it should be a pretty straight forward job. I called and was told that they could have a man come out the same morning. Great!
