It has been a year and I wanted to update my review. I wish that I could take back my initial rating. I was fixed on the minor issue at the bottom of the door and dents (which Todd happily came out and fixed). However, after I had time to reflect, I wanted to say that I can live with those issues (Todd tried to resolve) and overall, I really am glad I got it done. I still would have gone with this coming if I had to do it again. The screen looks really nice, I feel safer with it, and I have to admit Todd and his crew were great. So in hindsight, I would give them a 5 stars (despite those issues I initially mentioned). If you are looking for a screen, I would recommend them (this was reflective on my part and in good conscience, I wouldn't want anyone to hesitate using them). read more

I just had my sliding door security screen installed. I absolutely love it. I love the look of it ,the feel of it ,I love the way it opens and closes and all the locks. Opening and closing the screen is very smooth and it's strong enough but light enough to not hurt my arm and shoulder. I feel secure and safe at home. Now I can leave the back door open and feel safe with the screen door completely locked. Daniel Silva came out and took measurements and explained to me how the screen door works and answered all my questions. And believe me I had a lot of questions. He didn't rush me, I didn't feel like an idiot asking some of my questions. He gave me complete answers to my questions and also gave me other options for the back sliding door screen and for the windows around my home. He was very patient, very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable and secure with the information he gave me.. I received my screen door about 6 weeks later just as he had said and setting the appointment up for him to come out and install it was simple and easy. He came out, installed it, he was quick efficient and clean and again answered more of my questions. He has a great personality, talkative and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I had my lower windows down 8 years ago and they did an amazing job with the installation. I finally got around to doing my upper windows. I had a little problem with my installation and Todd the owner immediately contacted me and came out to personally fix the problem. We had a screen door installed a few weeks ago. Juve installed it for us and he did a great job. He was polite, professional and quick. He also cleaned up really well once he was done. We had our old screen door in the garage which we were told he could take to dispose of, but I completely forgot to have him take. I texted him after he left to see if he was near by and could come back to get it. He was no longer in the area, but he had one of his co-workers come by the next morning and take it. It wasn't his responsibility. It was my fault for forgetting to have him take it, but he made sure it happened and we really appreciated that.
