I visited this store a few months ago to have a watchband resized. The most basic task that any jeweler should be able to perform. Not this one. I was informed the expensive watch would need to be mailed to Kansas. The employee, who I believe was the owner, was also extremely and bizarrely rude. I took it to a jeweler in downtown Brunswick who did the job within 10 minutes. READ all reviews for this establishemnt...the numerous negative reviews (including their store in Kansas) speak for themselves and raise serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of this establishment. read more

At approximately 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2026, I visited Noble House after a local friend recommended that I bring in some of my late mother's jewelry for appraisal and suggested that I speak with Zoe Herrington about the process. What occurred once I was there is something I've never experienced before and hope to never experience again. While I waited, I looked at jewelry with another employee who greeted me when I entered, was pleasant to speak with and allowed me to try on a ring I liked. I continued browsing after waiting for some time while Zoe continued to speak with another customer and I eventually opened my phone to view my emails to kill time. Zoe then yelled that photographs were not allowed in the store. Her reaction was so disproportionate and erratic that I can only describe her behavior as unhinged. I had not photographed the store, its merchandise, employees, or customers. I had taken a single screenshot of an attachment displayed on my own phone. I immediately slid the business card I had been given back across the counter because I was no longer interested in her services after the manner in which she responded to something that didn't occur and stated I had not taken a picture of her store. As I began to leave and in a state of shock, I was explaining that I had taken a screenshot of an email attachment, not a photograph of anything in the store. She proceeded to reach in front of me blocking my path for a sign stating that photographs were prohibited. I again explained that I had not taken a picture and offered to show her the screenshot, all the while being completely flustered at what was transpiring. I looked back at the other customer she had been conversing with to see if she was seeing and hearing what I was seeing and she looked in a state of dismay, as well. Instead of calmly clarifying the misunderstanding, she pulled out her phone, directed the employee I had been speaking with to photograph my license plate, said she knew who I was, threatened to call the police, and began photographing and/or recording me. If she was actually confusing me with someone else, I can't be sure, but she didn't seem to be interested in confirming who I was and was more interested in yelling that she was going to call the cops and telling me to, "GET OUT!". I asked her to please call the police because I had not photographed anything in the store and I said I was glad the store had cameras. She then repeatedly yelled at me to "GET OUT," said I was trespassing, and followed me outside with her phone raised while continuing to say that she knew who I was and intended to photograph my vehicle and license plate. When I offered to show her the screenshot, she responded, "Why would you take a picture of your phone!?", clearly not understanding what a screenshot is for. I tried to explain, but she wasn't interested in what I had to say. She kept her phone raised while walking next to me through the parking lot. I tried to say that I lived next door, and she responded with, "No one can buy that house!!" I live a street over, but she wasn't interested in hearing that clarification. To be clear, I am new to the area and have never been in her store before and will obviously never go back. I'm concerned about how she will react whenever I need to go back to the shopping center. A business has every right to prohibit photography and to ask someone to leave. My concern is the immediate and extreme escalation from something that did not occur and something I was not given an opportunity to prove did not occur. Customers considering bringing sentimental, inherited, or valuable jewelry here should be aware of how this misunderstanding was handled. Based on my experience, I would not return or entrust this business with my family's jewelry or business dealings of any kind. read more

Contacted a major jewelry chain for an appraisal for a wedding set I purchased from them and was told the price was $350 per item and it would take a week or better. I contacted Noble House, and they not only did the appraisal same day, but they did not price gouge me for it. My wedding rings were stolen & I am looking for a gold band to wear until my husband & I find something together. I found what I wanted, but they continued to push other things on me. I was very specific & told them I did not want what they continued to push, yet they continued. The last straw was when the sales woman suggested I just wear the ring I had on my other hand instead. I said fine & walked out. I went back in to question their motives & was told when I was ready to buy a set to visit them again. I assume their behavior is a reflection of their noticing the band was underpriced- which they mentioned quite a few times (due to inflation, certainly not what they paid & they missed jacking the price up) they would rather treat a customer with disrespect than honor a price & I didn't care what the price was.
