I was so excited about getting this tattoo as a birthday gift to me and I'm so mad I even went and got it. I was excited at first when I talk to Jonas and the session when great he was very kind and sweet at first but I should have known it was gonna be some mess when he started jumping from place to place while doing it. He claims that it's suppose to fade with the 30 DAYS of getting it done but the lines aren't even visible anymore. It faded so bad that you can see my skin compared to how black it was before. Not to mention I was going back just to give him a chance to fix it. The Jonas that I saw today was not the man who first did my tattoo. He was so combative like I did something to him. When coming into the shop I noticed how clean and organized it was so that immediately put at ease. The artist Collin was very professional in greeting me and answering all my questions. I had an embarrassing lower back tattoo from the early 2000's I wanted to cover up and he helped me through the process of picking something new. I didn't feel pressured or shamed once while being there. He made me feel included and important while making a new decision that would be with me permanently. I went in to have my nose ring switched out and the Chinese guy assuming it was the owner was extremely rude!! He told ne that he couldn't switch out my nose ring because my hole was closed. I told him there was no way my piercing was closed because I had just took a ring out while sitting in the lobby. He said your hole is closed and you need to leave. Jonas Ho at Noble House Tattoo is a major fraud (see Before and After pics in this link https://bit.ly/tattoo_scam). He was paid $600 to do "Skin Tone Cover-up" work on 2 small spots on my face. This matching tattoo color should have made the 2 darker areas disappear, but that is not what happened. When he was done, I noticed several blisters all over my face in areas I never asked him to touch. I used the cream and soap he gave me, but it was worthless since the scabs fell off in 4 days leaving pink spots. I knew when I saw those pink spots they would get dark soon after as pink spots always do on my skin. This shows that Jonas Ho has absolutely no experience in this area, and he was simply learning as he went along while grinding sores into my face. He also refused to show any previous work in this area when requested. I confronted him about this 5 days after his horrible work, and he would not explain anything as he just displayed his rude attitude. He would say over and over to come back in 30 days. Two months went by before he finally agreed to finish his flawed work. He ended up making the same mistakes on February 14th, 2020 that he did back in December. He put bleeding blisters all over my face. I am mainly sending this message to help others before they also become Jonas Ho's victim. Jonas Ho would not even apologize for putting scars all over my face and ruining my social life. He actually blamed me for his mistakes. Jonas Ho even scammed me out of a refund by telling me to wait 6 to 9 months for the tattooing to work. I spoke to another tattoo guy, and he said it only takes 2 weeks for the work to complete itself. This means Jonas Ho would not give me a refund even if I begged him until after 9 months. In other words, he blew me off and kept my hard-earned money. I also reported Jonas Ho to the Henry County Sheriff's Department since according to the Henry County Health Department Jonas Ho broke the law. The Henry County Health Department stated that Jonas Ho violated his License or Permit where it states O.C.G.A Law 16-12-5 that says: "It shall be unlawful for any person to tattoo the body of any person within any area within one inch of the nearest part of the eye socket of such person. It's worth stopping in if you're just looking for a good reason to argue though. So I had to tell her to just stop til this guy gets there... finally Jonas comes, introduce himself and get gloves and everything and starts on my dermal, within minutes, he has the top out of my back and place the diamond on top.. then she starts my next one and decide she wants to move the mark where to piercing, With Jonas help again, he shows her how to make sure it's even across.. she starts it, the second one and once again she is having problem, mind you, I'm laying face down cause she working on my back.. next thing I hear is Jonas Popp'n on gloves coming to the rescue, again..So he had to basically do both of my dermals.. I will never ever go to this tattoo shop again! The owner was very disrespectful and rude to me when I came back into the shop for him to correct the mistake he made with my service. I initially came to this tattoo shop on a Thursday because I was leaving town Friday. I only wanted a top put on my neck dermal. The jewelry itself was $10 and I was charged a $20 service fee. The artist initially suggested that I put the jewelry on myself. I told him NO, I'd rather pay the service fee so that my jewelry does not fall off! unfortunately for me only twenty-four hours later my jewelry still fell off after I paid 20 extra dollars for the artist to put the it on. I called and called for about a week straight trying to get in touch with someone from the shop so that I can get the issue fixed. I never got a response from anyone so I then went to the website and sent a message through the website thinking that maybe they'll see it faster than them not returning my phone calls. That also! So I just drove to the tattoo shop to speak to someone in person. I live on the other side of town which is why I was trying to get in contact with someone first! So when I did go to the tattoo shop the same artist that I dealt with the first time was still here. I then began to tell him when I was here how much I paid the exact conversation that we had and tell him that my jewelry came off the very next day. You think that he'd be a professional and be okay with correcting his mistake. But instead he greeted me with a lot of arrogance! he treated me as if I had no money and only wanted free service which was not true because I paid extra just for the full service to begin with. The owner/piercer/ tattoo artist Jonas had a huge spill about how his shop was operated on a level like a medical office, sanitary wise. He told me how long he'd been tattooing and piercing. I trusted him to pierce my nose and I got a surface piercing. I already had my nose pierced previously, so I knew about the process and the proper jewelry for a fresh piercing. However, Jonas put the wrong ring in, claiming it would reduce swelling. Usually you get a screw back so it won't fall out when its first done. He used a stud. Because he used a stud it fell out while I was sleeping a week later and the hole closed. Definitely should have stuck with my first mind. For my surface, I did ALL my research on healing, jewelry and etc. However, once again he told me instead of using a straight bar a bar with a slight curve would be better for healing. I went against all my research and instinct because I figured as a piercer I should trust him. WRONG should have followed my instinct. First thing he pierced it in the wrong spot and than had to repierce in the right one. So painful!! 2-3 weeks afterwards, I went to 3 different piercers that told me it was done WRONG! I had to take it out and let it close. The correct jewelry wouldn't work because it was healing with the curved bar. They told me I would have to start over. I went here because I had heard nothing but good things about this establishment. Me and my best friend decided to get matching tattoos on my birthday (my very first one), so I told her we would go here. We get there and the guy asks us what we want done today. I say "we want tattoos done." He immediately asks my friend "and how old are we today?" My friend does look really young and isn't even five feet, so she laughs and says "I get that a lot but I'm 23." They guy just says, in kind of a rude voice, "it's store policy." (Mind you he didn't ask my age, I must've looked like I belonged there, lol). Anyways, we tell him we want a simple arrow (hey, its my first tattoo) and then he asks how big and where. My friend tells him on her ribcage and a smaller size (because she is tiny) because she doesn't want it to span her whole side. He replies "Well you don't want it too small because then it will look ratchet, like something you got done at Panama City Beach." So then they go back and forth about size and she finally asks him to write a sketch (with like pen and paper) of the size. And he says "no, I'm not writing it down with you not telling me how big first." then he asks me what size and where and i say my shoulder blade and the size the length of my wrist. He says "okay, that will be $100." I was thinking "is that right for a simple arrow... like 8 lines with no shading???" Then him and my friend settle on a size and he tells her it will cost $100 as well. I pulled her to the side and asked if this was normal pricing (she has a few tattoos), and she was like NO! So needless to say we left and I am still tattoo-less. He kind of turned me off from getting one for the time being. Terrible experience. read more

I live nearby so I went in to get a quote n possibly a tattoo. I walked in and I see this guy who walks right by me and says nothing. Because of the layout of the shop I was not sure where to go or what to do. I look back at the guy and he pointed me towards the back, I walk towards the back and I didn't see a desk or anyone else. At this point I'm confused because I am not sure what to do.I turned back around to the guy and he is still not saying anything so I ask can someone help me? and he's looking at me crazy and shrugs his shoulders and say I'll get someone else for you. So at this point I'm really confused because he never offered his services so I am still not sure if he is a customer or a tattoo artist. I sit down on the couch and wait for someone, and after a few minutes no one comes out but I see him straightening up a tattoo area. I ask,is anyone coming now and he says to me, I am the only one here there is no one else. At this point I'm pissed because not only has he directed me to the back where no one is but he also had me sit down and wait for some imaginary person to come out and help me. He then tells me that he doesn't have time to play games and that I just need to get out of the shop which I gladly did because he clearly has some mental issues.
