Seems like everything that can go wrong finds me. After having the brakes go out on my truck & have the cost of that repair earlier in the week, I was looking forward to the 4th of July holiday weekend with my kids & grandkids. Hooked up the big 5th wheel rig and headed out from Shakopee. I made it 9 miles when I heard something was very wrong. I found my way off the highway onto a backroad in Eden Prairie. I parked, checked the rig and found it was the truck's serpentine belt fraying off. I had no one to call. Feeling defeated I sat in the truck with my dog and cried. I sat there for about 20 minutes. People, trucks and cars passed by when a courier type van was passing by stopped and asked if I was ok or needed help. Told him my situation and he said that his business is on the other side of this block if you want to walk over and let's see what we can do. I walked over and he was in his office. It was then I realized this was not an employee. It was the owner himself. He ordered the part. He had his mechanic; Viktor install the new belt and make sure I was on my way. It's the things people do when no one's watching that tell you the content of their character. And even better, when they have zero to gain but have the compassion to help others shows the content of their heart. I will forever be grateful to Gus & Viktor. These guys are the real deal and are simply amazing. I pray they are blessed abundantly in all they do. THANK YOU GUS!!!!

I told the driver I would contact Ron about payment the next day and he didn't care he again just told me (the BRIDE) to get off he had other places to be. A friend left her phone on the bus and I got a message the next day that he was going to hold the phone hostage until we paid which is underneath but I then tried to text him (9 times) and called MULTIPLE times and he didn't respond or answer my calls I had to contact our venue to call him and figure out what he wanted us to do, his reasoning to her why he wouldn't talk to me was because he didn't want to deal with this he just wanted his money and not to talk to me!! He was a jerk and said he wasn't going to show up and shuttle any other weddings he had planned there this year I feel very bad for all those parties he chooses not to pick up and leaves stranded. We reserved a Christmas lights limo tour for December 20, 2025. We paid $639.99. The driver picked…read moreus up as planned, but the vehicle had electrical problems. There was no heat, no way to talk to the driver, no radio/audio. The windows were frosted over so you couldn't see outside. We called the driver on our cell phone. He pulled over on Highway 10 to speak to us. He got out of the cab and came back to talk with us - on the side of a highway. This was an unsafe situation. He told us he had to manually press a button in the cab for the electrical to work. He said it was getting difficult to hold button and we later found out the button was behind him, at an awkward angle. This also seemed to be unsafe. We drove to their garage where they attempted to fix the problem. They were unable to resolve the problem so they returned us home with the promise of a refund since we did not get our Christmas lights tour. I have contacted Matt by phone three times with promises of a refund, but there has been no follow-through on their end. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they also did not receive any response from Matt after their two attempts. Unsafe and poor customer service. It's not too late to make this right, Matt.
