They're also very patient while waiting for late flights! Chey always has a treat for my dog and isn't offended when he turns up his nose at it. One time when we pulled into the driveway, she led him over to the back yard to do what comes naturally - without being asked - while I was getting my act together with the carrier and the luggage. The dog and I were BOTH very grateful! I told her I felt like she deserved another tip for that extra service, and she laughed and said "for just standing here holding onto a leash?" Yup, for holding onto a leash when and where it counts - it's a BIG deal after the dog has been "holding it" too for hours and hours! GREAT service!

The driver reported that it was broken but the company stated it was working when they checked so I'm not entirely sure what happened. I then had a difficult time getting any follow up from a specific person afterwards to express my dissatisfaction so I ultimately left the situation with a bad taste in my mouth for this company. But a little while later, the owner of the company personally reached out to me personally to apologize for any negative experience that I had and said that they pride themselves on customer service and wanted to make it right. I was not expecting this and ultimately had chalked it all up to a loss and bad experience initially. I'm amazed that any company would care enough for their customers to follow up even after I had already gotten nowhere with one of their employees, to apologize and wanting to make it right. They didn't have to do that and I'm shocked they did but it's clear they really do care about the experience and services they provide to their customers. Once again, I'm amazed and was not expecting anything further from them, but it's clear they will go the extra mile for their clients to give them the service they are paying for.
