A thoroughly professional limo driver, with service well above our expectations. We hired Mr Nice Guy for a round trip to the airport. Better than having one of your family drive you to and pick you up from the airport. Our pick up time was 5AM and David was there early. He loaded our bags opened the doors etc. We rode in a comfortable low-mileage, late model Cadillac. As we got out I discovered that my credit card was missing... slipped out of my pocket. After thoroughly searching the car, David offered to drive back to our house to look for it. Finally it was he that noticed my credit card stuck to the face of my phone! Through all this, he remained cheerful and courteous. He even broke the tension of the lost credit card by demonstrating a very good magic trick. Our return flight was delayed several times but David was keeping track of it. Eventually we arrived very late. Before we got off the plane, I got a text from him saying he was in the baggage claim waiting and told us which carrousel to go to. He brought us home, brought our luggage into the house. The best car service in town. I go above and beyond for our guests. A perfect rating so far. I count 46 reviews, and only 5 are shown, so why wouldn't I put one out. I recently hired David for transportation to and from the airport. I had to fly out the morning of Friday, December 16th, the day we had that awful snow storm. Despite the bad weather and slippery roads, David was right on time. He greeted me with a smile, carried my bags to the car, and opened my door. I'm not a nervous passenger, but I've been in a taxi during rush hour traffic in bad weather, and it's not pleasant. David was calm and professional the entire way to the airport. My return plans were uncertain, but David was willing to work with me. He was right there at baggage claim on my arrival back to Minneapolis. If you're looking for old-school service that's nearly impossible to find today, I highly suggest you give him a call. When David showed up, he was fifteen minutes early, and I knew right away this guy was a professional. He was really friendly, and made great conversation through out the trip. I was having a rough day to start off with, but his sense of humor really lifted my spirits and put me on a better track. The guy is great! He was available with one day notice. He had all the basic services like meeting us at the baggage claim, carrying bags, opening doors, polite and courteous. But then he went over the top! Drove us to our destination but... had a few minutes to kill so drove us around the area so we'd know what restaurants and shopping were near us. Even drove us around a beautiful lake in the area and proceeded to tell us funny stories about when he lived around there. We texted him and asked if he could give us a ride a few days later, back to the airport. And once again, over the top service. My mom needed a ride to the airport, so I found David on Yelp and my mom told me how great the service was and wanted me to write a review on behalf of her. Prior to the ride, I had a great experience getting a quote and scheduling- he responded to my Yelp messages very quickly and it was really smooth to make a reservation. Although it was an early morning ride, he showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and was very polite. My mom has shared with me that the car was very clean and super comfortable and David was so kind and friendly that she would like to use again when she visits me in the future. We hired David (Mr NiceGuy) to drive us to several different places to celebrate our anniversary and it was the best decision made in planning the afternoon/evening. The name Mr. Nice Guy is so very appropriate. David shows up early but does not expect you to rush because he is early. He waits quietly in your drive way until you open your door to let him know you are ready. He will then come in and get your luggage. He is the ultimate professional always opening doors, carrying your luggage and making sure you are comfortable. He even carried my sleeping grand baby upstairs in her car seat once we arrived home. The service was amazing. My families flight came in 45 mins early, but no problem David was already there ready to load the bags into the Smooth Cadillac. We all got a ice cold water to take care our dehydration. When throwing a curve ball and adding an additional stop. David had no problem adjusting his schedule and making everything work. David is the absolute best! I've ridden with him many times and he is always the most professional. I travel weekly so I just text David my flight numbers and days. He is at the airport waiting for me every time. When flights are delayed or early he adjusts his schedule to accommodate. If there is a conflict he sends a trusted colleague and lets me know. David is also always willing to go the extra mile to help with a quick errand (flowers for my wife on a long trip or a little play time with my kids who love him too!). If you need a ride to the airport or to go somewhere, I highly recommend Mr. Nice Guy. He brought my parents to the airport at 5am. He was here 10 minutes early, opened doors for everyone, packed the luggage and even offered them bottled water for the ride. Called Nice Guy Limo to get us to the MSP airport. We needed to go early in the morning and we had a couple pick up locations in St LouisPark and Golden Valley. No problem for Nice Guy!
