Pete was an absolute lifesaver. My wife and I were preparing for last minute details with our wedding and I was having issues finding a limo. All of them were booked up but one company had referred me to Pete's service. We had less than 24 hours to prepare for our wedding. I called him and I didn't get an answer. I felt doomed. He instantly called me wondering what I was looking for. He came through in the clutch and had his service available. He came to our wedding venue and was very courteous, drove us around before heading to our reception and provided "Exceptional" service. We ended the night by adding an extra SUV for the love and I on the way home and Trevor our driver was extremely polite, even had a great conversation with him on the ride around the lake. I had a wonderful experience with Exceptional Transportation for a 30th bday party with 20 people on the bus! I originally booked with a different company, Rent My Party Bus on 9/3/17 for a party date of 9/30/17. I called to confirmed my appointment the day of 9/30/17 and they had no clue who I was even though they took my money and sent me a receipt. (Rent MY Party us) Luckily since Rent My Party bus messed up my booking they called Exceptional Transportation to clean up their mess and get me a bus for the night and I'm so glad I ended up working with them instead! The bus was great, our driver Pete was great, and professional. It all felt very upscale for a bunch of 27-32 year olds getting drunk on a bus for 4 hours. This company was a HUGE help. My friend and I were suppose to fly into Rochester for a 50th birthday party, after a day of major flight issues we finally ended up flying to Minneapolis. I called this company from Chicago, they were very nice, watched our flight info as it got delayed over and over and were there within 2 minutes of the time we went to the door to wait. In horrible weather the driver not only got us to the destination quickly but, very safely. We only ended up about an hour late when all was said and done, he even brought us right to the door of the restaurant. Great personality, great driving, great communication and for someone that gets nervous when being driven in bad weather I was totally at ease and felt very safe. Very highly recommend. read more

I worked entirely through email up until the driver arrived day of our wedding. The driver (Andy for us) was out waiting at our pickup time right in front of the church. Bus looked classy and the inside was clean and well prepared (trash for empties, cups with napkins, etc). I told the driver the bar as I boarded and I was greeted with, "I know the place. I'll get us there." No directions needed and he was able to unload our party no problem. Sound system was great with an easy plug in to run our own music. I highly recommend Exceptional Transportation for rentals. Pete and the staff are extremely reliable, the. I used Exceptional Transportation to rent a party bus for my sister's bachelorette party and they still managed to pick us up even though there was over a foot of snow. The day went smooth, they provided an entertainment system with a USB to connect to an iphone/ipod so you can play music. We ended up going slightly over our allotted time, and our driver didn't make a fuss and even went out of his way to make sure we everyone was home safely. Pete was kind enough to send me a picture of the vehicle prior to his arrival, so that I would know what to look for in the crowded parking lot. I absolutely LOVED riding with Exceptional Transportation for a bachelorette party last weekend! Pricing was totally reasonable for a 5 hour trip, and the bus was beautiful (MAJOR upgrade from other buses I have bar hopped with in the past). Pete was fantastic. For the last 5 years, I have been using National Emerald Club for business and pleasure. I like walking off the airplane and quickly getting into a car that I select from the aisle. Then grab the keys on the dashboard and drive up to the gate where the attendant scans the decal on the window. It is really fast. Cars are new, clean, with full tanks. Drop off is just as fast with an attendant meeting you and providing a printed receipt from a handheld unit. read more

He actually stepped out of the car (a big comfy executive style SUV) to ring the door bell and carry the luggage to the car. We had a 30th birthday party for about 25 folks. We had the larger bus. Andy was our driver. We all had a great time bar hopping in the afternoon and having dinner in the evening.
