Really ymmy pies! I will definitely return to try different pies. The apple was great!

I don't like apple pie. There have been many people that have had me try apple pie from different locations served different ways and I just never got around to a slice of apple pie that I liked. I was in New York to visit a friend and I thought "if I'm going to find a good pie, NY is a good place for it" so I looked up what are the best pies in all of New York State and I chose Noble Pies. I went in, asked for a slice of apple pie, and I sat down and ate my first bite. I cannot tell you how happy I was to have the privilege of eating this slice of pie. I remained calm and just sat there, ate my apple pie, and I handed the dishes back and told the sweet lady that worked there that it was the best slice of apple pie I'd ever eaten. Then I walked to my car and I just started screaming because I couldn't believe that I just ate something so delicious. I ordered an entire blueberry pie for myself and I'm not ashamed of my decision. I actually like blueberry pie so I can only imagine how I'll feel when I dig into this. To the store owners: you all should be so proud of yourselves. I hope you know I'm going to be coming back soon! read more

What an awesome, cute and cozy bakery!!! Staff is incredibly friendly, pies were DELICIOUS! My boyfriend and I just moved to Vernon and ventured just over the border and found Noble Pies. What a delicious treat in a comfortable setting. The man at the counter was SO NICE and walked us through some of the more popular options. Warmed our slices up and served with a scoop of ice cream! Doesn't get much better. I had the blueberry, my boyfriend had the chocolate cream, and my friend had the mixed berry. All were great! And local ingredients !!! Definitely a huge plus. We will back. Can we please acknowledge the elephant in the room? (Side eye emoji) How is there any other pie place open in the same town as this fabulous place? Incomparable. Noble Pies - holy moly - might be the best I've EVER had and I'm not getting any younger. Some people bake pies during covid, I buy them. And will continue to do so from Noble Pies. So far I've tried cherry, mixed berry, strawberry cream and their scones and each time it's hard to believe that it's better than the last. Crust is impeccably crispy yet light. Filling is fresh and absolutely decadent. In all honesty, I forget to take pictures before devouring this stuff, so my aplogies for the lack of visuals. Just go and get the pie. Oh and call ahead. We have been enjoying Noble pies since their inception. However, last week we ordered a pie to pick up 3 days later and they did not fill the order. This is the 2nd incident we know of personally. They gave us 2 six inch pies instead of the 9 inch for the same price. They were not doing us a favor because the famous Black Dirt pies were TERRIBLE. Don't know how or why, but they have really gone downhill. We are disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

YOU MUST EAT PIE. A neighbor had recommended Noble Pies to my mother a few weeks ago. We were told to arrive semi-early as they sell out pretty fast. Boy do they. Upon walking in, you're immediately smacked in the face with the aromas of fresh baked goodies - cookies, muffins, biscuits. I wanted to grab a cup of coffee, put on my jammies, hug my Grandma, start a fire, and stuff my face. Tom was working (Leslie Noble's husband) and was the sweetest thing. If I could've put him in my pocket, I would have. He gave great suggestions and was so genuine about his product, you couldn't help but stock up. You could tell they absolutely LOVE what they do and when you hear their story? You want to be friends with them on Facebook immediately (you know what I'm talking about). We purchased the Southwest Pie, a full Chicken Mushroom Pot Pie, a Chicken Mushroom Mini Pot Pie, date and nut cookies, an Apple Cinnamon Roll muffin (OMG OMG OMG), local buckwheat honey, and biscuits. The biscuits were soft, fluffy, and coated the belly. The date nut cookies - sweet morsels of delight. We'll be digging into the pies tomorrow. I am literally anxious to take a bite. Be sure to visit Noble Pies ASAP. You won't be disappointed. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled. They're located in a small strip mall and the hill hides their storefront. I have been seeing different reviews about Noble Pies so for Fathers Day weekend I ventured to Warwick to get some. First, the chicken pot pie is delicious. The second pie I got was Very Berry this was delicious as well. Their crust is excellent. The third pie I got was for my dad, Strawberry Rhubarb. Sadly he was disappointed and said it was sour. That's too bad because he loves this kind of pie and for $29 each I had hoped he would enjoy it. All in all the pies are a little pricey compared to other bakeries I patron. I definitely would buy another pot pie in the future that was definitely a treat. read more

Just came in today to grab some pies after a day of apple picking nearby. From the second we opened the door, the aromas of freshly baked goodness tickled our noses and we were greeted by the golden retriever and busy couple behind the counter preparing more pies. While the savory pies looked and smelled amazing (they seemed to be making more pot pies at that moment), we settled on getting a blueberry pie as well as an apple crumb pie which they recommended to us because of its oatmeal crumb topping. First off, the service was extremely friendly/cheerful, enough for me to not even care how the pies tasted and just decide to support their small buisiness. He was really patient and accomodating to my indecisive sweet tooth. The bigger pies were about $24 each, and yes a tad more expensive than other places.The "6 free cookies with Yelp Check-in", was a breeze, and he was more than happy to give away these free gems to us. Tastewise: I can't speak for the blueberry pie but the apple crumb pie was absolutely delicious although on the slightly sweet side. I was completely sold by this unique oatmeal crumb topping which I've never tried anywhere else. It reminded me of a parfait sans the yogurt. Also, the pies were still warm by the time I got home which was a nice bonus. The crust was simple: crispy on the edges but smooth enough to easily slice neatly. Bottomline: Totally worth the calories and splurge every now and then, but hey, we only go apple picking in this area once a year! read more

Great pies/Deserts. All made fresh daily. They don't keep pies for a few days till they sell. Grab a slice of warm apple pie with fresh ice cream. Prices are a little high. It is your quintessential pie shop, it's small but mighty, staffed by the owners and familiar faces, always welcoming and there's always a massive selection of sweet and savory pies. Holiday pie ordering is easy and painless. Stop in for whatever reason during business hours to try their savory pies, soup and whatever else they have. My wife and I never agree what's the best food. For instance, I have my favorite pizza place and she has hers. I have my favorite bagel place and she has hers. But we both agreed hands down at the chicken pot pie in the mushroom quiche from Noble Pies were the best chicken pot pie and quiche we have ever had in our entire lives. My family and I were driving home yesterday from a Christmas tree farm back to NYC, and happened to see the Noble Pies sign on the grass in Warwick! What a happy find! I have watched the presentations on QVC; what a remarkable story! We tried the chocolate pie in the store- delicious! Also, bought a chocolate pie to take home; along with chicken pot pie, meatball pie, and the buffalo pie! We are so excited! The staff in the store could not have been more lovely! We have already eaten the entire chicken pot pie and it was absolutely delicious! They did not skimp on the chicken pot pie filling; everything was so fresh and so good! Wow, I have a huge sweet tooth and especially LOVE a good pie. I was SO disappointed. Little to no selections to pick from. Bought a slice of blueberry a chocolate cream and 2 cookies and they were NOTHING special at all and very pricey. The store and set up was underwhelming. Welp! Another one does it just RIGHT! Went apple picking and was a little disappointed that the Cafe/ Restaurant didn't offer APPLE PIE!??!?!?!!! The price for a chicken pot pie , given the number of meals is reasonable. The price for a fruit pie compared to other fruit pies does not justify the cost. The Noble fruit pie is better than those at the supermarket but not four times better to justify the price. read more

July 4, 2020. This was the second time we have purchased pies, and Scones from this Bakery and I must say the pies are delicious! Zachary who took our order and delivered our pies while we were standing outside was wonderful, he even gave me a cup of coffee and my sister an ice tea while we were waiting for the order. I can't wait for the Bakery to officially open up because I would love to experience what it is like to sit inside and enjoy my pie with coffee and look around. read more

I bow down to these pies, which are, indeed, noble. Had a slice of apple with top crust and mixed berry with crumble top. Yes they are a bit price-y but you can taste the quality and they are made with love and care so worth it. What I liked is that the crust was firm, yet not hard, soft enough so you could get a bite of crust and filling without the entire pie falling apart. Flaky, but moist, and a little pleasantly salty. The fillings were not overly sweet, so the flavors of the fruit shone through. Apple filling slices were cooked, but ever so slightly still crispy, so it was obviously made from fresh apple, not a gooey viscous over spiced sugar bomb (which is a typical apple pie). Pretty much the best pies I've ever had (and I have had a lot LOL). The staff were also super friendly and nice and the store itself is very cute and clean. read more

This place is fantastic. When you walk in you feel like you are walking into a family members kitchen. Everyone is so nice and Carl (their gentle, adorable pup) is there to greet you. We had a few different pies. All were delicious but what I came for was Leslie's Key Lime Pie. It did not disappoint. Even their Iced Coffee was awesome. The ice cubes were frozen coffee to avoid dilution. I will absolutely be back for another pie when I finish this one! read more

A little expensive but some of the best pies, and definitely the best Mushroom Quiche ever! Cherry and Apple were fantastic and so was the Chicken Pot Pie, but the Pineapple Ricotta Pie was perfection! Can't wait to go back on our way to Mountain Creek or Warwick. Purchased the large strawberry rhubarb pie at the Ramsey farmer's market on July 4th but to our dismay, the bottom crust was completely raw. Not even just a little bit undercooked, I'm talking totally white and paste-like goop. I emailed Noble Pies that evening wondering if maybe I was supposed to bake it before eating. Never heard back from them. When I went back to the farmer's market the following weekend, I spoke to their very friendly booth employee Devon and he gave me a free strawberry rhubarb pie as a replacement and apologized for the previous mishap. We were so eager to try it but again, bottom crust was completely raw. Not sure what the deal is but hopefully the bakers realize their pies, at least the strawberry rhubarb, need more time in the oven to make them edible for their customers. read more

If I lived in Warwick, THIS WOULD BE MY LOCAL COFFEE SHOP! I was passing through Warwick a few days ago with my duet partner, Jason. We are known as, "Stilettos-n-Steel". We were on a road trip and needed a cozy coffee shop to take a little break. What a great find! The gentleman there that served us, Zack, was just wonderful. Attentive, friendly and just on it! The first day, Zack recommended the zucchini muffins and we went with his suggestion, adding on two herbal teas. Just delicious! They were fresh and warmed up for us! We enjoyed the experience of the place so much that we took the trip back on our final day staying around that area, having the blueberry muffins, which Zack sugggested as well. We will be back when we pass through that area again! read more

Scrumpdelicious!! Best pie I have had in a long time...well at least since my wife's pie which I last had in Canada!! First went to the little outlet in Warwick, then the bakery out on the edge of town. The chicken pot pie is the real thing-- a wonderful light crust encompassing a lovely sweet savoury and creamy interior sorrounded by peas and carrots. The chicken was cooked to perfection-- something that can not be rushed. The blueberry pie is fresh and light and not too sweet, bubbling with blueberry flavour. Lots of other savoury and fruit pies to choose from, which we are slowly munching and sighing our way through. The business is run impeccably by Leslie and Tom, who also happen to be generous and vital members of the community. My wife and I are down in Greenwood Lake for a few months and make a point of visiting Noble Pies at least once a week. If you want the real thing, try this place! Set in the beautiful Warwick Valley, one of the less touristy and less pretentious parts of New York, you can't beat the setting either. Finally, to the folks who have griped here and on Trip Advisor about the price-- twenty bucks these days for a full size pie made fresh by hand using local ingredients is what is called "a steal of a deal" folks!! If you want a machine produced supermarket pie well go ahead, enjoy the glucose, the frozen crust that tastes vaguely of tire rubber, the brown apples flown in from some souless plantation on Neptune, and all those lovely chemicals as well -- that's what you paid for Toots!! read more

I ordered two apple pies nine days prior to Thanksgiving I specifically stated no crumb top pastry top. And paid $50. My daughter went at 10 to 4 the day before Thanksgiving to pick up the pies since my pick up time was 4 o'clock. When she arrived she was told they only had crumb top. if I had picked up I would've said fine keep them and I'll go to ShopRite but my daughter felt it would be OK.I now have a pie and a half left and many half eaten plates. I will never order again I thought it would be a treat to spend $25 on a pie because it would probably be outstanding but it wasn't. read more

Best chicken pot pie and quiche EVER! The pot pie was filled with lots of big juicy pieces of chicken, a velvety sauce and delicious vegetables. I have never had quiche like the one from Noble Pies. It was so creamy and rich. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. I'm going to do my holiday shopping at Noble Pies this year. read more
