I was told that it would be resolved and that I would receive confirmation about the refund within 24 hours. Didn't hear back so I sent an email. Once again didn't hear back and sent a second email. Finally heard back a few days later and was told that my initial contact with customer service was outside of their "24 hour window" so they refused to process a refund. I replied to the email and once again (as I should have expected) did not hear back. I would have gladly been a return customer for the quality of their product but will avoid this company in the future due to their mishandling of this situation and consistent unresponsiveness.
