I would not recommend this salon. The manager at the front desk had the audacity to tell me how much I "should" tip each technician. I had three different people assisting me during my appointment, and being instructed on how much to tip felt completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. Be very careful if you go here for gel removal!!! Tiffany did a beautiful job on my nails and she was very nice but they got ruined right after leaving, despite me sitting there forever to dry. Tiffany went in with the drill and I noticed pink/red areas on my nails (see photo). She didn't seem bothered by it. Over the next few days that nail kept chipping and my nails felt super sensitive and bent easily. It wasn't hard to determine she went drill happy and thinned out my nails. I've had long, beautiful nails my entire life and this is probably only my 4th time getting gel. Now my nails are ruined and I'm too scared to go to another nail salon. They did give me a refund and said sorry but didn't confirm if she's been retrained. I just left there and they seemed indifferent, not caring that they've ruined my healthy nails. A woman dressed in all black asked what we wanted. She sat my husband at one of the pedicure seats and me in the back at a desk with no one. Another woman who happens to be Caucasian dressed in black pjs, walked in and told the same lady she doesn't have an appointment but needs a pedicure and a manicure but her nails need to be soaked. They put her in one of the private rooms and started working on her nails immediately. When the woman who initially asked us what we wanted, was questioned about this, she forgot how to speak English (???) and gaslit us that it didn't happen!! This is my first time here and it's been a terrible experience. I was sitting in the front area for 20 minutes and did not see a soul. Nobody at the front desk. Finally, I started walking down the walls looking for a human. I found one woman doing eyelashes and if I should go because I've been here a long time already. She told me no somebody will come. And a woman came and brought me into a room where I have been sitting now for an additional 15 minutes. They have three more minutes till I walk out never to return. read more

Have been going there since it opened. Used to be good but the quality has gone down. They are in a rush to get as many customers as they can. Instead of soaking gel nail color properly they overuse the electric machine to remove the color and that damages the nail enamel. I have been getting pedicures here for the past few years. They are expensive, but the place is nice, clean, and the staff is typically excellent....until today. The young woman that worked on me was clearly speaking negatively about me to her co worker next to us. (NOT in English) In between appointments I use some clear polish, and sometimes one with some sparkle to help the pedicure last longer. It can take a minute to get off all of my old polish...I get it. A pain. Nevertheless, all of the gesturing and giggling was rude...and when I said to her...'no one likes being talked about'. she giggled some more and rolled her eyes at her co worker. Additionally, when we were done she left me sitting where I was, and I took myself to the table with the dryer, dried, and then removed the toe separators myself. She did a fair job at best. This is not how you treat customers. I am generally an excellent tipper....I gave her the bare minimum and then mentioned my discomfort to the woman at the desk on my way out. Not sure if I will return....they charge about $10 more than anywhere else in the area...maybe I will look for a cheaper and more polite salon. Really disappointed. read more

Came here on my lunch break for a pedicure. The pedicure was ok at best. Price was standard at $32 which I was expecting. I was taken over to the drying station where a man came up to me asking if I wanted a massage. I assumed that it would be no charge as I had already paid for my service (and most high end nail places do it for free)... I was wrong. When he had finished he comes back with a ticket for $17.... For a TEN MINUTE MASSAGE. I'm absolutely baffled. I've never paid that much for 10 minutes and it wasn't even remotely worth it. The mani was great but I didn't have time for the pedi. While I was getting my manicure, a massage person comes by to give a 10 minute massage, they didn't say how much or if it was free. I assume it was free because last month they didn't charge me. The person was horrible! Super rough and I kept saying softer. After like 2 minutes I told him to stop. Once I finished my nails I went to the front to pay. For a gel mani and 2 minute massage was $60. WHAT!?! Good thing I had my $15 coupon from last time. It's clear that management & staff work together and strive to ensure that all of their customers needs are met. They are all so welcoming, friendly, polite, helpful, hardworking and talented. Been here quite a few times. I leave everytime feeling like I've been robbed. Today I walked in to ask for UV gel/acrylic removal and a regular manicure. They looked at me like I had ten heads, like I was reinventing the wheel. As they started there removal they asked me 3x if I wanted a fill in instead. No... I want a regular manicure. I have always had suspicions that the nail techs here are inexperienced but I can officially confirm that this is the fact. I only come here if I absolutely need to as they have the most chairs available in the area and I never really have to wait. For $17 their regular manicures come with your hands dipping in paraffin wax. I have been here 5 times and have only had that done as part of a regular manicure once. Their filing is always sloppy, that I would have to cover with a color. Today, I sat at the drying station for no exaggeration 30 mins and messed my nails up 3x as they never dried. So sick of this place. Their spa pedicures are so expensive and just average. All the techs cut corners. read more

Absolutely love this clean and spacious salon. I have been going here since they opened for both manicures and pedicures. Recently I have started to get gel manicures because they last longer. Kelly the technician has been doing my nails, as well as my daughter's nails, for the past several months. We absolutely love her! She is so gentle and patient and my nails last for weeks. This review is a bit mixed for me, but I ultimately settled on 2 stars because of the actual pedicure experience vs. the overall experience. To start with the good, the overall experience there (i.e., hospitality, ambience, etc.) was very nice. We showed up as a walk-in and they were able to accommodate us same day, later time for 2 pedicures. When we arrived, we were quickly brought to our chairs. The massage chairs are very nice, and they had water and snacks for us. The bad, is the actual experience. We paid about 60$ for each pedicure. The person I had did the actual bare minimum. She did not clean the nails, clean up the cuticles or file the nails. She simply cut, went through the motions, gave me the softest massage, then just started painting them. Also, she didn't even get the edges of my nails so there were whole areas that were note painted (didn't see this until I go home). Granted, I could have been pushy about doing all of those things, but in my opinion I shouldn't have to. My boyfriend said his pedicurist did a slightly better job. Overall, nice place but don't think the price is worth what you're getting. read more

I am in 2 minds whether or not to give 2 stars but my experience today was so unacceptable. I have had lovely women in all my prior experiences there and today was no exception. I was at the nail drying table and a neighbor was also there. We were having a conversation with practically one foot out the door. There was a man that worked there who was giving a massage at the drying table to a woman. He asked us to lower our voices in such a rude misogynistic way. If his client wanted a massage in a quiet setting he should have brought her to the back rooms. I had paid for a service and was treated poorly. I called the manager after I gave myself some time to calm down. To her credit she was very apologetic and told me to come in and speak to her but I will never go back. There are too many places to choose from that are not at that price point who treat patrons with more respect. read more

Nice salon and the gel manicure quality is good, I have gotten tips and fill-ins there as well however, those services are sub par. The real issue I have with this salon is their incessant and rude way of asking for a tip. In my opinion, gratuity is discretionary and should be reflective of the service you receive. United States standard is 15%, if I choose to give more it should be my choice. I have been there three times and they have badgered me to give more. One technician stated, "you tip better, we work better". I have no problem giving what is appropriate, I just don't want to be badgered to give it especially in a space that should be relaxing. I got the solid-colored gel nails for $45, I picked out a color and my technician started cutting, she cut so close to my skin that I could feel my fingers tingling. While buffing my nail she cut my skin and I was bleeding, she didn't bother to do anything until I told her and she put some kind of liquid on it. Never apologized to me. i got a good manicure and pedicure from this salon. The place is clean and has many nail polish colors to choose from. However, the prices were way too high! I could handle the prices though as I assumed perhaps that is the price you pay for a clean salon. Afterwards, I gave my manicurist a 20% tip which the woman at the desk told me that I should tip her more. I gave her $2 more and the woman at the desk again told me I should tip her more. Then she tapped on my phone and told me, next time no phone. I took a 20 second phone call in which I whispered to my ill father are you okay and I'll call you back shortly. The phone never rang as my ringer was off. I was seated in the last seat of the salon with no one in the next two seats near me. The manicurist was totally fine with it (I even asked her permission before I answered it). It didn't slow her down one bit. I will never return to this salon! the woman who checked me out was beyond pushy and rude. I am shocked that she would tell me, not once, but twice that my tip was not high enough when I gave over 20% in the end and then follow up with a tap on my phone to not use it next time.
