Very disappointing experience, second time here...figured I'd give them another shot...since first…read moretime a powder manicure took about 2 hours. Made an appointment again but ended up not getting started on for over 45 minutes. When I walked in I was a bit grossed out by the sewage smell that never went away. I asked the head lady in charge if they had the color I showed her on my phone...she said yes. I finally get Lisa who asks why I'm getting powder and tells me UV gels better and kept asking why I don't get it instead...I said I'll look into it if it's healthy or not...she persisted...I declined repeatedly..she started laughing and talking to the technician next to her-all I could make out was uv and powder in what sounded like a complaining, condescending tone. (The first time the leading lady tried to convince me to get gel as well but in a much nicer way-so it appears they don't like doing powder and removing it) Once she's done removing my last manicure she pulls out uv gloves and tries to put them on my hands...I asked her if she was going to do UV gel anyway even though I said no....she says yes, I tell her no, she starts complaining again in her language to the technicians near her. I had to ask if she knew how to do powder as I was beginning to get worried. After 2 hours the end result was fine, but in a color other than what I asked for and I'll probably have to go get them redone. So Be warned if you do go here...make sure you get gel! (And bring a translator) *also know they do not give complimentary massages while your nails dry as most other salons in the area do, instead they have a man who asks you if you want a massage, starts and then tells you the fee. Thankfully I picked up on this from seeing him do this to others before he got to me.

Cathy does an amazing job! Staff is friendly and welcoming they are always accommodating.read more

I was given two gift cards to this place for Christmas…read more The pedicures cost $40 right off of the bat, which is incredibly overpriced. The first time I came here the woman giving me a pedicure offered me a massage for my pedicure which I had already had on my gift card. When I went to go pay they told me I asked for another ADDITIONAL massage so I had to pay more $$. I was upset, but paid and let it go. I received an email later from the salon that they would give me a $10 coupon to come back for the miscommunication. So here I am, finally about 8 months later making my way back here to use my coupon. I ask how much for callus removal, which they say $15. Again, overpriced but I accept. The girl doing my pedicure scrubs my feet instead of using the scraper and I ask why she didn't use the scraper. She said they couldn't use it because of covid. Which would have been helpful to know PRIOR to spending the $15. This place is a rip off and I'll never come here again. The pedicure isn't great enough where it's worth $40 even. It's a normal pedicure. There is absolutely nothing special about it. Worst of all they don't care about taking advantage of people and their money. It's like they don't realize people won't come back again. Both times I've been here the place has been absolutely empty. Recommend going somewhere else. Anywhere else at that. I'll never come here again. It's unlikely they'll end up staying in business.

Great value, great massage! At first arrival you are enthusiastically welcomed. They are very…read morefriendly and seem to enjoy what they do. The place is rather plane in style, but its clean and that is sufficient. My massages was wonderful. Neck, shoulders, arms, head, legs and feet all included in the reflexology massage. At one point it out me into a quickly passing deep sleep. I also quickly woke up because I wanted to remain conscious of this experience. There were a few annoying things that I could do without and they could improve on (they dumped the buckets of foot bath water into the toilet, which is very close by. The sound of a gulping, slurping toilet doesn't really match the environment you want to create for a place like this. Then there was the pause in the middle of the massage to answer the ringing phone. But I understand in a place like this it is maybe too expensive for them to hire a receptionist). That said, those little negatives were overshadowed by the quality of the massage. This will be a regular stop. (My wife was just as happy as I was)

Though I'd been to her once 2 years before, I was still nervous however once she started massaging I relaxed and though it was painful it was so much better afterwards . She really tried to work the knot out and help because she could see I was in pain. I only wish I could get back there weekly. The place is not fancy but it's neat & clean and she's very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her in the future.

If I could put NEGATIVE stars on this review, I would. So I went about two months ago to this…read moreEuropean Wax Center location and selected a random waxer like I usually do. Alana was the woman who my appointment was with, I don't remember ever having an appointment with her before so this was a brand new "just-met" interaction. I made my appointment for a Brazilian and a leg wax. I take everything off because sometimes the waxers just do them both together, so I'm legs spread on her table with no underwear on and she tells me she "WON'T" do my upper legs, not "can't"... WON'T. She asks if I shaved recently and I said that I had like a couple weeks prior but that every 6-ish months, my hair starts to grow super SUPER fast and I go do a full leg wax to "reset it" in a way. I know how my body works and everytime I have done this before for the past I don't know how many years, the waxers have always been able to get the hair up. ALL of it. She rudely told me she would not attempt it and told me, NOT suggested, told me I had to wait two weeks. I said I wanted it done that day and if some of the hair did not come up, that is completely okay with me, I just needed it attempted that day. She told me VERBATIM: "professionally, I'm not even going to bother doing that." I was so shocked that she would say that in that tonality with a client. I wanted to get up and leave but I felt very awkward leaving since I'm on her table with my entire private area out and no wax done yet. So for my own dignity, I'm not getting up. I contemplate saying something but I NEEDED IT DONE and was not gonna start a full on fight when it was the last time slot of the day. So I stay and ask her to just do it, I had an appointment time and would like the service done that I am going to pay for. She then asked me in a very rude tone, something along the lines of: "well why do you even need it done today, why can't you wait?" I told her I had a sorority formal the following day and had no time to go that day or to wait for a wax. I needed it done for that day and I expressed that. Not that I should even have to explain why I need a damn wax. She then gave me a nasty/upset look and STILL REFUSED TO WAX MY UPPER LEGS. She told me that she would not have them charge me for a full leg and would have it switched to a half leg, however I did not care about that. I needed the service done but I was not going to argue anymore. I could not believe that she straight up refused to do a service I was practically begging her to do and booked an appointment for. I was SO pissed but I at least needed my other stuff waxed like I said, so I stayed and she waxed my lower legs and my Brazilian. When she was "done", I told her I felt a lot of hair on the back of my thighs, so she put some strips there, which obviously means I HAD HAIR THERE FOR HER TO WAX, so she must've just been lazy and wanting to leave early or something, which is insane to me, because I booked the damn time slot for it all.I don't care if I was BALD on my legs, I believe that if the client is asking you to perform a service for them that they are paying for, you should perform the service. If you want to ADVISE the client to wait a little longer, that's perfectly fine, HOWEVER, to be so BEYOND RUDE and actually COMBATIVE with a client who has an event the next day and is literally BEGGING you to do the service she booked an appointment for, that is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I was so put off by it and I decided to give the location one more change and I went with another waxer. For the next few weeks, I actually would take time out of my day to check all possible times that Alana would not be available so I did not have to experience her disgusting attitude again. Which is insane that I had to do that. I went back with another waxer out of convenience and that was that. It's already awkward enough and there's a certain factor of a lack of dignity when your private parts are wide open on a stranger's table. Don't make it 100 times worse by treating the client like garbage on the street. Disgusting.
