I was very impressed with Nobleton. It was at least $100 per night cheaper than the surrounding chain hotels. Very clean and comfortable. I love that they leave lots of extra toiletries in the bathroom cabinet. They do not offer everyday cleaning service which is fine by me because I usually leave the do not disturb on my door so staff won't enter. Self check in was a breeze and I checked in at 11:30 at night. Very well lighted and safe feeling property and area. Lots of easy restaurants to walk to. Taking off one star because I had to email them multiple times to remind them for reservation confirmation, then check In instructions, and then after my stay the receipt. Regardless, I would stay here again in a second and not miss the expensive chain hotels at all. read more

Great little renovated art deco hotel near Bayshore and the beach. When we arrived, we found out we had been upgraded to a corner suite and it was really nice. Ample, clean and well decorated. It had a kitchen, living room, dining area, big bathroom, nice king size bed and large windows. They have great amenities like magazines to read, beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, sunscreen lotion, etc. The outdoor area is cute with a nice pool, bbq area, seating lounges and chairs. Wow! This boutique hotel was recommended by friends who stayed here about 2 months ago. First off, the staff is super-friendly and accommodating. Secondly, the rooms are spacious, stylish, and clean. Third, they have towels, sunscreen, and beach chairs that you can use. The pool area is quiet and comfortable and you can even see iguanas hanging around. We came in for the Ft Lauderdale boat show. My husband booked us a room here so that we could experience hotels in Florida as we pictured. We didn't want to stay at one of the big box hotels. We are so glad that we did it this way! Tony and his staff have been very nice. We were lucky enough to get an upgraded room. Our room came with a kitchen and the living room. It's huge. The artwork is fine and the place is clean. There is a small pool with lots of chairs for Lounging. The area around here is very cute. There are lots of little restaurants and shops if you walk along the back streets, not on the main strip. But this hotel is close enough for a quick walk to all of the main center of town activities and the beach. They provide keurig coffee in the room. They do not clean your room if you do not put the tag up on your door to ask for your room to be cleaned. This is definitely a place we would come back and stay again. read more

We chose Nobleton for its budget friendly price and proximity to the beach and it came through! When we arrived, the manager was super friendly and helped us check in an hour ahead of time. The room was clean, air conditioned and the perfect size for the two of us. We stayed in a king size room which comes with a mini fridge, iron/ironing board and microwave area. They also provided many items to use (from soap, shampoo and conditioner, mouth wash, make up wipes to kitchen utensils, plates, cups, coffee/tea maker with k cups, even wine glasses and a wine and bottle opener!) We were on the second floor (only 2 levels) and it was pretty quiet, although all the rooms face the pool area, so you can definitely hear people in the pool. Thankfully during our stay no one was in the pool area past 9:30/10pm so it was a quiet night both nights. They have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available to take, as well as sunscreen left by previous visitors which was helpful! We wish the bathroom had a vent/ fan because it got super foggy and humid after showering and would be nice to have more hooks to hang up towels/beach wear since there was only one, but otherwise it was all great! There was no one in the pool area the first day we came, so we had the whole pool to ourselves for about an hour that we were there. Overall, didn't see many people in the pool area- I'm assuming more people were at the beach. They also have a bbq area there. The walk to the beach was very close (5 minutes or so) and very close to good restaurants like Lona, El Vez and Casablanca. Also a CVS about 10 minutes away! The part of the beach that has an entrance closest to where we walked in was also less crowded that the area closer to Las Olas Blvd. Would definitely recommend Nobleton for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area without breaking the bank! What a great find! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The guy working the front desk, I will guess he was the owner, Tony, was super nice/professional and went out of his way to help us. Our room was small, I wish we had upgraded to a larger room, but it was okay for two friends. The shower was clean and nice. The pool area was the best part. The cabanas are first-come, first-serve and great to relax in. I spent a couple of afternoons hiding in the shade of the cabana, while my friend sat in the sun. Free parking and wi-fi area also a plus. The location is just few min walk from the beach. Honestly, for the price, it doesn't get any better. This place is a real find. Half an inch gap under the door where geckos, bugs, lizards, and other Floridian creepy crawlies can use as a portal to invade your room and snatch your children (pictured)(the gap, not the snatching of kids). Gaps in the curtain where creepy crawling humans can see right into the hotel rooms (pictured). These should be easy fixes. get different curtain rods, door strips, and scrubby scrubby that bathroom wall. Willing to stay here again if I ever lose my fear of blood and become a nudist. read more

This is an adorable art deco boutique hotel located just a couple of blocks from Fort Lauderdale beach on Bayshore. The rooms are beautiful and large. Ours had a little kitchen and felt like a studio apartment. The bed was super comfy and plush. The pool area had lots of chairs and they even provided towels and sunscreen. The customer service was fantastic! It is a perfect spot to walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and more. It was just a $16 Uber ride from the airport. I highly recommend this cute place! read more

I highly recommend staying here! We visited Ft. Lauderdale a couple months ago, and enjoyed it so much we decided to come back. We live in Seattle, so Florida is a nice getaway from Seattle-covid-lockdown. We stayed at the W last time, and wanted to scale down on our expenses for our second visit. Our friend recommended this place after staying here a couple weeks ago. The exterior will take you back to the 70's, but that seems to be the general theme in this area. What makes The Nobleton stand out from the other hotels of its caliber is the cleanliness and up keep of the grounds. The pool and common area is tidy and inviting. The room has good lighting with comfortable bedding and sitting area. Lots of natural light. We got a free upgrade to a kitchenette. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and plates. The only thing I would complain about is the hot water. It takes at least five minutes for the shower to get warm. The shower pressure is good, though! There could be more bathroom counter space, but you can't beat $99/night for such a cozy room! read more

Our stay at the Nobleton was everything we wanted and more! We went to celebrate our anniversary for the weekend and were greeted by Tony with a bottle of Chardonnay and chocolates for the little one. They provided us with beach chairs, towels, free sunscreen, complimentary coffee from a Keurig in our room, beach toys, and a full grill we were able to use and make our own burgers for lunch! A walk away from the beach and night life it was the perfect getaway we needed and Tony went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! I normally don't write a long review because I know I wouldn't read a review if it's so long, but i have so much GOOD things to say about Nobleton hotel. If you are like me, looking for a reasonable priced hotel but very close to the beach, it has to be clean, safe, then please take your time to read my following points. I found it on google and booked over the phone based on it's wonderful reviews. I paid upon check in, so there was no pre-booking fees. It's like an adventure to me so I didn't have much high expectations. Here are some of the wonderful things you can't get else where: 1. Only 5min walk to the Ft Lauderdale beach. It's very close to the W hotel, great location. 2. Reasonable rate with nice, clean and modern interiors & exteriors plus awesome customer service. Kim from the office was so friendly and the room service was always good upon request. 3. FREE Parking!!!!!!!!!! You can't get this deal elsewhere along the beach. 4. FREE beach towels for us to use as many as we needed all day long and as well as the beach umbrellas and chairs, all are FREE to borrow. They even have sunscreen lotion out there for you, very thoughtful and detailed. Basically you can just come unprepared and they have all you need for a chill and relaxing day on the beach. 5. As I mentioned modern outdoor areas with a nice clean pool, BBQ grill and lounge chairs with covers. Room was absolutely clean and the king bed was nice and comfy. I added an additional twin for my kid. 6. They also offered me a local map so that I can find food, entertainments and shopping info. I also noticed the binders with labels showing different categories of local info in it. Again very thoughtful! 7. Most important to me was that they even have a Kerug coffee machine!!! It made me feel like home. They stocked up the K-cup for me everyday so I could just wake up with a nice cup of coffee on my bed:) 8. I booked a king studio with kitchen, I have a extra space that I could prepare some salad or sandwiches to eat instead of eating out 3 meals a day. Did I forget anything? I can't emphasize more that the 3 nights stay was really pleasant. They are not big hotel companies but rather local. Nice peoples and very detail oriented. I wish I took more pictures to share, but we were having so much fun outdoor and had a great time in! I highly recommend this hotel if you are also look for one near the area. Note, there is a construction (building another big hotel) near by so if you are hanging out in the hotel during the daytime you might hear some noises, but who is going to be in the room all day where you have the beach 5min from you!? Honestly there is so quiet at night and we slept very well, didn't hear anything. Above are my honest review for this new hotel (as much as I can think of). One of the greatest hotels i've ever stayed at. The Room was fantastic and very spacious. The bathroom very clean and efficient. The bed was also very clean as well as soft and big enough for two. The kitchen had everything we needed such as utensils and napkins. The pool was just fantastic, shaded by palm trees and warm as the ocean at night. What an incredible find!! This is why I love Yelp... We are new parents; we needed a staycation. Just a night without the bedtime routine and begging our kid to eat his dinner. After looking at the usual suspects on the beach and adding up resort fees, parking, wifi, etc etc etc, the overnight dream was swiftly slipping away... until I found this spot!! As soon as we walked through the big wooden door and saw the pool area, I knew I had made the right choice. Chris met us at the office a few minutes behind quitting time, checked us in, and then we saw our perfect room. Kitchenette, comfy king size bed, and perfect, peaceful silence! Everything was clean, and the little extras like the makeup remover wipes and waters were so great. We picked up breakfast sandwiches for the morning to microwave and let's just say... we didn't need much else. This is our new home away from home! Reviews should be given when reviews are due, and the Nobleton is due one. I spent to the weekend at the Nobleton for my birthday/Father's day weekend. I rented out the double king with the kitchenette. It's a beautifully decorated suite with so much character. My family was delighted and so was I when I walked in to see that the room was covered with with birthday decorations. I had mentioned it to Cynthia who works there and she had it arranged. She made sure that we were well taken care off as well as the rest of the staff there. The location is prime. Walking distance to the beach and the W hotel which has a great Mexican restaurant on the ground floor (El Vez). The plan was to BBQ there since they have all the amenities to grill (a grill,cooking utensils, cooler..etc.) but the rain but a damper on it. Didn't mean that we still didn't utilize the facility for all that it had to offer. All in all, the hotel is now one that my family and myself will utilize whenever the need for a staycation or for out of town guests. Thank you for a great weekend. read more

Needed a place to stay for a couple of nights as my extended family were renting a houseboat nearby. Checked in after parking in the hotel only parking spaces. They are on the street but there is not a feeling of crime in the area. Friendly check in. Walked up to room and let ourselves in. Nice large King bed, linens and tons of pillows. Cute desk. Nice tv. Bathroom was spacious. Shower was a rain shower type and provided with shampoo and conditioner. The only negative of our entire stay was the water was not warm. It was mediocre coolish and never got hot. Everything was clean. Air was cold. Nicely decorated via IKEA products. Ice available in the office. Nice fridge and freezer but no microwave. Pool outside with cabanas. Nice lounger chairs. Easy access to the beach. Water taxi is less than 2 blocks away. I never saw the trolley the three days we were there so don't rely on that for transportation. Lots os restaurants to go to within walking distance. Starbucks a block away in the Westin. Although, there is a Keurig in the room which makes pretty decent coffee. We would definitely stay here again. It was well located, decent price, clean and better than your 'usual' hotel. read more

I was coming in from out of town so I called as soon as my flight landed (earlier then check in) and the gentleman in charge told us he'll try and get our room ready for us as soon as possible, if not he can watch our bags for us as we wondered town. Me and my wife stayed here pre cruise for two days and it was well worth it. We arrived late around 11pm and got instructions how to go about getting in our room. Wonderful hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel over the Memorial Day weekend. Tony at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful with our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, professional staff was very friendly. The beach chairs and towels are available to all guests which was a perfect touch. The Nobleton is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach with great restaurants/bars close by. We used uber a bunch of times and it's a quick ride to the lively Las Olas Boulevard. I read several reviews on this place before booking and they all had great things to say. If you're looking for something comfortable, convenient, and decently priced I would definitely recommend this hotel! I changed my reservations and the hotel was supposed to charge me for the changes which they didn't. Not only did they not charge me, they upgraded our room. There are books outside by the office with restaurants, bars, and things to do nearby arranged by distance, price, etc. Very helpful! They also provide beach towels and chairs (not the nicest but it's a nice gesture when you can't pack a lot!) close to the beach and close to everything else! read more

I just want to begin saying I've stayed at the Nobleton hotel before back in 2016 and absolutely loved it so I knew I wanted to stay there for my upcoming trip. However, my trip goes to shambles and I didn't realize their policy has changed saying they have minimum age limit of 25 or so. So I proceeded to call on the 24th to cancel due to this policy and asked if there was anyway to avoid the fee because we were cancelling due to their policy. I get on the phone and speak to a man who was extremely rude, talking over me, telling me I need to read policies and learn hotel etiquette because it's not ok to cancel 2 days prior to a reservation. I actually worked at a vacation club and a hotel under Marriott (one of the biggest hotel companies in the world) and knew the customer service he was giving me was ridiculous. If I had said the things he did to me, I would've been fired on the spot because just like most businesses, a hotel is built in customers. After the "manager" continued to talk over me, I asked to speak to the owner which he replied "they're in Europe," but I kept asking for them which then he finally replied "ok, let me put you on hold," and then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME!!!! I'm fuming at this point so I call him back he denies hanging up saying he put me on hold. I keep demanding the owner which then he continues to LIE and say he's the manager AND the owner!! What BS!!!! He even asks to speak to my mother and father like I am a child. He then keeps me on hold for 5 minutes and charged my card IMMEDIATELY for the first night stay. I hung up after that and I will NOT EVER be giving them my business again and everyone reading this shouldn't either. This is absolutely ridiculous, save your money and head on over to the courtyard in Fort Lauderdale because they will take care of you unlike the idiot at Nobleton. I don't work for Marriott anymore, but after hearing what I had gone through, the manager upgraded my room to an oceanfront suite free of charge and gave me a free dinner at their bistro. They have turned this whole trip around for my birthday coming up (the 28th). read more

We stayed here for 2 nights for a short vacation and loved it. It's very simplistic and clean. We were actually upgraded for free upon arrival and allowed to check in early. They let you know if you are there before you can check in they will stow your bags so you don't have to lug them around if you want to go out which is a nice offer for people traveling like us and aren't renting a car. The employees were also extremely helpful and polite. Chris checked us in with a smile and Elly checked us out with one . It is in short walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool area was also kept very clean and since its a smaller place you don't have to worry about the pool being crowded. This will certainly be our go to place to stay when we come down !
