They had a private room that we rented out, that had access to a private restroom, countertop/kitchenette space and variety of table arrangement (long table and high tops). The bar features a variety of beers, some cocktail options, and wines. Additionally, they had some snack options (but I am unsure if they had a kitchen menu- snacks were more of grab and go items). I was in Palm Beach and I had to stop by NOBO brewing company to give it a try! I haven't been in a very long time and forgot the amazing choices this brewery has to offer. It has a very spacious inside, with a ton of games to play while also a spacious bar. They have shuffleboard, toss games, and a bunch of other ones to choose from. When I looked at the beer menu, I saw sooo many options I couldn't choose what I wanted. I was stuck between 6 choices I wanted to try. Unlike most breweries, NOBO has a bunch of blonde ales, pale ales, heffe choices and others. I am not an IPA, Hazy, or Sour fan so it was great to see those were the minority of choices at this brewery. So for my flight, I chose the Boynton Blonde, Jalapeño Honey Blonde, French Vanilla Coffee Porter, Commerce Park Pale. Ranking them, the Jalapeño Honey Blonde ale was my favorite, then I loved the French vanilla coffee porter, then the boynton blonde, and the commerce park ale was good but my least favorite choice. The bar was a bit dead the time we went and couldn't really ask many questions to the bartender about the beer which was unfortunate. They also don't have a menu present in the bar and just a QR code, they definitely should make a menu board printed out or on a TV screen to make it more accommodating to visitors too. I definitely would stop by NOBO again for another flight or even a pour of one of those Blonde Ales. read more

This was my first visit to Nobo and though it had a few cons to match the pros, overall I was impressed... Tucked away on a back street in a Boynton Beach district that has seen better days, there's nothing fancy or frilly about the exterior... or interior... Hard metal stools screech jarringly when you try to move them over the bare concrete floor, you get your own water from a cooler over by the door, and the taps are all plain and non-descript, but none of that is why you go to a brewery. You go to a brewery for the beer, and damn, they did good... We got a flight of 8 flavors left over from the recent bacon and marshmallow fest. They were 5 ounce pours, and full to the rim so definitely enough for both of us to have a decent tasting, then tried a couple of other things too. In the end, our favorites weren't even part of the bacon / marshmallow fest that brought us in, but our bartender made us up a couple of cans to go!! They host trivia nights, painting nights, and plenty of new beer samplings here too. Solid showing for a first visit and we will be back. read more

So glad we came to experience this brewery. The gentleman who was serving us (I believe the owner) came and greeted us and served us very quickly. I asked for a sweeter wine and he recommended the Riesling and it was amazing. My husband tried 3 different blends of beer and liked most of them, but the fact that they have such a huge variety of beers was great. There is adequate seating with an extra room that opens up if there isn't enough room in the main area. They also have games like connect 4, Jenga, and more. The only reason I took one star off was because there is no food. Understandable for a smaller-sized brewery. When we went, however, there was a food truck in the parking lot that served empanadas. They are following Covid Guidelines. I am not a fan of IPA beers but we came to try out a food truck (CML) and we were lucky to grab a table inside. The servers are super friendly and helpful. I tried the Jalapeno Blonde Ale and enjoyed it. My boyfriend got the Hefeweizen and he enjoyed it. I could only get the Google Water in the can because the flavor of the day I was allergic too. I'm not sure if the tapped version is better or different but the canned version was very flat. I didn't complain about it. But I wouldn't get another one. Also known as North Boynton Brewing. Scott was my beer tender for the evening. What a great guy. I tried the Jalapeño Honey Blonde. I tend to like these. This one has a great balance of heat and sweet. Just enough to say it's there. The Boynton Brunette was next in my flight. A very easy drinker. Next up was the "Checkin It Twice" winter ale. This one has a fair share of ginger and cinnamon. It's got a burst of flavor so if you like your spiced winter brews you will like this. Last on my flight was "Facebook Jail" Pilsner. Love the name as I feel we have all been there. This is a well balanced easy to drink pilsner. My flight was a great bunch of beers. They have a couple of stouts, IPA's and more than a handful of sours. Definitely a brewery where anyone can find something to drink. read more

This Brewery feels very comfortable like a Cheers experience. Follow directions carefully as it is in an industrial area and a little hard to find' it is off Highridge. The beer is excellent! You can actually have a conversation as there is no music blasting. They have several big screen tv's and table games, also a food truck is outside, where there is also more seating. Fun little local brewery! The space is quaint, but well-utilized and they have a surprisingly great selection and variety of beers for such a small outfit! They offer flights and that's honestly the way to go here if it's your first time. The staff is super engaging and friendly and it was not at all busy the night I went, so the guy behind the bar was so nice and let me do little samples of some of the brews outside my flight. The pints as well as the flight are very reasonably priced for the quality and you can tell they love what they do here! I just really loved the vibe here and especially liked that they had fun games (taboo, Cards Against Humanity) you can partake in while you imbibe. Returning to Vero Beach after a few days in Fort Lauderdale, I found myself replying to a Facebook message inviting me to visit the food trucks at the NOBO Brewing Company in Boynton Beach. A fan of "street food" and supporting local business, I decided to make the stop. A neighborhood themed brewery, I quickly learned that the name NOBO was derived from the term "north of Boynton" Beach. With indoor and outdoor seating, several food trucks were on location to serve hungry patrons. With over a dozen selections, I started with the "Caffeinated Jalapeno" Blonde Ale. A coffee fan, I decided on a beer in which I could relate. Something with coffee. With a 5.5 percent ABV, it was a decent choice with just the right amount of kick - the Jalapeno - along with freshly brewed coffee. Neither flavor overpowered the other. "What's My HAZE Again?" was my second choice with an 8.4 percent ABV. A hazy double IPA, it was an even better choice that the Caffeinated Jalapeno. Interesting taste. Third and final choice was the Boynton Blonde. A classic Blonde ale with orange blossom honey for a touch of citrus and sweetness, it boasted an APV of 5.4 percent. In order, my favorites were: "What's My HAZE Again?" followed by the "Caffeinated Jalapeno" and the "Boynton Blonde." I haven't visited many craft breweries but did enjoy my time at NOBO Brewing Company. The staff were friendly and polite, and - most importantly - the place was clean. I would visit again. William E. In the year since opening, NOBO has become one of the best places who produce stellar craft beer. Period. You may see the owners, Tim and Steve, coming back and forth from brewing beer and saying hello. You'll see familiar faces that come to their weekly gatherings like their Tuesday Bottle Share or Silver Fox Fridays. At NOBO, the feeling that you're walking into a room full of family and friends is apparent. It's one of those places where you may come for a beer, and end up chatting away for hours about all sorts of things. You can find some very interesting Beer at NOBO in Boynton. If you visit NOBO, you may also want to visit the other two breweries within less than a mile and make it a day. The tap room is small and reminds me of an ice cream shop. That white tile goes a long way. They have a bar area and a seating area. They usually have about 5 -10 beers on tap. And some of the beers are pretty interesting. My favorite by far is their Basil IPA. I love it. Because their beers are so unique, I suggest flights on your first outing. That's how I found the Basil IPA which I might not have taken a chance on. NOBO gets 5 stars for their beer and service. This is a neat little brewery, with a lot of plans in the pipeline. My wife and I stopped in after visiting another nearby brewery. The bartender is loves his job incredibly much and was super friendly. We even met another employee/investor that took us on a small tour of the back room and even next door where they are working on expanding the operation. The food truck wasn't open when we visited. Right now [at least during our visit a couple months ago,] they are not 'necessarily' dog friendly (due to COVID / long story) ... but hope to be back to being dog friendly in no time at all. The brewery is clean and neat. At first, I didn't think it would be so spiffy to see so much white in a brewery, but it's actually pretty nice. There's plenty of seating and it's a cool way to refresh your thirst. There is a variety of brews, so if you're not feeling one, you can definitely try another or just ask one of the bartenders for a sample. I ended up getting a flight since I was undecided on what was on tap and it's a good deal. 10 bucks for 4 small glasses is pretty reasonable and I was able to enjoy all of them without getting just one big glass. The four that I got were the passion fruit kombucha, Browski apple cider, mango wit, and jalapeno honey blonde. I liked all of them, but I think the mango wit stood out the most. I was kind of nervous about the honey blonde being a bit spicy, but it wasn't at all. The basil is pretty good too. I don't remember there being a food truck outside when I went unless I overlooked it. Luckily, our group was doing a beer crawl, so we were able to get some grub when we went to some of the local breweries after attending here. Location: It is the furthest location in the back compared to the other stops. PLENTY of parking. Atmosphere: Very chill and relaxed vibes. It is a nice place to have a casual small get together and nice conversation. It is a smallish area for gatherings but feels really open. They have a good outdoor area as well with tables and chairs. Beer: We have been here 3 times and each time have been pleased in not only the variety but, the good beer.
