Really good beer. Love the don't get confused, October fest, captain hazy. Went on a Saturday, Memorial Day weekend and it was very empty. Would go back but wish there were more people. Food truck was pretty good.

Saltwater Brewery in Delray Beach was an enjoyable experience. I got a bit lucky with parking, and the outdoor patio space had a welcoming, rustic vibe with large wooden tables and Corn Hole games. Trivia games every Wednesday night at 7pm. Inside, we were greeted by an energetic bartender, Kyle, who helped guide us through several drink choices. While the Strawberry Bone A Fide Blonde Belgian didn't quite impress, the Capt Hazy IPA definitely stood out. The Mango Habanero Locale was easily the best brew of the day with its balance of refreshing flavor and heat which lingered at the back of my throat with every swallow. The steak sandwich from the Stonehouse Market food truck was definitely a solid pairing with my cold craft brew which only set me back $12.00. The food truck is here every Sunday serving up food from a decent sized menu which also offers a Shepard's Pie. Although the bathroom wasn't modern, its unique historical wall diagram of an 1880 Dieryckx Alcohol Still provided good reading material.

Really appreciate that they care about the ocean and a portion of their proceeds go towards conservation efforts. Plus their can rings are compostable, and their sun shirts are made from plastic bottles. Their beer is also good! They have a good selection of everything from ales to sours to stouts. Just a chill place by the beach to drink some beer! Indoor and outdoor seating, and easy parking.

Wonderful outside multi-purpose games and eating area. Inside the football games were on the big monitors. My puppy and I took a seat at the bar and the bartender served me a Capt Hazy IPA which maybe one of my favorite beers now. This bar was super pet friendly as long as they are in your control. They have a decent gift section and also comfortable couches and ample seating.

This was my 2nd visit to SaltWater Brewery. I discovered this place last year from my PubPass. The location is right off of i-95, and easy for a quick drink if passing through the area. S and I each got one of their core beers with the PubPass...Screamin' Reels for me and Sea Cow Milk Stout for S. Both were delicious! The beer names are so fun at this place. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and there were a few other people walking in at the same time. I image it gets busier at night. They had some fun game options like cornhole and shuffleboard. We sat outside on the picnic tables. I like the super-casual vibe with tons of seating. Our bartender was great. I remember commenting on that the first time I went...just how friendly the staff was. It really makes for a better overall experience, so THANK YOU! I'll be back next year for my annual visit :)

Excellent service on a Saturday evening. Plenty of options for seating from couches, bar, high tops and outdoor picnic style. Good selection and variety of beers and drinks available.

Breweries are always a great experience because each one has something unique to offer. This brewery is special because they not only have delicious brews and the typical brewery vibe, but they also have a huge patio. They have tons of seating outdoors with corn hole, a deck, and are as dog friendly as it gets! Indoors they went for a warm, cozy style. They have dim lights and huge leather couches so you feel right at home. They even have a fish tank! This place is one of my favorite breweries after only my first visit. With great prices and an even better atmosphere, it's worth the visit!

Whenever I'm in Delray hanging out, I always try to make a pit stop here. Local brew is good, and the service from the staff is always excellent. They have a nice variety of food trucks as well. This is def a staple if you're a brew head in Palm Beach.

Nice, local place. It's great to hang out and relax. The outdoor area is comfortable and the indoor is very cool. You can sit and actually see into where they make the beer. The bartender was very nice and accommodating.

If I find myself up in Delray, I will definitely make a stop at Saltwater. They do a great job of mixing a cozy nautical ambiance with a hip and fresh vibe. The patio outside has cornhole (not sure if this is open with Covid), picnic tables, and bistro lights. Inside you feel like you're on deck of a ship. With the dark wood, fish murals, and nautical themed drinks, it has a nice Florida flair. I am definitely a lighter beer fan, so I enjoyed their flight with a variety of light beers. I really liked the Passionfruit beer for a hint of a sour. I've been on a brewery tour here before as well and it was a fun experience seeing behind the scenes. I really like the vibe and the variety of beers they have to offer!

We always get at least one drink to help with the costs and because we get thirsty, duh. Upon arrival (NOT LISTED ON WEBSITE), we were told it is an $18 drink minimum per person--quite exorbitant in today's economy. We decided to leave because that price necessitates 2 alcoholic drinks or 4 nonalcoholic drinks which is lowkey too much for one person. While we were leaving, the owner muttered something like "don't come if you can't pay" which we ignored. He came outside to apologize (too little too late). So my friend wrote a google review and he called her an entitled brat and told her to bring her parents next time! Pictures included below. TLDR: Purchase minimum should've been included on website. Owner reacted abhorrently and extremely unprofessionally. Overall disgusted with this place.

Not sure if you'll find a choice at the taps from an out of state brewery. They do a nice job of offering brews in a vast style: IPAs, pilsners, stouts, porters, etc. IMO, Florida isn't really on the top tier as far as craft beer states, but I rolled with a Funky Buddha Maple Bacon Coffee Porter and it was sensational. With the abundance of food options at the market, I'm not so certain I'd dine here, but it's certainly a top choice to grab a pint while grabbing a bite elsewhere. Staff was friendly. Service was prompt.

I just ordered a hard cider made by Broski Ciderworks, one of my favorite cider places and it was of course delicious. I think I paid $7 plus tip, not too bad. A can of soda is $4 which is ridiculous to me. Most of the prices at the market are a real turn off. Delray Craft is attached to Alpine 210 Sausage which seems to be one of the better values in the market. They have a giant Bavarian pretzel ($10), a sausage plate for $6, and Da Classic, a sausage link on a pretzel bun is $9. Next to the $4 a slice pizza place this is one of the cheaper food options. If you want to grab a beer and quick bite without breaking the bank, this would be a good choice in the Market.

We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to look over the menu before ordering. We started with the Steak Tartare, served with beer-battered smoked onion petals, truffle, egg yolk, and manchego. It was excellent and one of the highlights of the meal. We also tried the Za'atar Roasted Local Vegetables with spicy greens, feta tzatziki, lime pickles, and pepitas. It was good, but it wasn't my favorite dish. For our entrées, one person ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese with pork and beef ragu, housemade raw milk ricotta, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. It was rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Jerk Local Swordfish from Fort Lauderdale with braised Swiss chard, local radish escovitch, and jackfruit miso beurre blanc. While the swordfish itself was cooked well, I wasn't a fan of the jerk seasoning. The flounder, however, was outstanding and probably my favorite entrée. To drink, I had the Les Fumées Blanches Orange Sauvignon Blanc, which I really enjoyed. Someone else had an Old Fashioned. For dessert, we shared the Affogato with mascarpone ice cream, dark chocolate, and espresso, and it was a perfect ending to the meal. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and we appreciated being able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. It is on the pricey side, but that's fairly typical for a farm-to-table restaurant using quality ingredients. There's a small parking lot behind the restaurant, and we were lucky enough to grab a spot. Overall, it's a fun place for a date night or a nice dinner with family. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Or if you want, they have a great bar and you can hang out there and have a bite.
