It is $20/person and $5 for each cooler float. -You will go over to the area to get on the shuttle. It was a little slow but only because they had a huge party to pick up to bring back. -Sky Tubing shuttles you to your starting point, this is where you get your float(s). They have staff members there to connect your float(s) and cooler float, if one was purchased. Then they move the floats around so each person can get in without getting into the water. -It is now time to float away, trip times vary depending on the water level. Our trip lasted 3 hours and you can stop along the way. -When your trip is done staff members will be there to help you get out of the water and a bus will take you back to where you parked. My husband rode a draft horse named Johnny, and it was spectacular. I don't remember my horse's name, but he was a really good horse. The horses were very well cared for and beautiful. They all seemed happy and were very gentle - they knew what they were doing on the trail which makes you feel more confident. The scenery when you're riding is absolutely spectacular. Be sure to stop along the way and ask your guide to take pictures of you. Safety first, but if you can get videos while you're up at the top of some of the hills, worth all of it. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back. In my opinion, the price is completely reasonable. We took the one hour ride, and it was worth every penny and more.

It had a coupon for $12 off!! We called on Tuesday night about 7:45 (they closed at 9) and talked to Teresa who was able to schedule our foursome for a trip at 2:00 on Wednesday. She was so helpful and gave us some tips for travel to Hartford. Once we got there we checked in with a very competent and thorough young lady. We took a short bus ride to the "put in" point. On the 10 minute ride some of the guides performed fun comedic routines which kept us from thinking about how hot we were on a bus with no AC ( except open windows), decked out in life jackets and helmets while holding our paddles upright. :-) We got paired with a river rafting guide named Brantley. He gave us great paddling instructions before we even entered the raft. Since we had all been river rafting before, he explained that the trick to having a more exciting trip is to synchronize your paddle strokes. We had a great time with Brantley. We truly appreciate his concern for our "fun factor" and especially our safe trip down the river.

He is a great guide, magnificent navigator of white water, great cook and a really nice guy. Does not mind fetching an errant cast into the trees, reties and never complains. Very patient. I plan on fishing with him again soon. He also provides excellent tackle, not the cheap stuff. I was impressed with his knowledge of the river and where every dangerous rock is. He rowed 2 days in the drift boat and never skipped a beat. It is a really nice drift boat too. Nice memory for me and my buddy Tom. We didn't count the first day, but the 2nd day we caught 68 fish.
